- This is an absolute bucket list course I will be playing in today’s video! Jack’s Point is located in the beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand. This is Episode 1 of 4 from my trip to New Zealand. My goal is to break par for my 4 rounds in New Zealand. Hope y’all are having a great weekend and enjoy the vid!

I still think you should take a trip back to Maryland to try out Pete Dye's namesake course P.B. Dye. I have played it a couple times and in my opinion it is up there with Torrey Pines in terms of difficulty, as I have had the privilege of playing both. P.B. Dye gives you little room for error with long grass on both sides of the rough on most holes, and the holes by the clubhouse have water right off the greens forcing you to hit tight shots.
Similarly, Little Bennet in Maryland is not far from P.B. Dye and has a plethora of blind shots at fairways and greens due to its rolling hills and hooking fairways, and their greens are some of the fastest rolling and unforgiving that I have played. I have had missed uphill puts that have come back father than what I started since I didn't put it in the hole.

Hope you enjoyed NZ, Jacks Point is my favourite course I have played without question. Even the cameras dont do this place justice, it is hard to discribe how breathtaking the views are, living here you sometimes forget how lucky we are, but a place like that really highlights how beautiful our country is. Looking forward to seeing the other courses you played!

@@michaelparsons541definitely not frowned upon here. NZ is a great boating/sailing nation (I believe we currently hold the America's cup). Good spotting tho, there's usually not many boaties in that lake when I visit either

Glad you got to play there Zac. Views are unbelievable, definitely the most scenic course I've played, Cape Kidnappers a close 2nd, can't wait to see you playing there. Kinloch & Wairakei plus our hidden gems Waverley and Rangitira if you ever come back lol

What a game golf is. And it's so much better when we appreciate the work that goes into course design and upkeep. Add the mountains, desert, lakes, trees, a blue sky and warm sun. Notice the birds, squirrels, deer, little critters, big critters. So much better than bowling. Lol.

One of my favorite courses in world. Played it in September on a perfect day... Mountains were covered in snow. Incredible views. 15th is epic! Come back Zach... You have to play Kinloch and Wairakei too. Great content mate!

Fantastic course. I lived in NZ for 7 years into 2020 and played 63 courses between North and South Island. Cape Kidnapper, Wairakei, Kinloch, Tara Iti (Wanted to play, never could), Kauri Cliffs, Titirangi and so many more. So glad you are getting to experience this amazing country

Played there a few times during winter. The Remarkables which is the mountain range there, is stunning when covered with snow.

8:22 / If you want to see the bluest water anywhere you need to travel to Maui and play! BTW, I loved the video Zac. Luke Kwon and Taco golf posted an 18 hole match (2 videos) on this course and I remember his gorgeous the views were!

Plenty to do here, especially if you like the great outdoors plus the 100s of golf courses most of which can be played for under $30usd

There are so many wild outdoor activities! Bungee jumping was also invented here. If you are a Lord of The Rings fan you can go see where it’s filmed!

Jacks point is ridiculous though, fantastic track.
Played it last year on holiday's and the course is even more beuatiful in real life. I unfortunatley did'nt play as well as you, bogey golfer here but who cares look at that view. Well played you.

Good to watch you playing and experiencing new countries. Wish you’d have coordinated with the clubs to get some matches with club champions or even with Taco Golf and his mates. To me, matches are more engaging

Zac - would love a video of your pregame stretches/warmup routine. I’m 33 and have some low back pain from playing too much golf without doing any significant stretches. I need to see what these other old guys are doin before and after their round to preserve the body 😂😅
