  • I guide you through gluteal muscle strengthening exercise progressions for hiking by drawing on my physiotherapy knowledge. For these exercises you will need an open space on the floor/ground.
    Improving your glute strength for hiking can decrease your chances of developing an injury and increase your performance.

    @01:52 this is exactly my predicament! All thighs not glutes - I tried the technique as you described and that helped a lot!
