🌷 hello friends 🌷 How are you all doing today? 💛 I hope you're feeling cozy and ready for some kitchen magic! ଘ(∩^o^)⊃━☆ ✨ In today’s video, we'll be making brioche cinnamon buns with cinnamoroll face on it with that delicious cream cheese frosting and Dalgona coffee latte drink ☁- These buns will fill your home with the most amazing smells, creating that perfect cozy atmosphere. These buns have a crispy texture and get softer on the inside. 💖 The brioche dough are prepared a day beforehand, the cold fermentation gives the brioche a better flavor & texture.
In the video you’ll see I’ve added ears attached to the dough. You can skip it as it didn’t go as I’ve planned 🤭✨I also don't suggested as adding the chocolate ears is a much better option.
Brioche Cinnamon Buns
Brioche dough:
70g milk
1/2 tsp of yeast
270g all purpose flour (10-12g protein)
5g salt
35g sugar
1 large egg (room temp)
1 egg yolk (room temp)
40g room temp unsalted butter
Brown Sugar Cinnamon Filling:
60g unsalted butter (softened)
80g brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp corn starch
Cream Cheese Frosting
113g cream cheese (softened)
60g unsalted butter (softened)
130-150g powdered sugar
5g corn starch
3 drops of vanilla extract
5g heavy cream
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
