- In this new video I am going to create a premium guitar with recycled material, 2 pallets and some olive wood scraps. It's going to be a PRSish guitar.
In this video you can see the entire process of building the guitar, from start to finish, with very detailed shots.
I hope you enjoy it.

@MetalHead5368 😊😊
Guitar luthiers are a rare breed. As a jeweler and guitar player, I love your detail orientation. It was an absolute pleasure to watch you work.
I'm a wood worker, guitar player (wanna be) and I love re-purposing materials, so this video really struck a chord with me (pun intended - and true). I admire your skill and attention to detail. thank you for posting this video.
Thank you so much Sir
Hey, I'm a wanna be with wood and guitars. But I love this idea. I'm looking at the wood I'm going to use. Was hardwood from a higher quality couch.
A mi me gusta mucho la guitarra. Ud es un "maestro".
Hey Johnny, um yeah, yer boss called, he told me he needs his pallet back, they have a big shipment of widgets and he needs 1 more pallet. Thanks! Just kidding, you have the skills to pay the bills. Im nervous around circular saws, I knew an aviation mechanic that only has 3 fingers on one hand. That guitar looks like a "high end" priced guitar found in the premium sections of guitar stores. The red looks fine, excellent job!!!!!!
I have to admit, when the video was suggested to me, my first thought was: another new clip in which someone builds something out of pallet wood. I looked at it out of curiosity and I have to say: my utmost respect! you could feel the passion you had for this project while watching. At first I thought that would not work with softwood for a guitar neck, but the carbon fiber idea is brilliant! I think the workmanship is first class, you brought in very good ideas and produced an excellent finish. I also have to commend your very detailed video work, you certainly put just as much work into it as you did into building the instrument. If you don't yet earn money with building guitars, then have courage and start with it!
Thank you very much for such a nice comment my friend, I really appreciate it
I’ve seen a lot of RUclips guitar builds, this is by far the most beautiful finished product. Great work my friend. I would love to play this guitar.
Thank you Sir
If you think this is the most beautiful (not saying it isn't), go check out Burls Art.
Ehm, Ryan, how about BUYING one? Find his contact data. I bet he wants to build one for YOU. At least you can ask for more information. You can even ask things you'd think embarassing (like, I don't like this or that, can't you do it another way for me) for the Dutch do like you saying anything you'd have on your mind. Don't wait, don't hesitate, it is appreciated when you present any problem, no matter what. In other words, no need be shy. That's Dutch culture. For real.
means u havent seen enough!
Apparently all the keyboard master craftsmen are here.
ruclips.net/video/6ywH9KrnN_g/видео.html
😮 esto requiere mucha dedicacion y esfuerzo
How Creative, you are a Master Builder, totally Stunning, I was surprised that you wound your own Pickups, you hardly see a builder do this, i love the Purple Heart, and the color on the top, what is the weight of the Guitar? I cannot wait to hear it, thanks for this Great video, Cousin Figel
Thank you Sir, haven't weighted it, but it's very light
You are one sharp person, a true craftsman, and an amazing artisan! I would consider this a perfect guitar and build! Amazing job on all of the fine details. Stellar job man!
This is what you call fine details!😊
Imma be honest, I laughed when I clicked on the video…now it’s saved for reference. You’re dedication is truly something to behold.
Thank you Sir
Enhorabuena!
Incredibly beautiful! It's so very mesmerizing to see you building this beautiful Instrument! Thank you for sharing 🙏😊
You Sir have left me lost for words , watching a craftsman with that level of skill makes me wonder what I have done with my life ? If I ever have a large lottery win , I would commission you to make me three of these ( all individual of course ) and keep one for myself and two for gifts for my very best mates . We are by no means great guitarists but I think we deserve the best , and watching this shows me what the best can truly be . Thank you so much for this upload . Best wishes from the U.K.
For anyone wondering: There are MANY different types of woods pallets are made of. Usually, the type of pallet he is working with would be considered to be in outstanding shape. As a person who has worked logistics for almost 2 decades, I can definitely say the average pallet is awful for all uses, minus storing things on, so basically being a pallet. Usually, the wood is splintered, caked in oil, (or other unsafe materials) has lots of scars/marks and is pretty much the absolute worst wood you can find. Trust me; this pallet is definitely great, and almost brand new. Good luck finding one in this shape that some company wants to part with. Even if you can find one, as I stated earlier, most have lots of marks/compression. Regardless, he obviously did a great job, and has artisan craftsmanship.
Sergey Parvatov The only reason I mentioned the material was that finding a pallet like this would be extremely difficult for the average person, and also not to expect a pallet like this to be easy to find. Also, that most pallets are in horrible shape, so it might not be a good idea for others to attempt this with a pallet. I think you missed the point, but that's okay.
Sergey Parvatov I understand you now, and I agree with you. The title should be something different. I agree with you about the tone. The wood type and quality for tone is very important, I think. I don't think he is trying to sell it, just keep it. I hope he doesn't try and sell it, because there is a reason why certain wood is used for pallets. Hopefully, he is just trying to show his skill with woodworking, but I think this video also misleads people into thinking the wood quality doesn't matter, and it's okay to make guitars out of horrible pallet wood. I do agree with you, definitely.
Sergey Parvatov I'm grateful I had this conversation with you as well. Take care of yourself and your loved ones also. I hope 2022 is filled with happiness and fortune for you and your family!
"As a person who has worked logistics for almost 2 decades"
It is not the same working 2 decades in hong kong, than working 2 decades in the azores, or in Alaska, or in the middle of Afrika.. also it's dependant the "type" of products that were used on top, is not the same one used for fertilizers mostly, or other used for chemicals, thermoplastics.
With that on mind, and begging sorry for my bad english (its only one of many languages i only know just to defend myself) a pallet used to carry "fruits" in Alaska, will probably be really worse than the same pallet used to carry fruits in Afrika. (Climate, humidity, infections) and also, pallets come in a variety of forms, shapes and, as u said, "caked/cooked in oil or similars"
A pallet used in a commerce that "stores" clothes will be much better than one in the wild storing metal bars. with that on mind and knowing the fact that we dont know the origin of this one, the age, the uses and the mats, everything else is "speculation"
But.. from my own experience, pallets doesn't have the "Worst wood" just "raw wood" and i've been able to "Recycle" a lot of wood from pallets, yeah, sometimes they are "infested" (Not sure if that's the word, full of bugs") sometimes its cracked, sometimes its burned with chems, but sometimes, i can salvage a lot of good wood, enough to make almost everything.
Just as an ending point, from where i am, its made with pine wood, which is flexible and durable.
Seeing this and other videos on making guitars, they are worth every penny and more. The craftmaship, the equipment, the knowledge, etc. Great job!!! Thanks for sharing.
Dude, you're a GENIUS...and you're left-handed, like me---no surprise there!
Beautiful job on the build! It looks fantastic, can't wait to hear you play it.
that was the best half hour I've spent on youtube in a long while. Fascinating stuff,a very skilled craftsman, great to see the instrument take shape stage by stage, thanks for sharing
I loved this video and have watched it several times and shown it to other people. You've created an art work and deserve every bit of praise you're getting.
How do you know when you are watching a true devotee of a craft? Well I would say someone with a professional wood shop that does so much of the work with hand tools is a very good indicator that we have a true devotee of his craft at hand. I bet this person hand scrapes wood also. I would take my hat off to you Sir if I had one handy. Good work! And thanks for the set list. I would end up with a week of trying to figure out what these ear worms were if not for the set list. Keeping it 100 for sure
I couldn't stop watching this ....your skills are top notch ! I hope to build my own guitar some day ...this was so satisfying to watch.
I watch your builds and I'm not sure if I should be astounded or pissed off. It goes from not only am I going to hand carve this perfect neck and top but yeah, let me just go ahead and hand wind my own pickups. Damn show off! Honestly though, your builds are beautiful and inspiring to anyone who even thinks about the craft. Thank you so much!
What a talent! This guitar just came out beautiful, a true work of art of a talented artist/craftsman. Makes me wish I had a space and tools for projects like this. Very inspiring! great video and upbeat music to go along with the process. Keep being creative, I love seeing the outcome! thanks for the upload! Good luck to you!
I've always wanted to open my own guitar shop, building custom guitars and picks. You did a great job, and didn't miss any small details, amazing!
Amazing how I watch one RUclips video and realize how untalented I really am. This is such amazing art.
Thank you my friend
I never realized how much work goes into making a custom hand built guitar. It was beautiful to watch this creation, especially using old wood. I was so touched that I almost broke down and cried. You have so much talent. Thank you for sharing your gift with the world.
Started out figuring I'd watch a few minutes of this but became mesmerized by the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail and ended up watching the entire video. In a world of CNC machines and mass produced mediocrity, it's truly inspiring to watch a genuine artist execute his craft.
Thanks for such a nice comment my friend
I am up at 3:17 AM in the morning sick with the flu. In between coughing fits, my jaw just hit the floor. You wound the pickups? Wow!
You even wound your own pickups. Brilliant.
Thanks
Watched to end. Very cool and beautiful! Thank you for showing us the journey.
Content Idea: Go over your tools. How you got into guitar making. How you learned. How you acquired. Using each of your tools to explain/elaborate. From a bandsaw to your favorite chisel (if you have one :) ). Why you keep them and any innovative uses you have for them. Make them come alive like you do your guitars.
Best Regards and Best Wishes!
Thank you my friend
Absolutely fascinating to watch. so many details I've never given that much thought or appreciation too. You are a master of your craft sir such brilliant work. I'm blown away!!!!! Thank you for making this! Would love to play one of your beautiful guitars someday keep up the great work sir!!!!
Thank you my Friend
Fantástico , não resisti e tive que me inscrever e dar um like.. parabéns!
Muito obrigado amigo, saudações
In french we say "tu as de l'or dans les mains" : "you got gold in your hands" your work is amazing.
That’s totally truly amazing craftsmanship! Fabulous job. The guitar looks amazing.
Hermosa guitarra, me encanta tu trabajo Noe saludos desde México ! 👌🏼
Outstanding craftsmanship!
I'm not even done with the video, but I have to comment. This is already the best scratch built guitar video I've ever seen on RUclips. I can't believe you made a neck out of pallet wood pine, but the way you went about it seems like it should overcome the limitations of the material. Olive wood fretboard is just such a great choice. What an amazing job and I'm not even done yet.
I was just blown away by what you've done here. Absolutely incredible work. I watched the whole thing start to finish. I think it's the best of guitar build videos on YT.
Thank you my friend

Wanted to watch this so bad, been in my list for ages, just can’t because of the awful music! What a shame!
love the music around 12m. Sounds like those 80s workout informercials for like 8 minute abs or something. Awesome build!
Thank you

Capo !
You modestly call yourself an amateur wood worker and luthier, but the outcome is professional. Brilliant work.
Belo trabalho, linda guitarra, parabéns
It's insane how talented you are. An absolute pleasure to watch, thank you. 😊
Thank you my friend for such a nice comment
Gracias.
When I was in high school I made an acoustic guitar. It was modeled after a Martin D-18. My finished product was no where near to your level. Fantastic work.
making the neck to me would not be the problem. what bothers me is fitting the neck to the body and keeping everything square. then making the finger board and dressing the frets, that bothers me. i have some basic carving skills and tools, so making the form for the body and bending the sides is not a problem. and i am talking about an acoustic guitar, classical or an arch top jazz guitar.
Damn, true craftsmanship. Never thought I would want a shipping pallet guitar so bad. Love everything about it... the arch top, beautiful fretboard and hand crafted neck, love the burl face on the headstock, love that you left it natural on the back. Great work all the way around!
Nobody wants a guitar made from the worst wood available.
@@iloveaviation-burgerclub-a8145 it wouldn't be my wood of choice, but this was just a challenge Noe created for good RUclips content. He absolutely killed it. Not to mention the wood routed-out super clean, chiseled and planed nicely and I bet it plays better than you'd imagine. Noe made lemonade out of lemons.
@@ChadwickRider no it does nlt sound good. Becuse it can't. And it is a complete waste of effort. Period. One just showed that people are stupid and like such bs.
@@iloveaviation-burgerclub-a8145sure, whatever you say.

🇧🇷 Belo trabalho, linda guitarra, parabéns! Seguindo o canal, e nas outras redes!

Thank you my friend
He put a forklift inlay on the fretboard...

I remember back about 25 years ago i started on a project like this it's going to sound kind of funny but i had found some old bunk bed boards and made me a fender stratocaster body and didn't finish it but i gotta admit its quite a challenge you did a great job there great hobby thanks for the video sir keep up the good work ❤
Bro I really appreciate the fact that you are not another chatterbox speaking about irrelevant things that have nothing to do with the build lots of builders say way to much bullshit rather than just keeping it simple direct and mostly they love the sound of their own voice and have some personal issues that make them glorify their existence rather than keeping it about what we prefer building our guitars and not interested in their life if they want to share that part create another show like that separate us from this and they should follow what you and a very few other builders do rock on brother keep picking and building
Trabalho maravilhoso!

Possibly the most satisfying 35mins of my life
I really enjoyed watching that build.
It's beautiful!

excellent work. great job with guitar and video!
Thanks!
This is one of the highest quality pallet guitar builds I have ever seen. If this is a relatives shop they definitely taught you everything right. I would argue you could make a pretty good living buildings guitars of this quality.
Thank you
