That end to the trailer, the whole end with Miraak absorbing the dragon soul to the Nordic singing and echo at the end gives me goosebumps

I love how it mirrors the very first Skyrim trailer where your own characters stood there and absorbed the dragon. Very powerful & creative scene
The greatest bit is how he's absorbing three dragon souls simultaneously. Really shows you how this guy is no joke.

Visiting Solstheim at level 10 on Legendary difficulty = somewhat Dark Souls like experience.
Nigga..i tried visiting at lvl 15..on novice...i got raped...like two-three hit kill
High Constable dark souls isn't that kind of hard. Dark souls isn't even hard overall lol I'd have an easier time beating it at level 10 than Dragonborn dlc ,_,
I made the mistake of starting out on Solstheim with Requiem installed, aye.
I couldn't even slay a reikling. Makes me wonder how people survived their
Dark souls is a cake walk compared to that.

the chanting from the main theme at the very end of the trailer makes a lot of sense once you translate it. it would say "harkon now, sons of snow. to an age long ago. of the tale, boldly told, of the one!" which, out of context, kinda sounds like they're talking about Mirrak

Yeah, that was the original Theme song for SKyrim. It's not calling to Miraak. Basically just any dragonborn.
Jayman2800 I know it is the original theme. I was just saying that the context it's used in, it relates to the theme of the dlc. I meant that it sounds like they're refering to Miraak. I know that they're talking about the dragon born in general.

They totally could have made about 20 expansions and they would have all sold like fucking crazy lol.
Even though I am with you on that I think by the 7 maybe 10 expansion people will start to say that Bethesda is milking the game like they said about borderlands and payday 2. It would be great though not saying they shouldn't just that others may think otherwise

It's hard to think the idea of the story. Then make it.
Then think of the possibility with all of it. Then voice actors.
And graphics. They can't make another game instantly unless you want a boring ass game making no sense.
Bethesda should keep working on Skyrim DLCs to this day and add the remaining provinces. Imagine that!

You'll also be able to attack a baby dragon, scarring it. When it grows up, you may find during a dragon encounter one of them has the same scar on its wings (ala the Scales short film.)
Did anybody else notice the slight changes in the theme song? I like it.
Kinect has sensor dots that can be seen by infared. Seen paranormal activity 4? It picks up and movement and has been modded for laser light dubstep displays in the streets of auckland. It is a BIG step up in technology and not only just for gaming!
It also can be used in games like mass effect for voice command etc.. what can the move do? copy what the wii does? lol
Isn't be cool if Bethesda make DLC for Skyrim that will continue in Elder Scrolls 6? Or just to show what is next or where will be the next ES6. I think it will be very cool.

It won't be on rails. And you will be able to visit a great dragon city in the expansion. In this city, Radiant Story and AI have been tweaked to provide much greater depth. If you steal the dragon shopkeeper's key, he'll have to go to the blacksmith to have a new one made. The NPC shop patrons will line up outside, and potentially even grow impatient and start a fight. Eventually he'll come back with a new key, but this delay will have a real effect on the in-game economy.
I can't wait to play this on my PS3!
no dawnguard was so small for their first dlc and not enough bonuses e.g. weapons, spells and armors! Hearthfire was a great idea and was pretty good for the price but didn't have enough freedom like minecraft but in that sense they are completely different games. I hope this DLC is really good and as you say shivering isles size!! :D

He was never a dragon priest though. They said that he was a dragon priest that devour dragons, not serve them. Makes you think though.
They DO know what the problem is. Instead of Bethesda creating the game for BOTH engine systems, they only created it on the Xbox engine THEN imported it to the PS3 with their fingers crossed hoping that it will work. Well it did to some degree, but now DLC became the problem. Bethesda said that its easier to code for the Xbox. They took the lazy way out and didnt bother learning how to code for the PS3, like many other great companies did without problem, and are finally being called on it.
4 December for Xbox, probably January for PC and March 2057 for PS3
That is untrue, You get to see 3 other dragonborn's fighting Alduin, and they were hardly the first, there is nothing about Miraak who is truly the first dragonborn.

to be fair, its pretty hard to make a map pack for a single player game. A map pack in the equivalent of a story DLC for a multiplayer game. I hate them and think that they should be free, but still.

I'm serious. I did that; I did the potion making, the hours of maxing out stats on armor and weapons,...and then the game was no fun. Epic battles with dragons turned into me running up and hitting them 3 times on the head them dying. Edge-of-seat, heart-pounding encounters with dwemer centurions became 1-hit kills I barely noticed. It was not...fun. at all. Challenges are what make games fun. But the modern gaming community thinks highly different these days.
Miraak is probably the coolest NPC in Skyrim way more badass then Harkon and harder to kill too! lol His robes and other Items are cool too! I wish I was a mage so I could wear that stuff...Im what I call a Warlock...lol..a Witch Doctor but a guy. lol xD
Doubtful, as bear armor was a style of medium armor in Bloodmoon.

Yeah, and once you hit level like 35 and get daedric armor and weapons,...nothing proves a threat at all anymore. I made the mistake of using crafting and enchanting potions, I basically 3-hit elder dragons. Soo I put those weapons away and just use regular ones now, to make the game challenging again. It's not difficult to get to a point where you can easily survive. Once there however,....enjoy the game rather than keep maxing out. There's literally no point

I Cannot Whip I Cannot Nae Nae oh I especially hate him for that, I just like his character and I wish I could have the option to turn him good (I play the Xbox 360 version)
In PC there's a mod where you can save Miraak and defeat Mora.

What annoys me about this game, is that two of the DLCs were chopped off so they could use the money they were going to use on them for ESO.

Skyrim indeed should have more dlc's, but I guess if one guy is working on Skywind and Skyblivion then you have more dlc's. Only you need to have Morrowind and oblivion before you get Skywind and Skyblivion. Though I would have liked Bethesda to do more dlc's for Skyrim before they move over to elder scrolls 6. If there will even be an Elder Scrolls 6.

That's effectively what they did.
They produced a game worth 400 hours of gameplay, charged 40-60 euro for something that could have been worth a lot more, and people still complain that they could have included the DLC in the original price tag. They spent a lot of money on this game, and they're business practises are more than fair. Stuff your unfounded protests in a bag and to drown them mate, you have no grounds to be annoyed.

This might very well be the last objectively good thing Bethesda game studios released themselves. (games Bethesda softworks published dont count, Id made doom, Bethesda softworks just provided the shekels)
