Two of the funniest men ever. I’ve seen all episodes hundreds of times and I’ll never tire of it. Brilliant, gross, violence humour at its best. They were geniuses. I’m still not over Rick’s untimely death.
“Do your balls hang low Can you swing them to and fro Can you tie them in a knot, can you tie them in a bow Do you get a funny feeling when you’re hanging from the ceiling No you’ll never be a sailor if your balls hang low”
I was lucky enough to see one of their live shows several years ago, so funny. This show included a time machine made from a toilet, which was obviously called the 'TURDIS' 🤣
Stupidly extreme, cartoonish violence is one of the hallmarks of this show, their stand-up act from which the show was derived, as well as the numerous live shows based on the series.
Tbh I'm not too sure Richie & Eddie had a TV license, knowing them they had it forged by Amal the kebab guy. Then rented their telly from Rumbelows hahaha
Bottom is my favourite show ! It’s so sad not many ppl in my age group (gen z) know about it but I’m glad you’re watching it !! I really enjoyed your reaction & can’t wait for you to do the other seasons lmao . The Live shows are funny too hopefully you can react to those as well.
Why do all American re-actionists on youtube feel the need to predict the storyline of a simple sit-com. Is there some sort of annual prize giving ceremony, or is it just for prestige, so others can marvel at how right they are....Brits tend to just watch the show. # Snook was actually snooker a game like pool but for grown ups # Cracking bit of crumpet. = attractive ladies. And it was Lord Flashheart (Rik Mayall)...Woof Woof....Great reaction Connor, loved it
I'd recommend a few more series too, Connor. Coupling. Two Pints Of lager & A Packet Of Crisps. Game on. Red Dwarf. Also 'How to be irritating' with John Cleese. 🙂
I can't get through a single week without a curry and lager. Was lucky enough to see the 2nd live show in Sheffield and they were just brilliant. Still have the ticket. My best friend looks like Eddie although I'm the alcoholic! Even my profile pic is Eddie !
How have you not watched a full Yes Minister yet despite it being your favourite?! Lots of us would have been well up for that back when you started doing the clips and I’m sure plenty would be now
That's Filthy, Rich and Catflap. The oft overlooked series they did between The Young Ones and Bottom. Not as good as Bottom, but still worthy of watching, although I think anyone outside of mid to late 80's UK would have difficulty understanding a lot of the references, particularly in regard to television light entertainment of the time.
Here is Part 1 if anyone missed it!

Stick with it mate......it gets better and better
Not only is Richie played by Flashheart but Eddie is played by the Baron from the same episode of Blackadder

The fighting in Bottom is legendary
The best slapstick was "S'out"

_Good evening Your Majesty - I can see your pants from here!_
They were genuine best friends in real life. He misses Rik so much. 😢
The 2nd episode - Gas - is one of the best of the entire series.
I was in tears laughing at your expression when Eddie was using pliers to pull out the nose hair! 😂😂😂
Me too! He’ll get used to it!
@@LoneRanger100😂😂 same here! It can get a bit gory at times lol
Wait until the cricket bats and frying pans come out!😂

I haven’t watched bottom in so long I’ve forgotten how funny it was. I absolutely love those two losers
Try Gimme Gimme Gimme British version will make you eyes water
_Next Episode: The Gasman Cometh!_
‘Gas Man, Gas man…….’

They were absolutely brilliant....seen them in Bad News on tour...😂

I’d’ve loved to have gone to one of their live shows
Bottom is one of a kind.. It was actually worth paying for the TV license for shows like this back then.
Classic!
Tbh I'm not too sure Richie & Eddie had a TV license, knowing them they had it forged by Amal the kebab guy. Then rented their telly from Rumbelows hahaha
Another vintage comedy series is ‘ the young ones’
Ive been waiting for ages to see you react to bottom. It only gets better from here
About time someone done bottom it’s my favourite show growing up 😂
I'm pretty sure that the first brunette at the bar, is also the receptionist in The Brittas Empire.
That's her
@@ozzythecats yes its carol....
ahahaha yep. and her boyfrined/husband played mike in casualty!

Time Gentlemen please is a must watch.
Yes, I'm currently watching a Canadian couple reaction to that, but there seems to be a long time between each episode they react to.
@@stephenderbyshire7849 Yes seen them too.
Thanks for the half time seal btw xD
10:20 when you 'bagsy' it, you claim it. like running on a bus and 'bagsying' the best seat. Midland's slang.
I'd recommend a few more series too, Connor.
Coupling. Two Pints Of lager & A Packet Of Crisps. Game on. Red Dwarf. Also 'How to be irritating' with John Cleese. 🙂
Two pints of lager?! Really? Gotta be the most unfunniest, cheesy British show ever!!!
Most unfunniest?... No. Just... no. @@GraceAlder99
Hollyoaks actors try a sitcom innit hahah

Well done with your predictions.
10:10 Bagsy me first go with it = I reserve the first use of it.
Suet is hard none rendered cow or sheep fat we make steamed sweet pudding or dumplings out of it,yes it’s flash heart those two are so talented
I never saw this! loved his rather similar character in Young Ones. I didn't catch him being Flashheart either! He was great. Bottoms up!
Bottom is the best if you love physical comedy and the rude one liners, they worked so well as a duo. Rik is sorely missed ❤️
WHATEVER MAKES YOU LARF IS OK. 'THEY 'CAN'T TOUCH YOU FOR IT----YET.
There live set shows were even better, all improv stuff , so good.
Damn! The seal is asleep! Can't he atleast do some tricks? 😔😴😴😴
This is adult slapstick at its best.
you might remember richie better as drop dead fred. it seems to be a movie that stars rik that americans are more familiar with
0:33 A Brit or an Aussie would be pulling a different face here.... 😂 Not a worried look like it's real life.... 😂
bagsy means you get in first, kinda like shotgun
Vimto, a drink. Snooker a bit like pool
God. Connor really sends my blood pressure through the roof. 😅😅
That’s exactly what I was just thinking. SNOOKER!!! And what’s he on about with “sooit”?
I would suggest The Young Ones before Bottom
I enjoyed the seal. It has my approval of seal. (Sorry!)
Bagsy me first go with it 😂
I prefer all other episodes of bottom over ep1.
'Withnail and I' on speed.
Welcome to bottom...
Gas man is the best

you didn't even say if you liked it or not. its so annoying to watch a reaction vid where they don't even sum it up afterwards

Everyone has an opinion. I loved them both about the same.
Useless reaction
If your hearing's that bad, turn on the closed captions. You're missing gags because you not hearing the enunciation properly.
