Does it mean how many lives? Or does it mean how many revives you have? Just random thing. Some games differ, I just kind of want to know what people think is the default.
WizardOf depends on the game. Some games like SMB2 has it as a revive counter but every other SMB games uses it as a live counter having 1 as the last life
