Outstanding, amazing ability with wood and carpentry. One of the most intricate builds I've ever saw, so many details and so many skill involved ! Hats off for you, this is not a guitar, this is an art piece !
I almost fast forwarded this video. WHOA! So glad I watched this. You obviously have mad skills in not only your guitar making abilities, but your video production too. And the music kicks ass also. Awesome work, awesome looking guitar. Very nice indeed.
I've owned _lots_ of guitars over the years - some damn' good ones too - but I've never fallen in love with a guitar. Until tonight. I've just met my perfect partner...
Thanks man. I should probably charge much more for it as I did. But I'm in the beginning of building my own business and I wanted to make a good job. I was just so happy I got an order and I over delivered a bit😊
400 hours is insane, here in Canada a very skilled crafsman wont work under 40.00/hour, that would price that guitar at 16K. Not even including material and hardware, electronics.
Beautiful guitar but I also want to take a moment to acknowledge the editing of this video. Doing edits and cuts to the beat of the music is awesome \m/
honestly, I am impressed... not only by the beauty of the end result, but the amazing skills and tools needed to build it! My congratulations.... How long did it really take in terms of hours and days? You really rock... Ciao
Once again, insanely good video editing. 4 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the guitar is killer too. Just wow. By the way, I have used my scroll saw to shake dye bottles before. Cool trick.
Congratulations on this great looking guitar and a fantastic build. Nice idea with the fret position markers by the way. And again a very nice filmed and edited video. Well done! What program do you use for your on screen annotations if I may ask? It really adds to the video.
I’ll make you a deal. I’ll buy you THREE new router bits in exchange for this guitar. But don’t wait. I might rescind this offer soon… 🙄 SERIOUSLY, this piece is so beautiful. You’re a true artisan. Doubt things are done like this at Gibson.
Man, the amount of guitars you need to build and make mistakes on, to do one as good as this is probbably alot.. I admire this guy for honing his craft to this level!
Thanks man!I have one book: Make your own electric guitar by Melvyn Hiscock, second edition. There is a lot of tutorials on youtube. Just watch as many videos as you can. There are often differente techniques to achive the same result.Crimson guitars is one of my favourite channels.
I just found your channel and subscribed after watching this. What a beautiful build. One day I want to build my own, and this was very inspiring. Wish you the best of luck.
Amazing looks and finish! I like my guitars a bit more bulky so the edge blend on the backside is a bit to big/round to my likings.....but hey! That’s about it. This is the first time I actually like gold hardware on a guitar.
amazing wish Taiwan has someone can do this like this.....I had done swapping my strat body once with limited tool it is fun but also not easy and the paint job is also confusing me what kind is the paint so my body still unfinished
It's fantastic to see one person's skill (and community) grow like that... Loving the dedication to every single detail :) Now we know why you're NOT single :P
This is with out a doubt my favorite video on U Tube. Thank you sooo much! Not sure if you sell guitars or not but if you made a video of guitar builds and then offered that guitar for sale with the build video included..... You would sell the guitars for a lot of $.
Man . I LOVE what you've done... And the Finish.. That's just off the Scale... However I really don't like the LP shape.. Would have LOVED it to have been an SG.. or even a Strat or Tele.. But that's just my personal preference.. What you did is 🔥
Thanks Nic! Usually I prefer making my own shape but it was made for a friend and he wanted to have an lp looking guitar. I did change it quite a bit though.
That's a great guitar. I've just made one out of oak, mahogany and an old re-cycled pub table from Glasgow Scotland. My video is nearly two hours long though :)
What is your neck length? Typical Les Paul 24 3/4? Incredible talent and workmanship. Has anyone tried an LP style but with Fender 25.5" length? Is it worth considering? Thanks for sharing this.
It is 24,75 in. I'm sure it would be OK to use 25.5. The only thing is you will get even more neck dive than original. Unless you change the structure a bit. Thanks!
Incredible guitar mate, I've started a hand made guitar company myself... What sort of prices are you charging? PS amazing detail cutting out the signature

I rarely ever comment but I was about to say that exact same thing. Killer editing.
Thanks guys!
Everything is top notch in this video.
Man that thing is a work of art, I especially love the fret markers, very unique
Thank Bob. This fret markers are kind of my signature touch. Seems like a lot of people like them. Makes me very happy.
Playing a guitar you built with quality must be the absolute greatest feeling ever
So true.
This just kicked my ass!..what some people do with their time. Incredible!
.. 9:30 bam bam bam, my fav part 😍! LOVE the WHOLE of this!!!!
My favourite part also:) thanks sis!
The overall work is amazing, but I'm most impressed by your precise carving and inlaying skills. Congrats!
Thanks man. I'm very happy that you like it.
This guitar is a true handbuilt guitar with every detail built by a true master luthier, great job.
Thanks man!
Outstanding, amazing ability with wood and carpentry. One of the most intricate builds I've ever saw, so many details and so many skill involved ! Hats off for you, this is not a guitar, this is an art piece !
This is so nice to hear! Thanks bro!
Every piece on this guitar is insanely special. My hair stand upright!
This is very nice to hear. Thank you 😊
What a pleasant surprise from the RUclips algorithm. Top notch content, editing and guitar. Can't wait to see what comes next.
Thanks man! I'm happy that you enjoyed it!
Scary sharp chisels and plane irons sure are a true Craftsman's allies.
Excellent hand skills and craftsmanship from this guy.
True:) Thanks man!
Always want to see a thin les paul style guitar. And your guitar is the one.
I cant even imagine how much time and nerves this guy can handle! Keep on inspiring us man!
Thanks bro😊
I have one word for this guitar: SEXY!!
Thanks!
Vids like this are what make me wanna take a Luthier course. Would love to be able to make my own custom guitars.
Thanks Josh! I say go for it.
Should be pretty affordable. Only took about 10 minutes to build.
Haha 😄
😂😂😂
My wife kindly reminded me that if I need to ask the price, I can't afford one.
Haha good one😆
This is absolutely stunning!! You have amazing craftsmanship
If I saw that guitar on a store I would probably leave with it. I love the way its rounder and thinner than the conventional Les Paul body
That's nice to hear man. Thanks!
@@MagicAtticGuitars Wut amp are u using for this video
Creasing up at using the scroll saw to shake the paint :)
😊 there was a hard sediment that wouldn't mix by hand. I had to be creative. It worked!
This work must go around the world!
I wish it will one day:) thanks!
That dowel pencil guide is fucking genius. I can’t believe I’ve never seen/thought of that before.
I'm so glad my video was useful 🙂 Thanks man!
Wow, you have MAD SKILLS !!! That magnetic cover is the cat's meow.

Superb job as usual man.
I think you should patent this one to a production line. LP singelcut style models will always sell
Cheers... 🤘🏼
Thanks George! I think I will be building more like this.

@@MagicAtticGuitars Bravissimo!
All that work to make a guitar...
Ain’t it easier just go buy one?
Easier for sure, but no fun for me:)
Depends on what you do for a living. If you don’t make much but have some tools and knowledge this may be easier lol
Isso não é uma guitarra... É uma obra de arte... Parabéns...👏👏👏👏😎
Once again, insanely good video editing. 4 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the guitar is killer too. Just wow.

For this video I used only premiere pro. I sometimes use after effects also, but not in this case.
The amount of work you put in this build, the editing, everything is just so engaging! Loved it!

Excellent work.. what was the white and black material used to make the pinstripe effect sandwiched in the body? Thanks for the reply
Thanks. It's a thin maple board and black veneers.
