Is there any way you can adjust the ads that have started popping up so that they don’t come on in the middle of your teaching? It’s frustratingly disruptive 😩
Over the past 16 years I have watched my neighbour slowly bending forward and she refused to correct her posture and now she can only look at the ground and her spine is protruding all down her back. It's the most dreadful thing to witness especially when it was totally preventable. These are great exercises. Thank you. 👍💕
That last one is subtle, but I really feel it!😮 I just recommended your RUclips channel to a woman 55 years old suffering with knee and shoulder arthritis. She was lifting three days a week, but was concerned because of the arthritis. Thanks so much for all of your information Will!❤
At 73 I'm positive that it can be repaired. I like that inverter table that tilts a person nearly upside down hanging by the ankles.I used mine 3 times a week for a month and after being measured in my Dr.office and measured a full inch taller at the Dr, office by her nurse. I believe some of our problems from resting on double pillars watching TV or RUclips ing I'm trying a few of your tips they seem like great advice thanks for helping us.
I use Bob and Brad's Hanging Handles, but unfortunately I'm not consistent enough, but your comment on your setup is encouraging for me to start using mine. I have John M. Kirsch book "Should Pain?" that speaks to getting the same result as yours from hanging.
Perfect complement for the other exercises we are already embracing. I am starting to feel hope again for the future for the first time in about 5 or 6 years with the help of your videos. I can’t thank you enough. ❤❤❤

Perfect! Thanks for this, definitely have spent too much time slumped over my phone or ipad, and pathetic posture has become habitual. Now is there anything that can decompress my slightly depressed spinal discs? Would hanging upside down or on a slope help regain some height - because that is what I’ve been considering lately. I appear to have shrunk 2cm in height in the past 5 years or so, and I was not very tall to begin with, started at 5’5and3/4” /165cm - down to 163cm - yikes!
Don't forget Will. This is due to all Standed size coffins.😊 There are no variations of any size at all. Then, the skinkage of us oldies fits the coffin perfectly. 😜 Good tips, though, and I have been following my APE instinct of dead hanging for quite awhile now.😊 FEEL GOOD BECAUSE OF IT.

Great-videos! My five-year relationship came to an end a month ago. The love of my life chose to leave, and I can't stop thinking about him; I love him so deeply. I've done everything I can to win him back, but nothing seems to work. I'm feeling frustrated and can't imagine my life with anyone else. Despite my efforts to move on, I just can't shake the thoughts of him. I don’t know why I’m sharing this, (but I really miss him)

These are great. I have a T-12 compression fracture and I slouch so hopefully these will help.
