I finally understand!!! I have spent so many days praying and trying to figure out which day the Sabbath was and I never knew there was a difference between the weekly Sabbath and the Feast day Sabbath. You answered every single question I have been struggling with . Thank you so much.

I pray TMH sees that we're sincerely trying to follow the commandments. I do acknowledge the Sabbath on sundown Fri to sundown Sat. I'm reading the Bible & I thought the day of atonement was July 10. It hurts me that I don't know what the heck I'm doing but I'm studying, researching and sincerely trying. Yahawashi was crucified on the 14th day of the 1st month. The next day was the first day of unleavened bread, which is the 15th day of the month and a sabbath. Then when he rose after three days and three nights, it was another sabbath. So, that 15th day of the month was not a weekly sabbath.
Please think of this puzzle and answer me right. If one is a Saturday sabbath keeper and is arrested and put in a very dark dungeon without a ray of light for several days. And is later released to an isolated place where he cannot find anyone to ask question about which day he is in. How could that person know which day is the sabbath?

The Sabbath after Passover was a weekly Sabbath in the singular form in Greek after resurrection when Mary came to visit the word Sabbath was plural it should read as after the “ Sabbaths “ which is talking about the week of unleavened bread .

I am learning so much from these lessons. Like most of the African Americans / Black / Negroes we have grow up listening to the pasture in a Christian Church. I never really felt connected to what the pasture was saying; I don't blame the preacher but I do confess that he never really got my attention. How can every saturday be the sabbath ? without the Gregorian calendar you would Not be able to tell what day the (saturday) sabbath fell on or what day was saturday but if you see the moon's phases you know when the sabbath begins and when it ends. So im not sure what teachings your teaching but it does Not make much sense unless you know which phase the moon is in .. so im not sure what your trying to say here but your trying to convince people not to go by the Moon sign for Sabbath which GOD himself made the Moon so that you can always tell when the Sabbath will fall. David answered the priest, “Be assured that women have been kept from us in these three days SINCE I SET OUT...” 1 Samuel 21:5 AMP Mark the word, "since I set out", David SET OUT on the fouth day of the new moon(month) from Naioth(Ramah) because David was hiding three days(see 1Sam 20:19) since he met Jonathan the day before the New moon so his count for hiding starts from New moon day till the 3rd day as they both agreed (see 1Sam 20:18-19) so David went to hid for 3 days . It was changed in about 2004 when the people in the islands off Australia had their sabbath changed when the IDL was moved east for reasons of commerce. Some kept the new day others kept the old days creating a division for Sabbath keepers. So you see some keeping ‘Saturday’ which was now Friday. You can google it. I don’t know the answer but Yah putting his sabbath in the heavens makes more sense than putting it on the Roman Calendar.

Finally, I thought everyone was deceived with this new day starting in the evening. I agree it starts in the morning and ends the next morning. Yahuah gives a perfect example of it in Genesis as you have stated. Yahuah says that he worked from morning till evening from evening to morning there was no work activity and then he started up again in the morning the new day. it is just like if we were to say I got up this morning and went to work and got off this evening and came home and then I get up the next morning and did the same thing. Sabbath Day Observance consist of the work period of the day which is why the people came out in the evening to be healed because the resting period was over. The book of Jubilees Chapter 6 makes it very clear trying to keep the sabbaths and feast days according to the moon will cause error and cause you to go off on your sabbaths and feast days. Anyone trying to use the lunar cycle is way off and only pride will keep them tied up in that confusion.

I've got a couple of gripes. I've watched the entire video and wrote notes as I was watching. So, if I'm wrong, someone please correct me: 1) Transitional days: There are no transitional days, because the moon only has 29 phases. Maybe that makes sense to have when comparing to Esau's Roman Gregorian calendar which follows the rotation of the sun (which is always inaccurate), but the moon doesn't have 30 phases or even 31 phases. It only has exactly 29. 2) The day David spoke to the priest: 1 Samuel 21:5 says, "And David answered the priest, and said unto him, Of a truth women have been kept from us about these three days, since I came out, and the vessels of the young men are holy, and the bread is in a manner common, yea, though it were sanctified this day in the vessel." A key phrase is being ignored here. "since I came out" is that phrase that's being ignored. This means, it's been 3 days since he's come out, and if he hadn't come out since the 3rd day, it would mean that 6 days had to have come and gone already. Meaning, it had to have been during the end of the 7th day of that week - approaching evening and the beginning of the sabbath. 3) He then talks about this verse: Numbers 10:11;13 says, "And it came to pass on the twentieth day of the second month, in the second year, that the cloud was taken up from off the tabernacle of the testimony. And they departed from the mount of the Lord three days' journey: and the ark of the covenant of the Lord went before them in the three days' journey, to search out a resting place for them." He then assumes, because the journey ended on the sabbath, that they had to do work to set up camp, because The Most High wouldn't allow them to be anywhere without shelter (and he doesn't try to prove this). Yet... Leviticus 23:39 says, "Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the Lord seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath." The 15th is a sabbath. 7 days after that is the 22nd which is a sabbath. Now, he argues that these days can land anywhere in the week. He insinuates that a week can some times have 2 sabbaths. I get into more detail a little later on... Leviticus 23:5-6 says, "In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the Lord's passover. And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the Lord: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread." We know the 15th day is a sabbath, because: John 19:31 says, "The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away." We know Christ died on Passover, and the day after Passover is the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is a high sabbath. That day is the 15th. 7 days after the 15th is the 22nd - another sabbath. Psalm 81:3 says, "Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day." We know the words "time appointed" mean "full moon". So, what feast days land on a full moon? According to the lunar sabbath, the 15th is typically a full moon. Correct me if I'm wrong. Anybody! Using the moon, we know each month would be 29 days, because the new moon is always considered the first day of the month. The moon has 29 phases. Not 30 phases and not 31 phases. Exactly 29 phases. So, we can conclude that every month is exactly 29 days and doesn't change. We also know that a "day" according to the bible, speaks only in reference to the daylight. He doesn't speak on the night. Each day begins in evening when the moon is visible. So... Using that logic, the 22nd would be a sabbath. Like I've been saying, correct me if I'm wrong. 4) Another thing he does is he accurately depicts the differences between a sabbath day and a sabbathwan day. I have no argument with that. However, he assumes that the yearly feasts show that they aren't ordinary sabbath days (and he's right... To a point). John 19:31 will continue to be a problem, because there are feasts days that land on weekly sabbaths and those are considered high sabbath days. This is why it was so imperiative that I point out that the length of a month doesn't change. If the length of the month changed, then this man would have a point. He could then say that there are some years in which the feast days land on ordinary weekly sabbaths and some years in which they don't. However, that's never really the case in the Hebrew calendar. The 15th day of the month is always a sabbath - and it's called a sabbath each time you see it observed in the bible. There's no avoiding it. The reason why I'm willing to be incorrect in all of this is due to the new moon and the transition of months. At the end of a lunar month is a sabbath, but the beginning of a new lunar month is a new moon. That period is not continuous, despite not having transitional days. 5) He then continues to go into history to show how the Romans followed after us when establishing their 7 day weekly calendar. This appears to be somewhat incorrect. The Romans didn't follow after the Hebrew calendar. They followed after the Egyptian Solar Calendar (and prior to that, the Egyptian lunar calendar) which had 7 day weeks, 12 month years and 365 days in those years. To be precise, 365 days, 6 hours, 11 minutes and 65 seconds. It wasn't until 1582 that Pope Gregory XIII determined the Julian calendar to be too long, and revised it into the Gregorian calendar we use today - but he pointed that out in this video. It seems to me that grabbing historical sources from Africa (where our ancestors fled to in 70 AD) could possibly be more accurate.

Is it a happy coincidence that the weekly feasts start on a sabbath and end on a sabbath? Are we to believe those sabbaths are just sabbathwans? I have been studying this topic for the last few months, and I have come up with the same scriptures and information as you. Every 15th of the month is a Sabbath, there is no denying that. Can't nobody prove an every Saturday Sabbath in the Bible. What's funny is my people will call the Jewish people the Synagogue of Satan, but then say they following the Father's correct Sabbaths. That make no sense, how can they be keeping the commandments but then also be the Synagogue of Satan? Rome is the beast, but brothers will say Rome has the right calendar and right order of days, just makes no sense when the Father said they would change laws and times. Its deeper than them switching from Saturday to Sunday, both days are wrong, Christianity and Judaism.
I ended up coming to the conclusion that both are true. The Lunar Calendar is true _and_ the continuous week is true. It's the only thing that makes sense. Why? 1) Chaazawan is correct when he says the sabbath _has_ to be on the 7th day every week, nonstop and without fail. If we assume that each lunar month starts at the end of the week (due to the new moon), then we have no choice but to count 8 days before the next sabbath. That's wrong. 2) There are key months in which the sabbath lands on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th days on the LUNAR calendar. I found this to be between the first and second months, and between the seventh and eighth months (I could be wrong, because I did the math in my head). Meaning (if my math serves me correctly), the first month of the year, the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th days should line up with the sabbath. Same with the seventh month. I say between the first and second, and the seventh and eighth months because I calculate the month of Abib on the new moon prior to to the spring equinox. Others calculate it on the new moon after the spring equinox (which I believe is wrong, but that's another conversation altogether). 3) The sabbath appears to be totally independent from the lunar calendar and Esau's wicked calendar. It runs on it's own consistent time, nonstop and continuously. 4) The Lunar Calendar is 100% and absolutely correct. There's no doubt about it. However, the sabbath (as mentioned before) does not follow the lunar calendar. Period. It was very difficult for me to come to gripes with this, but based on further research on this topic, this appears to be the case.
A day in scripture is not even to even. The day starts when sun rises. Why can't we get that easy concept. Specific instructions were given for Passover and day of atonement but not to be followed for all Sabbath. Even and morning comprise the day. The even is not night time. Remember the Sabbath day. Why would I observe Sabbath at night while I'm sleeping? Night is a period of inactivity. We have taken all logic from scripture. Good video though.
The Day of Atonement was the ONLY day I see in scripture that we are to keep from even to even. The Passover was at even.. but it does not say that a DAY starts in the evening when the Most High called the light DAY and the darkness HE called NIGHT. We will not be able to get around that!!!
If you read about the days of creation, the evening and the morning is counted as a day. It’s a 12 hour period on each one “evening and morning” which equals a 24hr day starting with the evening according to the Bible. So evening to evening is correct. We were born into sin and we were shape in lawlessness. We learn the customs that wasn’t from the Most High and because of that it’s weird or hard to grasp when we learn how it really suppose to be. (Plus... it is a day of rest. And by putting the evening 1st knowing the we sleep around that time show the love that Yahawah and Yahawashi have for us because He allowing us to sleep in first.... but that my opinion.) The concept of transitional days is a mere misrepresentation of how the lunar shabats works . No days are lost. The number of days of the monthly cycles interchange between 30 and 29 days. The first month has 30 days ,the 2nd 29 days ,the third 29 ,and so on. Some israelites recognize the new moon as a Shabath day, worked for 6 days then have their Shabath on the 8th day ,laboured for another 6 days , then observe Shabath on the 15days. Saturday observance is not necessarily the correct day the weekly Shabath as there is mo conclusive evidence that sunday is the first weekly days. The creator commands us to work six days and keep the Shabath on the seventh day after we have laboured . He knows our heart and with all this confusion about which day to observe the Shabath may very well be a test that most of us have and will continue to fail until Yashua returns. Yashua healed and ate corn on the Shabat ,yet he kept the Shabath whereever he was even to persecution. No man should be judged on the matter of Shabath once he has worked his six days as the Creator did and rested on the seventh day. The sum total of it all is that he knows our heart.

first of all Friday sundown to Saturday sundown, can not be the biblical sabbath, why? because when the roman came out with the planetary week Saturn day was the first day of the week, and Sun day was the second day of the week, Friday was the seven day of the week, it wasn't until constantine that not only did he made the Sun day the first day of the week, but change the first day of the week Saturn day to the seventh day. also the roman calendar prior to the introduction of the planetary week, was a 8 day week. another thing there is no such thing as transition days, further more, if you ready the story of the flood, it accurately show that we follow a lunar calendar of 30 days, that the new moon day and the 29 days, of the cycle of the moon.
There is a reason its called the SATURDAY 7th day Sabbath. The planet Saturn is the resting planet and always has been . You are incorrect that it was changed from the 1st day of the week and so on. The weeks were labeled according to the BRIGHTEST to lightest stars and lights in the sky ... eg the most powerful "gods" were named first. SUN, moon, Tuesday(MARSday) wednesday (woden's day or Mercury day)thursday -thorsday(Jupiter) and Friday -friegia day (VENUS) and finally Saturday (Saturn's day ) .

I cannot tell you how much I have learned tonight. I am impressed with how you backed up everything biblical, and even produced actual historical evidence from those who wrote about actual observances of week days and feast days. I am now secure in my knowledge from my own actual studies of God's word, as you have confirmed many of my thoughts on the matter of days of Sabbath. The lunar days are to point out seasons and feasts for us to observe, but not to follow for weekly Sabbaths. Thank you so much.

The lunar Sabbath doctrine that i know does not teach that new moon days are not counted as days. It teaches that they are days of the monthly cycle but not days of the weekly cycle. This teaching is Scriptural. Genesis 1:14 clearly states that the foundation or basis of the Creator's calendar is lunar-solar - moon and sun. The Scripture, nowhere teaches a continuous weekly cycle.
The Hebrew Sabbath was originally a Sabbathon . . . it was celebrated at intervals of seven days, corresponding with the changes in the moon’s phases . . . Encyclopaedia Biblica, 1899, p. 4180. Shabbat originally arose from the lunar cycle, containing four weeks ending in Sabbath, plus one or two additional unreckoned days per [lunar] month. I disagree Israel,furthermore because the New Moon and the Feast of Trumpets are two distinctly different feast days.The New Moon is our monthly feast,and the Feast of Trumpets is our annual feast to observe.
The comment section never ceases to amaze me... I'm blown away by the amount of bugged out Israelites, particularly on topics where there really shouldn't be any argument. I've been having this same discussion on fb and I argue that the Most High is not the author of confusion. If the math doesn't add up... the Most High didn't author it. One point against the lunar sabbath schedule is the crucifixion being 4 days from the first day of the week. If the 18th was the 1st day of the week, then the 17th was the weekly sabbath and that doesn't fit the LSD. Another point is that you can't get 7 sabbaths and one day to equal 50 by the lunar doctrine... So they're Pentocost is like 53-54 days out. I didn't realize till this vid that the new moon is an ok to work day... thanks. Makes sense. I love it when at this stage of the walk I can still learn a few things. 7 sabbaths and 50 days is the count brother that should add up correctly. New moon day is a day of non commerce as well as the 7 day sabbath. The difference is servile work can be done on the new moon day but not on the Sabbath. Can biblical prophecy be counted using the Roman calendar

Points to note: About the Full Moon - The First day is the same as the New Moon - The Moon is Full - On that day, Day light rises on it (on the Moon, note day light happens in the morning) - The Moon shines the Whole night - The Sun then Rises Opposite to the Moon (I think this is the daylight which will rise on the Moon) - The Moon must bee opposite to the Sun (When Sun rises) This is what we are supposed to observe for the signs of the Times. According to this explanation, from the Book of Enoch, when the Moon is increasing its light, the month ending, and when the Moon is full, and that day is explained as the Book of Enoch has explained, then the New Month starts, and we start counting the Days of the Month form day one, and start observing sabbath.

New Moon is the first day of the Month. The 8th day is like any other day, as we count from day 1 to day 30 (days of the month). The New Moon signifies the start of a new month, and the explanation I gave you is proof. If you don't believe me, wait around Thursday or Wednesday or Friday next week, the New Moon / New Month will start. If you are only talking about the 8th day, the scriptures talk about the 15th day as well. These wayward teachers have lied to you, and you are in a mentality that is opposing GOD unknowingly. You have to prove everything, and it should be in context. Please show me your 0 day / whatever you mean. Don't let other people supplement on the word of GOD. GOD created NO CALENDAR. I have to admit, their are some good points in this video, but also their seems to be some problems to me. 1. The calendar he shows has 31 days in it. Everyone knows that no lunar month has 31 days in it. So right off the back, we have a problem. If the people don't know this, then I can see them being mislead. Not saying that the brother is intentionally trying to mislead anyone, he seem to be very concerned for his people. I'm just saying that maybe the brother didn't consider the lunar cycle dont have 31 days. Also using the calendar he has, the new moon can fall on the 1st so-called transition day, and therefore their will be no so-called transitional day that month. 2. In Numbers 10:33, he clearly can't count days. If it is Monday, and I tell you to travel to a place that is a days journey away, and leave today, You will arrive tomorrow, right? So let's see, lets start at the 20th, now let's count 3 days journey. 20-21, one day, 21-22 two days, 22-23 three days. You will arrive on the 23rd, not the 22nd, as he mistakenly stated. Which is not a sabbath. And also if you did not travel on the sabbath(22nd), then you will arrive on the 24th, because you didn't travel on the 22nd. In order to arrive on the 22nd, you will only had a two days journey, not three days. 3. In Genesis 1:14 he only make emphasis on the moon being created on the 4th day, well don't you know that the sun was made the same day? If one cannot follow the moon because it was created on the 4th day, then you cannot also follow the sun for the exact same reason. Three days after they both were created, was the sabbath day. Notice I said three days. Let's see something. We are on the 4th day, then you have the 5th, 6th, and 7th. The 7th being three days later, as the bible states, and as we already know. If we count the days as he did in Numbers, the sabbath day will be on the 6th. We will have to start off with the day we are in, it will be the 4th, 5th, then the 6th. Three days. The 3rd day according to this count will be on the 6th, but that's not correct. Do your own homework, all ancient people used a lunar calendar, including Hebrews, way before their was a Roman or Greek on earth.

His counting has confused me. Regarding the three days journey, based on his explanation of the sundown Friday to sundown Saturday Biblican day, 21- 22 would count as day 1, 22 - 23, as day 2, 23 - 24, as day 3. So, it wouldn't be the Sabbath as he stated.

Lunar sabbath keepers cannot believe that Yahawashi rose on the 3rd day. Matthew 28:1 clearly states that Yahawashi rose on the first day of the week. That would mean according to a lunar sabbath keeper Yahawashi rose on the 23rd day of the month which is impossible since the 15th day of the month is passover.

I would suggest you study the development of the Julian and Gregorian Calendars, as well as the change in the calendar after the babylonian captivity. The Lunar Sabbath is correct. Humble yourself and listen to the scriptures. The moon is given by Yahuah as the calendar for the Sabbath. There was never more than 30 days in a Hebrew month, google time and date calendar for the new moon as a matter of fact today is the Sabbath.

You are confused. If you bring the Sabbath from the Creation apply it with the the same rule of identification. When Moses received the law , Julius Caesar did not exist ( in 46 BC he disconnected the calendar from the moon and eliminated the new moon day ), Constantin the great did not exist either ( he brought back the week of seven days and instituted Sunday as the first day of the week and Saturn day as the 7th day , and later pope Gregory XIII moved the date with 11 days from the position of the moon . These are all historical facts. Isaiah 66:23 says that we will worship HIM every NEW MOON DAY AND EVERY SABBATH DAY
You believe Saturday is the true Sabbath but you are supposed to always work 6 days and rest on the 7th day. That being true, tell me how can you do that for the 1st month and 7th month? Let me explain, say the 1st day of the feast of unleavened bread falls on a pagan Monday. Now on that day you are to do no servile work(non work day), how can Saturday be the Sabbath when you only worked 4 days? That's nonsensical. If you followed The true calendar, that wouldn't happen. Same thing can be said for the 7th month. The Most high is perfect and made all of the appointed times to be in sync with the weekly Sabbath. For all weekly Sabbaths follows the scripture, work 6 days and rest on the 7th day, as per Leviticus 23:3, he will not contradict himself. For you to say the it doesn't make sense that after the 29th day Sabbath, the next day or the day after is the New Moon, That's nonsensical also. The New Moon day is a monthly Sabbath. It has nothing to do with working 6 days. You can work a day after the Sabbath and have a New Moon the next day, you can have a Sabbath and have the New Moon the next day. The first day of every month is New Moon day, the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th are Sabbath days according to the scriptures. The scriptures teach us the New Moons, feast days, fast days, and Sabbath days are all worships days, on worships days you don't do servile work. Why don't you observe the New Moon according to scripture? The Jewish people's own books(Jewish Encyclopedia) states the Sabbath was determined by the New Moon. Again, The Most High is perfect, he set his appointed times by the sun, moon, and stars, all three. If you are not following his calendar, you are not following him. If you follow a 364 day calendar and remember the last day of the year is equal parts day & night. Then the year is set on its perpetual course. Then you follow Leviticus 23 as if the chapter starts on the first day of the year. The 14th day or second sabbath is passover then so forth and so on. Peace & Blessings

The first day of the Hebrew year is the next day after the Vernal equinoxe (equal part day and equal part night), then we count from 7 days, and then from Shabbath to Shabbath. I got the same as you ahch! The Shabbath can thus fall on any day of the Gregorian calendar. When the scriptures record Yahawashi supposedly keeping the Shabbath the same day as the Jews who were at Jerusalem at that time may have been fallen on a Saturday.

I tried to give that calendar a fair shot, but unless I am missing some extra days that you are supposed to add somewhere, every year you will be starting a little earlier. Eventually you will end up starting the year in the Autumn, then summer, then winter, etc. As much as we all know the gregorian calendar is not Yah's calendar, we have to admit that the 365 days and the leap year every 4 years lines us back up with the right season in the right month. Let's just say the gregorian calendar has an even 365 days. With only 364 days, you will be one more day behind the gregorian calendar every year. After 90 years, that is a whole season behind. Maybe there is a reason Enoch died at 365.... Am I missing something?

I agree with you regarding the lunar Sabbath doctrine being wrong and that it was a Sabbath day when David took the show bread. The problem with what you said in my opinion is in 1 Sam 20 does not have the word moon “yirek” which is the Hebrew word for moon, anywhere in the chapter. The word is translated “new moon” is in Hebrew “chodesh”. This word is wrongly translated “new moon” in many places in scripture. This does not prove the new moon begins the month!

The Saturday you're talking about happens to fall on the biblical Sabbath day because the Sabbath day could fall on varied days depending on what day the new moon begins. Just think about the gregorian calendar is man made and named after the pagan gods. You have been deceived yourself.
You make a huge error from the start by attempting to force the lunar calendar onto the Gregorian calendar. God did not use the Gregorian calendar, and you can neither use the Gregorian calendar to support nor to refute the lunar calendar. There are no "transitional days" in the lunar calendar. The very first chapter of the bible confirms that God literally created the Sun, Moon and Stars for times. Genesis 1:14 "Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years". The lights in the sky, to include the moon, were specifically made for signs to mark sacred holy appointed times, days and years! In this Genesis 1:14 verse, the word "seasons" is the Hebrew word "MOEDIM". This word is defined as "sacred holy appointment times, feasts, festivals". The verse in Psalms 104:19 uses the same word MOEDIM, when it states "He (God) appointed the MOON for MOEDIM". So what does God say appoints his MOEDIM, or holy appointment times? The sun, moon, or stars? He very boldly proclaims that it is THE MOON that must appoint these things. God has spoken, you will either listen and obey, or rebel and be lost. So if God commands the MOON to appoint the holy appointment dates called MOEDIM, where can we find a list of all of Gods MOEDIM, so that we do not make any mistakes? Leviticus chapter 23 lists all of Gods MOEDIM, in chronological order, according to when they appear on his calendar first to last. Jesus said there are 12 hours in a day. “And the morning and the evening were the first day”, etc. Therefore the Sabbath DAY is from sunrise to sunset. Night, is NOT part of the day.

The phrase “eighth hour of the night” means the night is Eight hours long. 2) Total hours in a day From the above scriptures, the Sun spends half of it's course (half a day) under the earth, meaning night time is equal to day time in length, and the total hours of night time are equal to the total hours of day time Eight hours of a night + Eight hours of a day = Sixteen hours If you choose to follow John's words or Jesus's words, who are non-prophets, its your choice. For me, I follow the words of the prophets of GOD alone, I don't add anything to the words of the prophets

I believe from scripture that a complete day Is approximately a 24 hour cycle. I found no scripture proving that the day starts at evening. Yahawashi was crucified on the 14th day of the 1st month. The next day was the first day of unleavened bread, which is the 15th day of the month and a sabbath. Then when he rose after three days and three nights, it was another sabbath. So, that 15th day of the month was not a weekly sabbath.

So is the the weekly Sabbath that fall on different days i not understanding that. To my understanding is that every 1st of the month is the new moon which those days are a revolving door. David answered the priest, “Be assured that women have been kept from us in these three days SINCE I SET OUT...” 1 Samuel 21:5 AMP
Mark the word, "since I set out", David SET OUT on the fouth day of the new moon(month) from Naioth(Ramah) because David was hiding three days(see 1Sam 20:19) since he met Jonathan the day before the New moon so his count for hiding starts from New moon day till the 3rd day as they both agreed (see 1Sam 20:18-19) so David went to hid for 3 days . And in the morning of the fouth day of the new moon(month) Jonathan went to meet David in the field(see 1Sam 20:35). We can cleary see here that the word of David "SINCE I SET OUT" point to the day when he came out of Ramah i.e the 4th day of the new moon(moon) and women have been kept(away) from David and his men for about three(3) days since he(David) and his men came out of Ramah(i.e on the 4th day) and this bring us to the 8th day of the new moon(moon); i.e on the 4th day David and his companion came out of Ramah and about three days have been kept(away) from women i.e 5th, 6th, 7th and on the 8th day(Sabbath Day) of the Creator's luni-solar calender David went to the priest and asked for a loaves of bread because he and his companion was hungry.
Now this proves that the Creator's Luni-solar calender is not wrong!
NOTE: The bread of the Presence(Showbread) was an offering dedicated to the Most High and was to be eaten only by the priest. The ancient rabbis maintain any law may be superseded to save life, and that David's life was in danger from hunger. (also see Mark 2:25-28)

It was changed in about 2004 when the people in the islands off Australia had their sabbath changed when the IDL was moved east for reasons of commerce. Some kept the new day others kept the old days creating a division for Sabbath keepers. So you see some keeping ‘Saturday’ which was now Friday. You can google it. I don’t know the answer but Yah putting his sabbath in the heavens makes more sense than putting it on the Roman Calendar.

Finally, I thought everyone was deceived with this new day starting in the evening. I agree it starts in the morning and ends the next morning. Yahuah gives a perfect example of it in Genesis as you have stated. Yahuah says that he worked from morning till evening from evening to morning there was no work activity and then he started up again in the morning the new day. it is just like if we were to say I got up this morning and went to work and got off this evening and came home and then I get up the next morning and did the same thing. The book of Jubilees Chapter 6 makes it very clear trying to keep the sabbaths and feast days according to the moon will cause error and cause you to go off on your sabbaths and feast days. Anyone trying to use the lunar cycle is way off and only pride will keep them tied up in that confusion.

I've got a couple of gripes. I've watched the entire video and wrote notes as I was watching. So, if I'm wrong, someone please correct me:
1) Transitional days:
There are no transitional days, because the moon only has 29 phases. Maybe that makes sense to have when comparing to Esau's Roman Gregorian calendar which follows the rotation of the sun (which is always inaccurate), but the moon doesn't have 30 phases or even 31 phases. It only has exactly 29.
2) The day David spoke to the priest:
1 Samuel 21:5 says, "And David answered the priest, and said unto him, Of a truth women have been kept from us about these three days, since I came out, and the vessels of the young men are holy, and the bread is in a manner common, yea, though it were sanctified this day in the vessel."
A key phrase is being ignored here. "since I came out" is that phrase that's being ignored. This means, it's been 3 days since he's come out, and if he hadn't come out since the 3rd day, it would mean that 6 days had to have come and gone already. Meaning, it had to have been during the end of the 7th day of that week - approaching evening and the beginning of the sabbath.
3) He then talks about this verse:
Numbers 10:11;13 says, "And it came to pass on the twentieth day of the second month, in the second year, that the cloud was taken up from off the tabernacle of the testimony. And they departed from the mount of the Lord three days' journey: and the ark of the covenant of the Lord went before them in the three days' journey, to search out a resting place for them."
He then assumes, because the journey ended on the sabbath, that they had to do work to set up camp, because The Most High wouldn't allow them to be anywhere without shelter (and he doesn't try to prove this).
Yet...
Leviticus 23:39 says, "Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the Lord seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath."
The 15th is a sabbath. 7 days after that is the 22nd which is a sabbath. Now, he argues that these days can land anywhere in the week. He insinuates that a week can some times have 2 sabbaths. I get into more detail a little later on...
Leviticus 23:5-6 says, "In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the Lord's passover. And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the Lord: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread."
We know the 15th day is a sabbath, because:
John 19:31 says, "The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away."
We know Christ died on Passover, and the day after Passover is the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is a high sabbath. That day is the 15th. 7 days after the 15th is the 22nd - another sabbath.
Psalm 81:3 says, "Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day."
We know the words "time appointed" mean "full moon". So, what feast days land on a full moon? According to the lunar sabbath, the 15th is typically a full moon. Correct me if I'm wrong. Anybody!
Using the moon, we know each month would be 29 days, because the new moon is always considered the first day of the month. The moon has 29 phases. Not 30 phases and not 31 phases. Exactly 29 phases. So, we can conclude that every month is exactly 29 days and doesn't change. We also know that a "day" according to the bible, speaks only in reference to the daylight. He doesn't speak on the night. Each day begins in evening when the moon is visible.
So... Using that logic, the 22nd would be a sabbath. Like I've been saying, correct me if I'm wrong.
4) Another thing he does is he accurately depicts the differences between a sabbath day and a sabbathwan day. I have no argument with that. However, he assumes that the yearly feasts show that they aren't ordinary sabbath days (and he's right... To a point). John 19:31 will continue to be a problem, because there are feasts days that land on weekly sabbaths and those are considered high sabbath days. This is why it was so imperiative that I point out that the length of a month doesn't change. If the length of the month changed, then this man would have a point. He could then say that there are some years in which the feast days land on ordinary weekly sabbaths and some years in which they don't. However, that's never really the case in the Hebrew calendar. The 15th day of the month is always a sabbath - and it's called a sabbath each time you see it observed in the bible. There's no avoiding it.
The reason why I'm willing to be incorrect in all of this is due to the new moon and the transition of months. At the end of a lunar month is a sabbath, but the beginning of a new lunar month is a new moon. That period is not continuous, despite not having transitional days.
5) He then continues to go into history to show how the Romans followed after us when establishing their 7 day weekly calendar. This appears to be somewhat incorrect. The Romans didn't follow after the Hebrew calendar. They followed after the Egyptian Solar Calendar (and prior to that, the Egyptian lunar calendar) which had 7 day weeks, 12 month years and 365 days in those years. To be precise, 365 days, 6 hours, 11 minutes and 65 seconds. It wasn't until 1582 that Pope Gregory XIII determined the Julian calendar to be too long, and revised it into the Gregorian calendar we use today - but he pointed that out in this video.

6) One more problem with the continuous week in which the video OP said was never broken. During the Dark Ages, how would any of these resources (that he referenced) know that the Julian calendar (and thus the continuous week) was still being adopted after the fall of the Roman empire in 197 A.D.? That's what I don't quite get. What is the accuracy of such a statement when the Greeks completely lost their civilization at that period of time?
7) Also, why don't we have any non-European sources? It seems to me that grabbing historical sources from Africa (where our ancestors fled to in 70 AD) could possibly be more accurate.
Was it just a happy coincidence that Yahawashi died on Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread landed on a weekly sabbath?

I have been studying this topic for the last few months, and I have come up with the same scriptures and information as you. Every 15th of the month is a Sabbath, there is no denying that. Can't nobody prove an every Saturday Sabbath in the Bible. What's funny is my people will call the Jewish people the Synagogue of Satan, but then say they following the Father's correct Sabbaths. That make no sense, how can they be keeping the commandments but then also be the Synagogue of Satan? Rome is the beast, but brothers will say Rome has the right calendar and right order of days, just makes no sense when the Father said they would change laws and times. Its deeper than them switching from Saturday to Sunday, both days are wrong, Christianity and Judaism.
I ended up coming to the conclusion that both are true. The Lunar Calendar is true _and_ the continuous week is true. It's the only thing that makes sense. Why?
1) Chaazawan is correct when he says the sabbath _has_ to be on the 7th day every week, nonstop and without fail. If we assume that each lunar month starts at the end of the week (due to the new moon), then we have no choice but to count 8 days before the next sabbath. That's wrong.
2) There are key months in which the sabbath lands on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th days on the LUNAR calendar. I found this to be between the first and second months, and between the seventh and eighth months (I could be wrong, because I did the math in my head). Meaning (if my math serves me correctly), the first month of the year, the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th days should line up with the sabbath. Same with the seventh month. I say between the first and second, and the seventh and eighth months because I calculate the month of Abib on the new moon prior to to the spring equinox. Others calculate it on the new moon after the spring equinox (which I believe is wrong, but that's another conversation altogether).
3) The sabbath appears to be totally independent from the lunar calendar and Esau's wicked calendar. It runs on it's own consistent time, nonstop and continuously.
4) The Lunar Calendar is 100% and absolutely correct. There's no doubt about it. However, the sabbath (as mentioned before) does not follow the lunar calendar. Period. It was very difficult for me to come to gripes with this, but based on further research on this topic, this appears to be the case.
So if you are in the wilderness with no calendar, then how do we calculate the Sabbath?

A day in scripture is not even to even. The day starts when sun rises. Why can't we get that easy concept. Specific instructions were given for Passover and day of atonement but not to be followed for all Sabbath. Even and morning comprise the day. The even is not night time. Remember the Sabbath day. Why would I observe Sabbath at night while I'm sleeping? Night is a period of inactivity. We have taken all logic from scripture. Good video though.

The Day of Atonement was the ONLY day I see in scripture that we are to keep from even to even. The Passover was at even.. but it does not say that a DAY starts in the evening when the Most High called the light DAY and the darkness HE called NIGHT. We will not be able to get around that!!!
If you read about the days of creation, the evening and the morning is counted as a day. It’s a 12 hour period on each one “evening and morning” which equals a 24hr day starting with the evening according to the Bible. So evening to evening is correct.
We were born into sin and we were shape in lawlessness. We learn the customs that wasn’t from the Most High and because of that it’s weird or hard to grasp when we learn how it really suppose to be.

The concept of transitional days is a mere misrepresentation of how the lunar shabats works . No days are lost. The number of days of the monthly cycles interchange between 30 and 29 days. The first month has 30 days ,the 2nd 29 days ,the third 29 ,and so on. Some israelites recognize the new moon as a Shabath day, worked for 6 days then have their Shabath on the 8th day ,laboured for another 6 days , then observe Shabath on the 15days. Saturday observance is not necessarily the correct day the weekly Shabath as there is mo conclusive evidence that sunday is the first weekly days. The creator commands us to work six days and keep the Shabath on the seventh day after we have laboured . He knows our heart and with all this confusion about which day to observe the Shabath may very well be a test that most of us have and will continue to fail until Yashua returns. The lunar Sabbath doctrine that i know does not teach that new moon days are not counted as days. It teaches that they are days of the monthly cycle but not days of the weekly cycle. This teaching is Scriptural. Genesis 1:14 clearly states that the foundation or basis of the Creator's calendar is lunar-solar - moon and sun. The Scripture, nowhere teaches a continuous weekly cycle.
The Hebrew Sabbath was originally a Sabbathon . . . it was celebrated at intervals of seven days, corresponding with the changes in the moon’s phases . . . Encyclopaedia Biblica, 1899, p. 4180.

I've been having this same discussion on fb and I argue that the Most High is not the author of confusion.
If the math doesn't add up... the Most High didn't author it.
One point against the lunar sabbath schedule is the crucifixion being 4 days from the first day of the week. If the 18th was the 1st day of the week, then the 17th was the weekly sabbath and that doesn't fit the LSD.
Another point is that you can't get 7 sabbaths and one day to equal 50 by the lunar doctrine... So they're Pentocost is like 53-54 days out.

Points to note: About the Full Moon
- The First day is the same as the New Moon
- The Moon is Full
- On that day, Day light rises on it (on the Moon, note day light happens in the morning)
- The Moon shines the Whole night
- The Sun then Rises Opposite to the Moon (I think this is the daylight which will rise on the Moon)
- The Moon must bee opposite to the Sun (When Sun rises)
This is what we are supposed to observe for the signs of the Times. According to this explanation, from the Book of Enoch, when the Moon is increasing its light, the month ending, and when the Moon is full, and that day is explained as the Book of Enoch has explained, then the New Month starts, and we start counting the Days of the Month form day one, and start observing sabbath.

New Moon is the first day of the Month. The 8th day is like any other day, as we count from day 1 to day 30 (days of the month). The New Moon signifies the start of a new month, and the explanation I gave you is proof. If you don't believe me, wait around Thursday or Wednesday or Friday next week, the New Moon / New Month will start.
If you are only talking about the 8th day, the scriptures talk about the 15th day as well.

I have to admit, their are some good points in this video, but also their seems to be some problems to me. 1. The calendar he shows has 31 days in it. Everyone knows that no lunar month has 31 days in it. So right off the back, we have a problem. If the people don't know this, then I can see them being mislead. Not saying that the brother is intentionally trying to mislead anyone, he seem to be very concerned for his people. I'm just saying that maybe the brother didn't consider the lunar cycle dont have 31 days. Also using the calendar he has, the new moon can fall on the 1st so-called transition day, and therefore their will be no so-called transitional day that month. 2. In Numbers 10:33, he clearly can't count days. If it is Monday, and I tell you to travel to a place that is a days journey away, and leave today, You will arrive tomorrow, right? So let's see, lets start at the 20th, now let's count 3 days journey. 20-21, one day, 21-22 two days, 22-23 three days. You will arrive on the 23rd, not the 22nd, as he mistakenly stated. Which is not a sabbath. And also if you did not travel on the sabbath(22nd), then you will arrive on the 24th, because you didn't travel on the 22nd. In order to arrive on the 22nd, you will only had a two days journey, not three days. 3. In Genesis 1:14 he only make emphasis on the moon being created on the 4th day, well don't you know that the sun was made the same day? If one cannot follow the moon because it was created on the 4th day, then you cannot also follow the sun for the exact same reason. Three days after they both were created, was the sabbath day. Notice I said three days. Let's see something. We are on the 4th day, then you have the 5th, 6th, and 7th. The 7th being three days later, as the bible states, and as we already know. If we count the days as he did in Numbers, the sabbath day will be on the 6th. We will have to start off with the day we are in, it will be the 4th, 5th, then the 6th. Three days. The 3rd day according to this count will be on the 6th, but that's not correct. Do your own homework, all ancient people used a lunar calendar, including Hebrews, way before their was a Roman or Greek on earth.

His counting has confused me. Regarding the three days journey, based on his explanation of the sundown Friday to sundown Saturday Biblican day, 21- 22 would count as day 1, 22 - 23, as day 2, 23 - 24, as day 3. So, it wouldn't be the Sabbath as he stated.

Lunar sabbath keepers cannot believe that Yahawashi rose on the 3rd day. Matthew 28:1 clearly states that Yahawashi rose on the first day of the week. That would mean according to a lunar sabbath keeper Yahawashi rose on the 23rd day of the month which is impossible since the 15th day of the month is passover.

You are confused. If you bring the Sabbath from the Creation apply it with the the same rule of identification. When Moses received the law , Julius Caesar did not exist ( in 46 BC he disconnected the calendar from the moon and eliminated the new moon day ), Constantin the great did not exist either ( he brought back the week of seven days and instituted Sunday as the first day of the week and Saturn day as the 7th day , and later pope Gregory XIII moved the date with 11 days from the position of the moon . These are all historical facts.

You believe Saturday is the true Sabbath but you are supposed to always work 6 days and rest on the 7th day. That being true, tell me how can you do that for the 1st month and 7th month? Let me explain, say the 1st day of the feast of unleavened bread falls on a pagan Monday. Now on that day you are to do no servile work(non work day), how can Saturday be the Sabbath when you only worked 4 days? That's nonsensical. If you followed The true calendar, that wouldn't happen. Same thing can be said for the 7th month. The Most high is perfect and made all of the appointed times to be in sync with the weekly Sabbath. For all weekly Sabbaths follows the scripture, work 6 days and rest on the 7th day, as per Leviticus 23:3, he will not contradict himself. For you to say the it doesn't make sense that after the 29th day Sabbath, the next day or the day after is the New Moon, That's nonsensical also. The New Moon day is a monthly Sabbath. It has nothing to do with working 6 days. You can work a day after the Sabbath and have a New Moon the next day, you can have a Sabbath and have the New Moon the next day. The first day of every month is New Moon day, the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th are Sabbath days according to the scriptures. The scriptures teach us the New Moons, feast days, fast days, and Sabbath days are all worships days, on worships days you don't do servile work. Why don't you observe the New Moon according to scripture? The Jewish people's own books(Jewish Encyclopedia) states the Sabbath was determined by the New Moon. If you follow a 364 day calendar and remember the last day of the year is equal parts day & night. Then the year is set on its perpetual course. Then you follow Leviticus 23 as if the chapter starts on the first day of the year. The 14th day or second sabbath is passover then so forth and so on. Peace & Blessings

The first day of the Hebrew year is the next day after the Vernal equinoxe (equal part day and equal part night), then we count from 7 days, and then from Shabbath to Shabbath. I got the same as you ahch! The Shabbath can thus fall on any day of the Gregorian calendar. When the scriptures record Yahawashi supposedly keeping the Shabbath the same day as the Jews who were at Jerusalem at that time may have been fallen on a Saturday.

I tried to give that calendar a fair shot, but unless I am missing some extra days that you are supposed to add somewhere, every year you will be starting a little earlier. Eventually you will end up starting the year in the Autumn, then summer, then winter, etc. As much as we all know the gregorian calendar is not Yah's calendar, we have to admit that the 365 days and the leap year every 4 years lines us back up with the right season in the right month.
Let's just say the gregorian calendar has an even 365 days. With only 364 days, you will be one more day behind the gregorian calendar every year. After 90 years, that is a whole season behind. Maybe there is a reason Enoch died at 365....

Faith Though Logic A Hebrew year is 364 days. You have 12 Months of 30 days and 4 Season's intercalary days. There is a special day which last more than 24 hours that will be the long day according to Joshua. This day sets the year off, then we start again the day after equal hours day and equal hours night.

I agree with you regarding the lunar Sabbath doctrine being wrong and that it was a Sabbath day when David took the show bread. The problem with what you said in my opinion is in 1 Sam 20 does not have the word moon “yirek” which is the Hebrew word for moon, anywhere in the chapter. The word is translated “new moon” is in Hebrew “chodesh”. This word is wrongly translated “new moon” in many places in scripture. This does not prove the new moon begins the month!

You make a huge error from the start by attempting to force the lunar calendar onto the Gregorian calendar. God did not use the Gregorian calendar, and you can neither use the Gregorian calendar to support nor to refute the lunar calendar. There are no "transitional days" in the lunar calendar. It's actually amazing he was sort of able to make scripture match the Gregorian calendar! Not his intention, but that is really what he is doing. This calendar is based on the Enoch calendar which was lunar solar as evidenced by the instructions in Enoch where the new moon becomes the 1st day of the month and always 1st day of the new year.
In locating the true Sabbath of God each year we first need to locate the first month and day of the Jewish calendar which is called the month of Abib or Aviv or Nisan. The first day of the first month starts with the new moon that appears before the Equinox or Spring time in Israel so that the Passover may fall in Spring on sunset of the 14th day. On certain years the new moon after the Spring Equinox must be used to allow the Passover to fall in Spring. From the Dead Sea Scrolls Translated the Essene Calendar reveals it as day 1. It then shows the first Sabbath as day 4 the second Sabbath as day 11, the Passover at day 14 then a Sabbath at day 18, then another Sabbath at the 25th. This month only has 30 days and then goes on the 2nd month with the Sabbath starting on the 2nd day then a Sabbath on the 9th day then a Sabbath on the 16th day, the 23rd day, the 30th day. In the 3rd month the Sabbath starts on the 7 th day, 14th, 21st, 28th and then they add and extra day every third month making this month 31 days long. In the 4th month is a repeat of the 1st month of Aviv (Nisan)
The Essenes made the 1st Sabbath of Aviv (Nisan) appear on the 4th day and the new moon as the 1st day because in Genesis the Sabbath appears 3 days after the creation and appointment of the new moon on the 4th day of creation as the time clock for Gods calendar.
The new moons for each begining of every month is also included in the 7 days that separate each Sabbath as can be seen in the Sabbath of Aviv the first month appearing on the 25th and then followed by the Sabbath of the 2nd month on the 2nd day, Aviv Nisan only had 30 days

The very first chapter of the bible confirms that God literally created the Sun, Moon and Stars for times.
Genesis 1:14 "Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years".

So if God commands the MOON to appoint the holy appointment dates called MOEDIM, where can we find a list of all of Gods MOEDIM, so that we do not make any mistakes? Jesus said there are 12 hours in a day. “And the morning and the evening were the first day”, etc. Therefore the Sabbath DAY is from sunrise to sunset. Night, is NOT part of the day.

From the above scriptures, we can deduce the following accurately.
1) Total hours in a night?
The phrase “eighth hour of the night” means the night is Eight hours long.
2) Total hours in a day
From the above scriptures, the Sun spends half of it's course (half a day) under the earth, meaning night time is equal to day time in length, and the total hours of night time are equal to the total hours of day time
Eight hours of a night + Eight hours of a day = Sixteen hours
If you choose to follow John's words or Jesus's words, who are non-prophets, its your choice. For me, I follow the words of the prophets of GOD alone, I don't add anything to the words of the prophets

Genesis 1:3, 5,The 1st day of creation Yahawah created the light first, so he worked by day and then he said now it's evening and then morning completed the cycle of the complete day.
