Today I’m going to show part of my mom’s house here in Krefeld I also will show you how my room looked 40 years ago when I was a big Bruce Lee fan and also USA fan. I had American flags on the wall license plates and many more things I think it’s interesting to see where my passion for America comes from. Развлечения
How can you not like this man, so humble, friendly and kind. Keep being an amazing human German!
Right, he showed us where he used to beat it…..how special!!🤪
Yep that's just fine until he gets the chance to stuff you into a gas oven
@@Gfysimpletons are you ok normal people Don't talk like that
@@vintagelife3504 yeah, like anyone is normal¿
Very happy person and passionate about his life and times.
I am happy to know that your mom is feeling better, wishing you both a happy and healthy 2023!
I am housebound with cancer. Have had surgery and chemotherapy. Waiting for radiation therapy. During this cancercentric year, a daily dose of GIV has helped keep me sane. Of course I want to see your bedroom and anything else you choose to show us. Your friendliness and kindness are therapeutic. It’s like a daily visit by a good friend.
Are you still with us? I am recovering from a severe stroke So I thought I would reach out and send my well wishes to you.
@@svenswwis436 thank you so much for your kind words. Appreciate your good wishes.
@@maralisalong7860 I had a friend who just went through the ovarian cancer nightmare. I am happpy to report that she is doing way better after losing all of her hair and scaring the hell out me. So good luck,
it is not a death sentence. Just know a stranger in California is rooting for you.
@@svenswwis436 I also lost my hair for almost a year. It’s back again now. Still short but growing. Stark white but actual hair. Thank you for your good wishes. Very much appreciated.
GIV is more patriotic than us Americans! I was on a swim team too and a lot of the kids had those same USA speedos way back when. 1976 especially with the Bicentennial. Looks like you really did achieve your dream of being an international star living in the USA!
exactly. Why would you not follow an Americanized German? I still remembered when he only had 5K subscribers, now he has 300K. He worked hard for it.
hello GIV I bestow you honorary citizen of the United States of America...you are now in my eyes an American, Californian, Los Angelino & East LA Chicano -congratulations
Walking into your room as a kid could have been any american boys room,WOW!! Your love for America makes me re-evaluate how much I take it for granted being born & raised here, thanks🙂. Please share more this is great. Really cool to see stuff & also get to know you more. Please tell mom hi & hope she's feeling better. Takes time to get over the respiratory illness. You all have a great weekend.
I like this video very much. Thanks for post. Australia
WOW!!!! THIS video was PRICELESS GIV !!!!!!! I have found a new appreciation for everything you do and everything that has made you who you are starting from your childhood! You were blessed to have such special, loving parents who let you be what you wanted! To let you collect things that made YOU happy. From your modeling, your photography, the cars, sports Love for America, American movies, and your collection of American flags wow, just WOWWWW
You’re something special 🙌 ♥️🇺🇸
Wow looks like GIV was more passionate and patriotic about America than most Americans when he was growing up.
I find his passion about his collection of American nostalgia very precious.
His sweet mother has saved all his childhood toys , pictures and trinkets. ❣️
It reminds me of all the Anglo-Germanic American boys I grew up around that had different kinds of German flags in their bedrooms back in the 80s before the internet.
The lesson you’re teaching here is work hard and make your dreams come true! Thank you, GIV, for loving my country as much as I do. ❤️✌🏻
Exactly !!! Always follow your dreams always
That's quite a collection. Mom is taking care to preserve it for you. We've been so honored to meet her!
Your love and passion for the US makes my military service and everything that I went through make perfect sense. Thank you. Much love, brother.
German houses look bigger than dutch places. Hope your mom feels better soon. Many blessings for 2023 🙏
Rent is also inexpensive. Rent in California is astronomical. Way too much for people to live and afford.
Bruce Lee movies were one of 1st memories going to our little theater in our small town. Love Bruce Lee.
You had a vision and you are embracing your destiny! Thank you for sharing. Be well mom.
I have a passion for where I moved to 40 yrs. ago, the L.A. area (Life Amplified) 😎Thanks 4 GiV'ng.
Face it brother, you are a beloved celebrity! And we always enjoy seeing inside celebrities lives and homes, as you know! Over 300 thousand subs and over 58 million views, if that's not celebrity status, I don't know what is! Would love a part 2. Your love for America is very inspiring! Glad mom is doing better!
We can see where GIV got his skills your mom has great style and her paintings are nice….👍🏼
Very impressive having a room dedicated to Bruce Lee/America. I never had my room filled with things I had an obsession with back in the 1990's, but still impressive.
Huge rooms! glad your mom is coming around. You never cease to amaze me.
Hi Mike, no need to apologize; it's great to see German culture and American culture through the eyes of a German, and I have to say I envy your ability to speak different languages. Also, you and I have some interests in common. I too was a big fan of Mark Spitz and Bruce Lee and I learned Kenpo in Hawaii. However, I have never been a fan of Michael Jackson or his music, but it's fun watching your videos about MJ and your enthusiasm. Plus, I had to laugh again when you did your Arnold impression. That never gets old.
what'''''''''' Michael Jackson is the one who invented Dance''''''' 🤨😉
@@manomyth11 Hee, hee...I think MJ would say it was Fred.
@@VernCrisler yea', Astaire was extremely talented with his tight, accurate dancing'
I’m American, but my great grandmother was an immigrant from Germany. My grandmother even had a pretty deep German accent as well. She had this old cast iron, wood burning stove and she would cook me such delicious food down on her Ranch. God rest her soul. I like watching you’re videos because you’re English accent reminds me of her so much.
@@RM360CR what do you mean the us doesn’t respect southern border countries? If Costa Rica was hit by a massive hurricane today who do you think would be sending money and aid?? Hmm Belgium? Africa?? Hmm how about Australia? I’m pretty sure it would be the U.S.A. right? If America is so terrible then why do tens of thousands of illegals sneak in daily? Genuine question. Everyone wants to throw hate at Americans until they’re getting bailed out of disasters. You think Ukraine would’ve lasted one month in their war without the US‘s help?
God bless the GIV. And God bless your parents who supported you! If we all could love America like you do…most of us take it for granted. Maybe you could run for Mayor of Venice Beach and spread your love making it a better place. You have so much good energy. Loved this video very much. ♥️😻
The GIV has a very nice MOM and he is a great Son
I’m Mexican descent, but was born and raised here in the city of Los Angeles. I’m 48 and my dream is to go to the German Christmas markets! Everything reminds me of Disneyland. I’m obsessed with Germany just like you were obsessed with the United States. 😆 We always want what we don’t have.
😅 ... ain't it the truth!!
Thank you for your love of America. I love it too.🇺🇲
GIV, you are such a wonderful dude! Thank you for loving America! I had tears welling up in my eyes as you spoke about America while showing photos of all the places you have been to here! I love America with my heart and soul. My Daddy was in the USAF (STRATEGIC AIR COMMAND) and made the USAF his career. He would tell me about all the wonderful countries he had been to before I was born and how wonderful the people of those countries treated him. He had a great love of Germany and he and my Momma wanted to go back and visit. Unfortunately Momma developed Alzheimers and Daddy was stricken with Cancer. At least my Daddy had all of his memories and shared them with me. I am proud to be an American. Yes, America has her faults but when I hear you express your love for her, it touches me to the core! Thank you so much! All of us who follow you, love you, your friends and your BEAUTIFUL Momma! I enjoyed seeing everything in your room and loved your Momma's patio and garden! I hope she is feeling better. I am glad you are there with her. Please tell her I am sending vibes and prayers but also, please thank her for bringing you into the world and for the great job she has done in raising you! Keep sending these great videos!!! Take care and positive vibes are headed YOUR way!!🙏🙏👍👍✌✌❤❤🇺🇸🇺🇸
Love your story of wanting to come here to America 🇺🇸 And thank you and mom for inviting us into your home! And I always say,, I LOVE when you match up pictures! My room use to have posters all over, but they were Michael Jackson, and every other teen idol, along with many black light posters , different lights going around…..Boy my dad didn’t like that at all 🤣😂 Hope your lovely momma is feeling better. 🇺🇸✌🏼☺️😉
I admit, find it astonishing that GIV has been such a passionate person even during his early years. I never found myself devoted to anything as much. I have a new appreciation for his devotion to the USA. No wonder he's such a likeable guy. Outstanding GIV!
This just shows how widespread American Culture is throughout the world. Everyone on the planet has seen The Wizard of Oz.
Your mom has a beautiful home glad to see her feeling better.
Holy Shit Mike, so much American memorabilia! Had to double check my birth certificate and drivers license to see if I'm an American! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Keep these videos coming. Love it!
hahah right? I love the GIV.
America needs more people like you German. We love you, thank you brother.
My dad "was a rolling stone, where he laid his hat was home, and when he died, all he left us was alone." You are fortunate to have been raised in Deutschland during the 90s.
You're homelife is interesting because you're so much like ourselves here in Canada. You show your humanity... and what we all have in common. Love for family and home.
Looking forward to part 2! Of course, it is interesting to see how and where you grew up and how your love for America started.
Mister German in Venice. You are everything that is right with USA. Thank you.
Your mom has a lovely place Mike. Give her my well wishes for her to feel better each day! Pray for you both!✝️🙏🏻✝️
GIV, thank you for showing your pride and passion for America. I can’t believe you have more pride in America oppose to some natural born Americans.
Yes of course we want to see part 2. We enjoy seeing videos of where you grew up. We all love the videos you have made over the years on your RUclips channel, seeing videos of your past is a nice way of getting to know the Mike before RUclips.
Passion and love for America 🇺🇸. Blessings always to you GIV.
Love it GIV
If everyone coming here Has/had half your ❤️ for 🇺🇸 we will Stay the best place on earth.
That was cool Mike. Definitely want to see a part 2! 👍 glad to see your mom still smiling
Beautiful built ins! So glad mom and you are doing good. ❤
Beautiful momma, beautiful home, beautiful memories!
Amazing! ❤ Thanks to Momma GOV for opening her home to us. America loves you, too, GOV!
Beautiful video GIV. as an Italian boy of the eightys, I fully understand your love for the USA and its culture. When I was in the U.S. years ago I received a lot of sympathy just because people understood that I was Italian, I don't know if Americans understand how much we love them and love their country.
Mom is beautiful! Her welcome is so adorable. No wonder you have such an incredible energy!
Mike I’m still a relatively new viewer to your channel but as I’ve watched more and more of your vlogs I have developed a deep appreciation for you as a person and as someone that just enjoys life and for sharing yours with us showing the good and bad. Thank you for being you and for reminding not only me but a lot of others not to take being an American for granted and also for showing your German culture.
Sweet memories ❤ glad to see mom getting better too.
Hi Mike. Yes I’m interested in a 2nd part. It was interesting to see your moms house, and your collections.
So happy your mom and you are better. 🥳 Happy New Year both of you.
It feels as if you are a friend. I’ve been watching you for such a long time.
Having been born and raised in America, I didn't realize how big of a spell America casts on the rest of the world. I'm glad you get to partake of our blessings. I also like to see your family history and the tours of your Mom's place and the day to day excursions in Krefeld, Düsseldorf and Köln. Thanks Mike.
I love your mama's taste she's a great decorator she needs to come decorate my house boy I'm glad your mom's doing better I think you should move back home with your mom your mom needs you yes you you need your mom
Thank you for sharing all with us. You're right, you had never mentioned that you have a sister. You are having a good life, Mike. So much great memorabilia.
Once again, your ‘Norwegians in Seattle’ totally relate & appreciate your 🇺🇸 enthusiasm, then & now. Thank you so much for sharing! YES, interesting, and YES, please create a “Part Two” if you are so inclined! We just love you more & more with each new video, love your mom, too! Knowing that you two were not feeling well upon flying back from Turkey, and thinking about mom’s pneumonia, I’m not afraid to tell you that I felt family member level concern until you were able to post again in Germany! Thank heavens you are both on the mend. SO great to see that sweet, graceful lady smiling from the sofa! 💕More, please!
P.S. Look us up next time you’re in Seattle! Love to give a tour including Bruce & Brandon Lee’s gravesite at Lake View Cemetery.
Skål
Ja, skål!
Sweetheart. Your mom's house could be a famous tourist attraction one day! It was a trip! Thank you for the tour! Don't sell anything because they are all part of your life and your family's life story. I love that you kept all those memories and memorabilia. Love you and your mom. She's an angel. Almighty Holy God bless you and your mom, and all your loved ones. 😄👍🕊️🕊️🕊️
Ha, that’s awesome. The attack helicopter made out of the Pepsi cans is what I used to work on when I was stationed in Germany, 1983.
Beautiful glassware, great looking family, you’re very blessed.
We love you in America GIV.❤
Wow I'm impressed with your love of America 🇺🇸
I love America too but I was born here so it's cool to see it from the perspective of someone born in another country!
God bless you and your mama 🙏
Thank you Mr GiV in Germany for the awesome tour of your warm abode you are truly a most gracious host and thanks to your mom for allowing us to peek into her personal space for a blast of the past. 👍👍two thumbs up
I loved seeing your Mom doing exactly as the Dr. odered. Resting. She looks so good. I'm fascinated with you, & have enjoyed seeing the tour of your home present, & past. I did not know you until Adam The Woo inroduced you. I also had no idea how popular you were in Basketball. You are awesome GIV!
This video is priceless! You will be so glad you did this for yourself today! And thanks for allowing us to share in your memories! Love to your mom! ❤
Your mum is so kind and cute! God bless her!
GIV, I travelled to Germany in fhe early 1980s, ans fell in love with Germany. My favorite country in the world followed by Brasil and Thailand.
My absolute favorite town in Germany is Dinkelsbuhl...a very old city with its own moat. ❤❤
Super glad to see mom relaxing at home. Thanks for sharing your love for USA and your home. Love to see part 2. May 2023 bring good health and more travels around. ;-) Love watching your life!

🥰Mike❤️This is probably my favorite video of yours…getting to know you and your beautiful family in your home town has been a great journey-thank You for taking us along ⏱️🏈🇩🇪🇺🇸You are the best GIV! ❤️
GIV, part 2 please. Your are amazing with those Nunchuckers.
Damn you are bad ass with the nunchucks!!!
Glad to see your mom is feeling better!!
Your room looked like mine and my friend's room. Thanks for the video GIV 👍
Knowing how many people dislike us due to mistakes we've made it's really heartwarming to see this 😊 I live in NY and I've felt this way about PR etc my whole life lol I learned Spanish, I know all the singers, history etc people don't understand u obsession & neither can I really. Like he said, either you have it or you dont 🤷
Wowsers... you really are living your actual dreams. This is fantastic. Sometimes I forget my younger days and dreams I once had, but this reminded me that I also had a fascination with America and Canada and actors from there. I have never followed my dreams though, so it's really awesome to see someone else who is. I'm sure that is my main reason for watching your channel. Hope your mum is still making a good recovery.
Never too late?❤
Mike - love watching your life ! We are pretty similar - my parents were from Holland (probably fought each other in WW2) - but I was born in Australia - did 30 years with the Aussie Navy - served with the US Navy in 85/86 in Pensacola Florida - saw Challenger explode - hung around Venice & Muscle Beach in 86/91 - probably met you there. Have the same interests and collections (Americana stuff) - We are long distant Brothers !!!
P.S> Hope your Mum is well. I lost mine few months ago aged 88. Spend all the time you have with her !
You are amazing and we love you! Keep up the good work and spend time with your precious mom - she won't be around forever - thank you!
Thank you for sharing your personal life with your fans!
God bless you!

Wow! Just wow! You were destined to be in America! You are what makes America great and strong!
This was a wonderful video! Thank you! I love the way you and your Mom display memorabilia so beautifully, even when you were younger. Can’t wait to see the rest of Mom’s home.❤ from San Diego.
That was an awesome video GIV. Your love for America 🇺🇸 is so touching. You care more than the people here trying to destroy everything including our democracy.
You even had American flag bedding!! And much respect to the way you swing those chuks!!
I live in Cleveland Ohio. I'm 6 5 years old and I have that Mark Spitz poster on the back of my bedroom door. I also was a swimmer and I had that swimsuit and I loved it. He was a true American athlete. I love your videos. And I'm so happy you have your mother in your life. I lost my mom 19 years ago. keep making videos GIV ♥️
