You don't necessarily have to go to Manhattan to get Amtrak.
Amtrak actually stops at that Yonkers railroad station that you showcased. If you want to go points north like Albany, Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Canada or points west such as Ohio, Michigan or Chicago, you can catch Amtrak right there for a one seat ride to these places.

@@MindfulAttraction2.0 the cost went up a little bit due to inflation, but you can Fly between Manhattan and JFK or Newark from $195 six days a week.

Fact check: Yonkers was the 4th largest city in the state, when I lived there in the 60s and 70s.
It later fell to #6.
Today, it’s back up to the # 4 spot … not #2.

What’s the average home price in Yonkers? I’ve done research, but the numbers are just so inconsistent.
The numbers seem inconsistent because Yonkers has 18 neighborhoods each with their own average price. It depends on where you want to move to in Yonkers. If you tell me what section of Yonkers I can let you know the average price.

1 bed rm apts in my database range from $1900/mo to $3600.00 per month depending on the size (sq Footage) of the apt and the location. You can find something in the average between $1900 to $2600 I'm sure.
