I remember him being my very first GIJOE before I even knew what Cobra was. Ahhh the memories.
A stand out moment for cutter for me was in issues 28 and 29 where he definitely had a badass role.
On this page 5:22 from issue number 28 the couple looks like the couple from the American gothic painting. I mention this because when I was in grade school, the librarian in the school library looked just like the husband from the American gothic painting.

Cutter- the member of the G. I. Joe Team who essentially blackmailed his service to be part of the G. I. Joe Team. Liked him more than Shipwreck, though.
NB: Cutter, Copperhead+, Sci-Fi**, and Starduster** are the members of G. I. Joe and Cobra with alternate codenames.

Can you please do history of Marvel's Elementals(Hellfire, Magnum, Hydron and Zephyr) since they we're mentioned in Spider-Man Far From Home? I think that they deserve some recognition
I don't remember cutter being killed in devils due main series... i haven't fully read the reloaded series that was it's own contunity, could that event be there? it looks like the artstyle atleast
