How do I have better memory? Most costly words- “I FORGOT”! 1/3 memory by genetic, 2/3 memory can be trained. 3 Keys: MOM. M=Motivation (ask yourself why you want to remember - reasons reap results). O=Observations (not retention, it’s attention. Leaders are learners, leaders have a great memory) . M=Mechanics (tools, step by step strategies)

HI jim kwik. I love your work, Ive been searching for ways, how to improve my spelling, reading, and speaking .(please i know you hear this from millions of people, just want 5 seconds of your time to hear me)😉Im from a small country Samoa, so English is my second language and its hard. im 28 years old. I grew up in samoa until i was 17 then move to Australia for about 10years now. Just had a breakthrough about self awareness. Im slowly working on area that im not so good at yet. I want to learn more but, my what i so call limitation about my self i slowing me down. I understand that it have alot to do with my abusive background and im stepping out of that to better myself.its a long story. but im awake now and i want to learn. I finished my first book that i understand was poor dad rich dad,. Im starting to learn about money history property market, investment. I enjoy reading it. So my reading i improving but my spelling and writing feels like its not improving at all. I always wanted to know how to read senses primery school because of my learning disability (a.d.d,and dyslexia)i was labeled as a dumb kid so i live life as a dumb kid. Start following the wrong people try to find were i can fit in and that make me fall deeper inside a reality that i believe was my reality. I took alot of mini step to get me here and i realized there are more puzzle to solve. And i want to solve my spelling and writing and maths puzzles. I have long term goals and the heart for it, is my mum and my family and make a different in the world. Especially the small island like mine fiji tonga, new zealand etc(my world). We always get left behind from the rest of the world. Especially schooling systems i believe your method can help any language. If i learn what i want to understand im my own language ill probably learn faster lol. But i hope you can here me. I understand you are a busy man. I cant wait to see what you see, in your book. Can you use easy simple words in your book please hahaha. Just joking. Again love your work and thank you for taking the time to make these video to help people like me.. (this is the longest text i wrote so far hahaha)

Chadwick Lee keep commenting like this on every video you watch. Ask for advice too. People will help and you will improve. Download language apps such as Duolingo and memrise. Watch English shows like SpongeBob and the office. Keep a diary to write in English. Your story is inspiring and I wish you the best of luck! Don't forget that oral practice is important too!

Feels like I’m not alone ... I have so much to share with people I just don’t know how to express it in my words maybe one day I’ll write a book that’s my goal!

Hi Chadwick, one of the recent tips i got from Jim Kwik is to be fast.
F -orget what you know about the subject.
F - orget about your limitations
A- ctively learn, divide the journal you have in two. In the left column is where you make notes In the right column is your guide questions. Like, why do i need to know this? How can i apply this? The answers lies in the questions you ask. Questions are our guides to learning.
S -tate, all learning is state dependent. Keep yourself from distractions. Find your motivation
T- each, teach others what you learn. What we teach, we learn twice.
      Hope this helps.

Break it in to chunks repeat it till its locked in add the next chunk repitition aka practice is key when learning guitar chords ill get the fingering down then stop shake out my hands maybe clap and do it again almost like a self hypnosis trick just to download things to the subconcious focus on why your repeating give yourself a reason in your case to play the song by memory

The 3 keys to improving your memory
    M - otivation
Ask your self "why". If you can't come up with a reason, you won't remember
    O - bservation
It is often not a retention issue but an attention issue.
    M - echanics
These are the tools, techniques and strategies that you need to learn
Remember there is no such thing as a good or bad memory - only a trained and untrained memory.
