Those are nice. I would think if you printed a photo off a camera roll in sepia, this is something sweet that could be a personalized gift card, tuck a folded bit of money inside for a graduate, special birthday, Christmas...whatever! So many ideas! I never know what to do with playing cards.🤷🏼♀️

I saw maggie at sunset crafts do this. I didn't have the hardware so this helps. I want to put my granddaughters pictures in these for a journal im making for my daughter. Thanks for the alternatives😊❤

I was trying to remember what “latches” I’ve seen and like better than metal ones. And you made yours! Yes! That’s it! Yay!

I'm not a fan of all altered playing cards I've seen, but this one is cute. And just doing windows with decor (people, whatever) on the edges of the frame looks neat too.

The closures are just made with a bit of card and a split pin ( Brad) you can find them on eBay, Amazon, SHEIN, temu, most craft stores too😊😊😊

I cut them out of card, the brads/ split pins you can get on eBay/ Amazon/ SHEIN/ Ali express etc, most craft shops have them too🤗🤗😍

I'm curious why you used your ruler upside down? I was told the cork side goes down so it doesn't slide!
Yeah the cork side does stop it sliding, it’s just sometimes I like the cut next to the ruler edge. The cork has a gap from the edge, so when tearing it doesn’t always do it as neat cork side down, at least that’s what I find🤗 hope that makes sense 😂🤗
