That big clip looks like the same clip used on the Land Rover throttle bodies that you replace all the time.

Cheers Jimmy, so the Dealers can’t fix them and refund the customers and sell the Van for Spares or Repair?, unbelievable.

Jimmy, do you think it's possible that the O'ring may have been lost while they fitted the manifold etc? That would be a coincidental fault surely? Maybe the origin fault was fixed but they screwed up by loosing the seal and so still has a running fault💁🏼‍♂️

Jimmy, I've got a P0096 fault code on my Renault Trafic III. I've done your trick of cleaning the Upstream Pressure sensor pipe and changed the pressure sensor but still have the fault code. You're calling this the Mass Airflow Sensor but another You tuber is calling the same sensor the Air intake temperature sensor.? Could it be causing my problem?

So a 1.6 to power such a large van, add to that extended service intervals. I'd rather a 2wd pick-up with a canopy. Preferably not a Ford with a wet timing belt.

Wet belt are fine if you service them properly with correct oil and don’t leave them for 25000 mile to change the oil.

The engines do quite well in the vans. broken Engines are very rare.
They also have a relative large amout of oil in it in comparison to other 1.6 engines so its not such a big deal with long service intervals.

@@NickMackenzie-kb8mv For the amount of work required to replace the wet timing belt, potential oil dilution issues, as being cautious with oil changes, due to oil recommended, it's hard to worth the hassle.
