The fact that Astarion cannot touh her and has to take it slow just makes him act adorably, and it's probably also healthier emotionally for him, since he isn't forcing himself to bed her before he's comfortable with that. I'm not quite sure whether the first kiss I got with Astarion when we finally got there is maybe one from AA's repertoire, though, because he gripped Karlach's face pretty violently and eyed her neck like he wanted to bite into it before giving her a quick kiss.
