As a SUPER huge fan of Aretha Franklin, I would like to thank those responsible for posting this absolutely marvelous interview. I have purchased every album released for public enjoyment recorded by Aretha, and have memorized every word of every note she sang. Bravo for such an impeccable presentation.

Aretha Franklin actually won 18 Grammy Awards, and she won them when they still meant something. Now completely disposable music wins Grammys. Please get your information straight.

I can’t think of another great talent who gave worst interviews than Aretha. Even though it isn’t particularly good and she gives pretty pat answers to everything this is still one of her better interviews.
