I've found 2k clear coat in a spray can does well on headlights. But my technique of choice is wet sand then buff go a shine. Takes some practice. But the clear coat tactic.. Potential for bonding issues like paint crazing/cracking, use a plastic primer to help avoid this.
Yeah mate, I'd suggest it's less technique sensitive and risk and cheaper going wet sand option and buffing to a shine. You may find some detailers that are fairly priced for a restoration job and save yourself the headache. Or for DIY, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000 grit wet dry sand papers, then polish to a shine. Can get cheap polish pads from ebay and put on a drill. Cut and polish for polish material for polish pad. Use ceramic coating/sealant regularly and that will be the best UV protection maintenance.
Great video, I think I will buy a 1.6 gallon (6 litres) kit for my 2014 Subie Foz XT, that should be a reasonable tank to help fill tires too. I think, tho, you misspoke at the beginning, it's not an 8-litre air tank, but a 3-litre if the sticker shown @1:18 is correct at 0.8 gallons. Vevor (at least here in Europe) has got a 0.8, 1.6, and 2.6-gallon tank train horn. I'm unsure, but I think the horns are identical for all three kits. Cheers from Sweden
I.m in S A if I hear a train coming down Anzac HWY I'll no who it is 😉, those 12v jacks are a balltearer that'd make life easy for sure. Thanks for the tips and tricks mate 👍Onya.
I believe 30amp one mate, I bought from this shop. www.jaycar.com.au/30a-horn-relay-spst/p/SY4068?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwjsi4BhB5EiwAFAL0YCOJppmCesjY4s58gLd2hxMEpMAO6cOcJLfY12Y6sYZHA1wFy77IcxoCussQAvD_BwE
This Video helped me with my install. Definitely going to upgrade my airlines in the near future.
Ay super glad to hear that video was of help mate. Yeahh get good rated air line
I would love to see maybe a video of how capable it would be with air tools mainly a spray gun.
8L tank and probably a small compressor.. May not last too long. But hey, cheap air compressor. May be worth a crack
@FordMercGuy I'm mainly interested in clearing headlights which would only be a few seconds on each one.

Hi legend! Yes perhaps I did mis speak at that point! Good luck for your setup and have fun mate
Great job except vinyl tubing is NOT for anything over 20psi. Use actual air line.
Cheers mate.
Yes, I learnt that quickly! Had to redo with rated due line.
