There are some big missed opportunities during this video. There are so many places near the areas you have been that are a pity you didn't know about those hidden gems to visit them. A huge example is that when you visited Kurion, near you there is the temple of Apollo (with the same ticket) that you could have visited and additionally there is the hidden beach named as Zappalo bay in which there are five, three big and two lesser underwater lakes with a breathtaking view. It's quite a challenge to hike down the beach but the water there is fantastic and it's salinity is much denser thus you will float much more than normal, just avoid swimming in the Middle of those underwater lakes because some times whirlwinds form and everyone vanishes. Don't worry, you can still swim and even walk around them. It's an amazing experience walking ON the sea next to an underwater lake that can be found only in Cyprus.

I lived in Paphos for almost 5 months and not once have I visited Nicosia. Didn't really attract me for some reason. I went to Limassol, Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Turkish east side, Paralimni.. Maybe next time I'll go to Nicosia as well.

not really , if you have been driving to greece then you should be good at cyprus too, right handed wheel , about the cost nowadays i cannot actually tell you an exact amount but looking online and for what you desire and how long you like to stay you can find an estimated cost for your visit there 😎 and arrange accordingly

There's a saying in Cyprus that goes like "There's nothing like Limassol". The most beautiful and interesting city, a long coastline covers the whole side of the city combining everything from ancient sites to a modern Marina and from Ayia Napa's wild parties to Paphos' relaxing walks by the sea.
No, that's a saying only Limassolians say :) Limassol is ok for tourism, but other cities have it better. Better beaches, better night clubs, better relaxing sites. Each cities has it's "peaks" but limassol is a moderate at everything. Not bad, just moderate.

Hi we are in protaras at the moment. I didn’t realise it was a noisy party town with nothing of any real interest historically. Where can I take my family that’s within an hour or so driving? We are here for 2 weeks and it will get boring hanging around the pool and swimming in the sea all day. There are a couple of little churches of interest but I haven’t found anything else! Help!
I am so proud to be half Greek and Cypriot 🇬🇷🇨🇾 because the island is beautiful as heck. Nobody can beat us okay except than Greece but we're the same.
Mountains, villages in the mountains, waterfalls, Beaches and visit archaeological sites in Paphos, Beaches, Clubbing, Water park and Bungee jumping in Ayia Napa. Go and eat in real traditional tavernas, avoid touristic restaurants. This is my suggestion as a Cypriot
honestly you cannot , the public transport means are very limited , they will take you almost nowhere this video showed you . You should be very precise to what bus goes where and when , if there is even one , not to mention it will cost you the same , i am from Cyprus so having a car or renting will be the optimum way to do it 🙂

hard to get my head around the fact a tourist in cyprus skipped visiting Limassol & Nicosia =)))
It's pointless for tourists to visit Nicosia especially in the summer. Except walking down ledras there is absolutely nothing else to do.
