I was 11 years old staying at my uncle’s place on Deep Creek Lake in Maryland. One of his friends drove a 6 cylinder Chris Craft wide open past our dock. Still remember the growl of that motor and the shiny wood. That was 61 years ago. I was hooked on wooden speed boats from then on.

I'm a Chris Craft man @ 68 yrs of age. There's a CC in a barn in Danville, Indiana that is huge,my only problem is I cannot remember how to get back there & the friend I went with passed away,I'm 99.9% sure it's still there, I keep driving around...I will find it , I hope I do anyway
