Hey so I'm about 9 months post Op surgery. I had been doing my physio to get my range of motions back. but now i have stopped doing my exercises and stopped going to physio for 4 months now. i was wondering if i have permanently messed up my shoulder now ? If i were to continue to go back to physio and keep up with my exercises can i still return my shoulder to as good as possible ?? or have i missed the "window"
Hello Doctor, This is Ashish from India. I'm 26 years old. I used to play cricket for my college cricket team and fell down while fielding. Due to this, my left shoulder was dislocated. Now almost after 5 years, my same shoulder is dislocated. I have hospitalized and taken arthopedic surgeon's help to locate it. Could you please suggest me any particular type of exercise and diet plan to strengthen my shoulder.... Best Regards, Ashish
I see these videos are all for therapy post surgery. Would these be good to do if I am looking to perform therapy first in an attempt to prevent surgery?
Takes much longer to Rehab your bank account, if your insurance is not a Cadillac plan, and if you do Not have paid time off, especially if you have a real job, and do not fly a desk !
