The places that you guys visited in Cyprus were so magnificent that they look like they'd only exist in movies. I'd love to see them with my own eyes one day. And dude, you crack me up with your sense of humor, such as your reenactment of Hamlet. I also love seeing you running around and having the time of your life wherever and whenever. That encapsulates a big part of travel. It's about being in the moment and enjoying the freedoms at your hands and feet. Like you said, the country is going through a tough time with its division but at the end of the day, the spirit of the country is strong and is shown through its citizens. The Greek side of Cyprus also have many places to visit.. 1.Akamas area(blue lagoon beach and viewpoints, lara beach, avakas gorge) and the rest villages of area. 2.Lefkara village 3.Omodos village 4.Madari Mountain Madness 5.Vouni village 6.Protaras area 7.Stavrovouni monastery 8.Zapalo beach 9.Cape aspro 10.Limassol city 11.Larnaca city etc.

People should also check out the Akamas Peninsula on the western side of the island. There are some beautiful beaches there including the famous blue lagoon. You need a 4 wheel drive though.
