“Flea floating…”! LOL!! I always leave your videos feeling good…you always make me laugh and smile and I learn something new in the process! Thank you! 🥰
Julie Julie!! 😁😁 What you're doing when you peel the paper back off again is called decollage and I LOVE it! I've spent a couple hours on one piece, collaging with small or tiny bits of paper, letting it dry, then peeling it off, then going through that whole process a bunch - a BUNCH I tell ya - more times. Very cool, VERY grungy! You're welcome! 😂🤣🤣😂 MK 🤗❤️🌵❤️🤗
I’m just five minutes into this video and laughing out loud. I just love you!!! “ A full deck” ..... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. You, my friend, are absolutely delightful. Lovely cards!! Made my day! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!👩🎨🎶🦜🥳🎩 🃏
Julie! You just kicked this to the next level!! Full and half/angle pockets! I can’t wait to do these!! Thank you for sharing your abundance of talent!😍😍
Wow! I’ve altered so many decks of cards and never thought of an angle pocket! Brilliant! Thank you Julie! I’ll be mass making these this evening! Hugs! ❤
Hi Lady :) My Alexa is getting more and more senile....answering and piping up randomly most days now...blooming odd! Glad you like that glue dangle :D Love these pockets ....going to print out some playing cards as I'm to impatient to wait for some to ship in to me :D
Ha ha mine is going to be do upset, my little echo show arrived yesterday and I'll be setting it up in the craft room. They may start bickering like the girls🤭 I love my glue dangle, thank you so much lovely lady😊🤗💜🙏
Thank you for your tutorials. Inspirational! I don’t sew but a good glue and fine tipped pen creates the illusion of stitches. Will be “borrowing” your technique.
I really liked these cards just covered with tissue paper. Now you went and made pockets out of and to them, just wonderful. Thanks for the inspiration.
I made the other altered cards but I only have regular size cards, no jumbo cards. I'll have to get some jumbo cards to make some pockets. Thanks for sharing! Happy New Year, Julie!
I love watching you create your projects, I love this idea and may have to pull out some of my playing cards. Also, you are so funny~ I love your comments and your replies to Gertrude.
Thanks so much😊 I've wanted to do these for ages and put it off as o couldn't find the jumbo cards. They will turn up now I've bought more. There must be a way to tell Gert where I put things🤔😬🤗💜
Great cards! I was thinking - if you sew the thumb-notch side first you could then sew the other three sides together to save glueing- if cards aren't too thick?
Hi Julie, If you thought you had Jumbo size...wait for it...I have a jumbo set and the size is 11x8 inches. I think it is the same company that makes yours????? I have been waiting for just the right project to start using them. I love your ideas and will maybe make large ring journal covers. Question for you..The rose paper is that Tim Holtz? Thanks love your you tubes. Laura
Hi Laura 😁 you lucky lady. Didn't know you could get them that big until Antonio of Antonio Makes commented yesterday. He's done a few tutorials with the huge ones. Yes the collage paper is the Tim Holtz one. Here's a link for Antonio, he's fab😊🤗💜 ruclips.net/user/AntonioMakes
Hi Cindy, thank you so much love😊 Gesso has a slightly gritty texture and it's designed to stick to the surface and act like a primer ready for the surface to accept paint or other mediums. Matte medium is a glue and sealer, a bit like mod podge or slightly watered down pva. i like it as it doesn;t dry shiny. hope that helped love. Only kespt you in suspense for 2 weeks😘🤗💜
I am in Mississippi so I have a distinctive drawl. I have watched you so much I have pick up on some of your sayings. But my English accent just ain’t right 😱
“Flea floating…”! LOL!! I always leave your videos feeling good…you always make me laugh and smile and I learn something new in the process! Thank you! 🥰
Thanks Pamela😁
The fleas are gone and a huge enormous one inch spider has invaded the craftroom and is holding all my craft supplies hostage😬😁💜🤗
😂😂😂 love the projects and such a laugh at the same time! Thanks ❤😂
I love watching you and listening to you fuss at Gertrude.😄. This is a cute idea. Thanks for sharing.
Ahh, Gertrude, i love her really 🥰
Thanks Paulette😊🤗💜

You really love ripping the paper off. Cute pockets.
