    Hey Outliers,
Welcome to Beyond Capability’s REVIEW series. My name is Skyler Nykoda, and I am just ½ of The Outlier Theory. Every Wednesday I upload a garage gym/homegym equipment review, workout video, garage gym hacks & more!
    In today’s video...
We talk about the legendary GHD. An acronym for Glute Ham Developer, the GHD is the silent hero of the workout equipment world. Most of us haven't even heard of it before, let alone used one in our workouts. These monstrosity pieces of equipment can look intimidating to the untrained eye, but when we dive deeper, we learn there's so much more than meets the eye with the GHD.
If you're building a Garage or Home Gym then you NEED a GHD. It's versatility is unmatched by any other piece of equipment. Here's 5 workouts you can do with your GHD.
    1. Glute Ham Raises - arguably the hardest hamstring exercise on the face of the planet, this exercise will leave you crying in the corner with nothing left but the clothes on your back.... that is....unless your a crossfit athlete.
    2. Back Extension - a great way to target a much neglected part of your body. Back extensions are great for working those lower spinal erectors and decompressing your spine.
    3. Crunches - the GHD is well known in the crossfit world for GHD situps, but when it comes to variety, the GHD offers it all. Besides GHD situps, traditional situps, and the infamous sorenson hold, you can also do static holds targeting your abdominals and obliques.
    4. Curls baby! - Who would of thought that the GHD could also double as a preacher curl stand! Mind. Blown.
    5. Reverse Hyper - truth be told I had no idea that you could do these with a GHD before I started my research for this video. But after the discovery of this juicy little secret I decided to give it a go. Well... boy did it work well! Though not as accurate as a true Reverse Hyper, the GHD did surprisingly well, just strap a resistance band around the frame and tie them to your ankles.
