- This discussion between Ryan and Garry Lineham, discussing tongue and mouth exercises. Hilarious video. 😂🤣😂 I have been doing 15 tounge circles on each side for about a month now, it still burns. I feel it in the back of my head, spine and stomach areas. I’m going to work my way up to 30. I’m also going to start doing all of these. Very informative!! 🙏

Do you think this would help with glands in the underside of chin to drain? I get a lot of drainage down my throat at night when I sleep... some is sinus related some is glands around chin/upper neck.... hoping this will help. Feel like this is my main snoring issue, or a too relaxed palate from age??? I sleep with my mouth closed, so this is not an issue.
can this help a minor posterior tongue tie? I am considering the laser surgery? not fully sure. If this can correct it without going through all that and the expensive mouth physio Im so down. I cant put my tongue full flat on the roof of my mouth.
I can feel that in my spine! I hear the tongue is connected with the spine. I have scoliosis and my jaw is crooked, my smile is crooked, and when I stick out my tongue it isn't aligned.. Any thoughts on that?
