I DJd with the 1210 mk2 back in the day. I have the reloop rp 7000s and love them. I feel right at home coming from a techs background. The digital pitch however did take a bit of getting used to.
I had 1210s yrs ago, just before the boom in price, use to pass them around for £100 each around 2010, sold mine for a little more, wish I kept them however, I now own these reloops and they are great but after 10to12 years after selling them, I still noticed the weight difference from the moment I picked up the reloops. Great but not 1210.
i sold my audiotechnicas and purchased a pair of reloop 7000. It was the best desicion cause audiotechnica had anoying issues as faulty antiskating, noise motor and warp and resonant plate. the best feature on reloop 700 is it pitch control, amazingly stable, better than a 1200
Hi, rp7000 has a high resolution pitch, so nice for mixing, the bpm fluctuates 0.02-0.03 bpm per step...thats almost technics level. The rp 8000, the rp mk2 and the mixars (cheap construction) turntables has the same pitch resolution. The vestax pdx 3000 are also in the same range, maybe a little more (the old vestax pdt and pdx Ax has also good pitches, but the motor has not too much torque). All of thoose are great for mixing. All the others suck :D. The screws of the reloops mk1 tend to go loose, but its an easy fix. Besides those and the technics, there are not many with good pitches. The rp are very well constructed, the mixars not. The only tt that i didnt test are the denons vl. Did a while ago wow and flutter tests, an those that i mentioned had the best results. Nice video man. :D
Hi, Thanks for the comment! Yes, agreed, the LP120 is the Hanpin OEM and the RP7000 is the Hanpin Super OEM. I only compared these two as these are the ones I have - and it was more of a discussion around are the super OEMs worth it from the perspective of a Trance DJ. Thanks again for the comment! Jon
Need help choosing. What to buy in 2014 - Audio Technica 140 и Reloop RP7000 ? I'm not a DJ. I just love good audio quality. Or maybe look towards other models in this budget? Thank you
I have a technique 1200smk2 I also own a reloop 7000 MK2 and I can tell you that new technique 1200 MK7 they suck compare to the reloop 7000mk2 the new techniques MK7 are nothing like the old school technique 1200 MK 2. The reloop7000MK2 are better and I can tell you from experience that the reloop 7000mk2 a lot closer to the technique 1200mk2 then the new techniques MK sevens the reloop 7000 MK2 they're like the old school technique 1200s but on steroids that's the best way I can describe it and I'm happy with them and they go great with my old school technique 1200 MK 2
Ani jeden ani drugi nie jest godny miana instrumentu jakim jest sl- 1200😁 Na początek zabawy może być ale i tak jak ktoś myśli o graniu z vinyla wcześniej czy później kończy na technicsie Pozdrawiam
Nope not even. Everyone I know says the reloops rp 7000 km2 are better than the technics. People who say the technics are the best only say that because they already own a technics and want to justify their purchase.

That reloop is based on a Stanton with the tonearm and platter/motor with the aesthetics and controls of a technics.

Space brothers shine on the Audio Technica by any chance?
What are the concorde clubs like?
My yesterday buyed reloop rp7000 mk2 has hum ı grounded to the preamp. How can i Solve this Problem.
What kind of pre amp
Anything high torque will be better for spinning that’s why the Technics 1200’s are the blueprint
