- "Side by Side" is performed by the Puppini Sisters for the 2008 feature film "Kit Kittredge: An American Girl" soundtrack. This song was written by Harry Woods and Gus Kahn in 1927. Enjoy!
Sorry about the long pause at the end. The song ends at 2:50. Видеоклипы
I know this song because of Kit Kittredge. It's so catchy and gets stuck in your head. I love it 😍💞
Absolutely GREAT and MARVELOUS 👌
I’m listening this during COVID while writing for my college’s online newspaper. 💕 Yes, I had Kit as a kid and still do somewhere. 😂
Oh me too girl! I got her when I was five, she was my first doll and always my favorite. This song gives me so much nostalgia from how much a watched the movie
Nice!
My Nana and I used to sing this all the time, I am so thankful to have her in my life
I love antique and old fashioned stuff and THIS is why I love it💖💖💖!!
Such genuine lyrics.....unheard of now.....so groovy and so great
2019 I've never heard of these sisters - love this version!! And the pause cause then I get to look at them and the wonderful style: look at those shoes!! : )
Sweet old song.
i love this i hate the current music this is so much better its catchy:)
LOVE THIS SO MUCH. THIS SONG. I LOVE. I heard it first from Kit Kitterage the movie.
My Uncle loved this song I heard this back inthe 1940s
This song is in the Kit Kitredge An American Girl movie! I love the movie and this song and AG dolls!
I gotta admit that 2008 was the year of Kit Kittredge - not just because of the film, but for Christmas of 2008, I was in for one heck of a surprise when my father got me a Kit Kittredge doll for Christmas, along with her accessories and Holiday dress! He was at a holiday party and they had door prizes, and the Kit doll and stuff ended up getting won by my father. Lots of people were trying to buy the Kit doll off my father, and my father turned down all the offers. He KNEW I loved American Girl dolls.
Who Could Not Like This?
It's funny how I first heard this tune in Hudson Hawk, which is sung by Bruce Willis and the late Danny Aiello. This rendition of this tune is great too
Epic vocals...Just Awesome...
One of my Mom & Dad's fav songs, along with "Singin' in the Rain" (Gene Kelly) Both my favorites now too!
Great Version of Side by Side, Love ...Love... Love... The Puppini Sisters.
Wonderful rendition of this song! Thanks!
Great song, great version!
this is the best song in the world!!!
Best version I have heard of this song.

hannahsoccer047 KIT I LOVE KIT I EVEN LOOK EXCTALY LIKE HER
I love this song so much.
I love this song
They should be number 1 on the records. But oh no, they HAVE to have Justin Beaver up there.
Great rendition!! Sounds just like the Betts sisters!!
Who are the Betts Sisters? I tired looking them up, but I can't find their music.
i looooove this song!
love it!
so that's why this song is familiar its from that movie... :) love it
The question isn't even 'Why dont they make music like this anymore'? The question should be, 'Why dont they make music anymore'?
truuuuuuuuue!!!!
My dad sang this to me while I grew up
and me - it's a "go to" memory for me
Me encanta :))
great
Great son ! for sure ! I just love it !
Two Brits and an Italian showing how to make a cover version as good as the Kay Starr original.
they played this on Kit kittredge
Makayla Poplin yes! Thats what brought me here!
Makayla Poplin Yep! 🤘
same with me i heard this in kit kittredge and that's one of my favorite movies
Kit anyone
@kimbrook87, thank you for the suggestion. I'll post it as soon as I can :)
@kugirocks, I sooo agree!
For some reason this and the film reminded me of the Mafia series of games.
Its also in the movie richly rich
They're a great trio. For Mafia, look up Django Reinhardt (for example, Sweet Georgia Brown).
I love this song! Why don't they make music like this anymore? Instead they have Justin Bieber(Beaver!). This is WAY better! Thumbs up if you agree.
The don’t make music like this today because the majority of kids today are a bunch of “woke” shitheads that have no idea about how real music should sound, they prefer auto-tune hip hoppers and and trash talking ghetto rappers.
Quem canta na versão original
This song was made in 1929... -_-
Now That's Singing
Richie Rich got me here.
this isn't bladee
To them music is purely business with little worthwhile value. That's why I pirate for older records.
