Awesome! I think you’ll find any of the 20+ games we mentioned to be well worth your time/money! ☺️ Thank you for checking out the video and for leaving a comment!
Haha, I mean, if you feel like you’d get them played, go for it! ☺️ (You’ve already got For Sale, right?) 🏡 It’s fun but isn’t it super frustrating sometimes? Maybe I’m just easily “frustratable”! 🤣
@@BoardGameDave Yes, thanks to you! haha! It has quickly become a favorite of our group. I have been wanting Incan Gold for forever, and there are a few others I've wanted to try (like Radlands). I need more light-weight games! And YES, super fun, but I just had to take 5 and I was like "WHAT?!" I didn't see it coming!
@@crispieOnion I told you! Take 5 is so frustrating and unpredictable sometimes! 🤣 And Love Letter was actually on sale for like $9 or something on Amazon and I almost bought it... but then I didn't! 😅 I'm trying to behave myself this year! (I've actually only bought one game in 2023 so far!)

Hey there, Sash! Thank you so much for your comment! I really appreciate you leaving your own Top 20 here as well! ☺️ I would absolutely agree with you about Stone Age as a gateway game for people who have played games like Catan! Perfect way to introduce them to the worker placement genre! 🛖 Beyond that, I really love the 7 Wonders games, Arnak is a really fun one, Carcassonne is a great entry-level tile-placement game... lots of great games on your list!
@BoardGameDave Fun Fact: Stone Age was the first board game I ever purchased in 2010 and it still remains in my collection until this very day. I actually played it again last Friday and everyone had a blast! I think it trumps Catan in many ways! Also, keep on posting vids like these, they certainly help the community in various ways. 😁
@@SKGuna_writer Stone Age was one of the very first board games I ever bought, too! (But this was in 2019!) 🛖 The amazing thing is that it still holds up even after all these years! Thank you for your comment! ☺️ I’ve only played Decrypto once and it just didn’t click for me for some reason! I’ll have to try it again sometime! And Codenames is fantastic-I’m sure I’ll be playing it this week with my cousins!
My top 3 easy fun games for newbies or non-gamers are Dungeon Raiders (think streamlined & simplified Munchkin) Skulls (tavern bluffing game) and Pairs (push ur luck card deck, don't want to get a pair. 2nd easiest card game in the world) If they're a little adventurous, I whip out Three Dragon Ante! (with metal coins of course)
Thank you for your comment! Of those four games you mentioned I've only heard of Skulls! The other ones sound fun, though! (Especially the one with metal coins!) 😁
