    I want to know how many gm of glutionous rice flour, how many gm of sesame powder, how many gm of corn flour and how many of powder sugar. Thats all I want to know, thanks

      Ingredients: peanuts100g, white sesame20g, glutinous rice flour120g, black sesame powder40g,
      icing sugar80g, corn starch40g
      Method: Stir fry peanuts and mash them, fry sesame seeds
      Put all kinds of powder together and add 300 grams of water
      Steam for a little more than 20 minutes
      Wrap the stuffing and roll with the coconut paste

    刚才做了一次,都让我最后切小块抛花生里面去了,在手上粘的能有一大半都让我扔了,粘的满手都是,唉。不想抹油,结果。。。。。。不说了,都是眼泪。

      不可以。淀粉和面粉的性质不同,做出来没有口感了。

    我把材料全減半想試試,可是怎麼包都不行,手套抹了油也還是很黏,全黏一團了

      请从2分18秒处再看看,案板上需要铺保鲜膜,保鲜膜上需要抹油,手套上也抹油就不会粘了。另外我告诉你,平时和面的时候,揉面之前手上抹油也是面不粘手的。谢谢你留言🌹
