Fixed! Lexus GX460 LS460 and other Toyota cars that have heated steering wheel that does not work

Lexus GX460 heated steering wheel not working.

Still a little confused. The ground inthe heater unit broke or the ground in the steering wheel from the heater module broke?

Steering wheel coil ground broke.
