This seems to focus more on if you have a weak chakra but if you are doing this to a chakra that is actually overactive could that cause more issues? Thanks so much in advance for any info
The test actually doesn’t show that the actual chakra is week, just that it needs balancing. The tapping test just shows that the chakra is affected enough by the tapping to send a neurological signal giving the muscles involved the instruction to give way (when the tester tries to separate the arms). The chakra clearing and balancing process shown here is universal, for any imbalance or just to support the chakras in general.
