1 cup - Shimeji Mushrooms (washed & pat dried)
1 cup - Enoki Mushrooms (washed & pat dried)
1 cup - Oyster Mushrooms (washed & pat dried)
1 cup - Water
½ cup - Sugar
1 tsp - Garlic, minced
1 tsp - Chilli Flakes
Salt - (as per taste)
½ tsp - Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp - Cornstarch Slurry
For the Coating:
1½ - cups Corn Flour
1 cup - All Purpose Flour
½ cup - Rice Flour
10 gms - Baking Powder
Salt (as per taste)
½ tsp - Black Pepper Powder
For Serving:
½ cup Wasabi Mayonnaise

I love your videos, and while I understand the need to make a living and do advertising, these videos that are basically ALL ad are difficult to watch. When there's a small break in a video to talk about video sponsor products etc. I don't really mind, but I completely kills it for me to have the promotional stuff intermixed with the actual content throughout. Again, I love this channel and have cooked many things from it, and not opposed to being advertised to, but I just wonder if the format could be a little different.
