You'll NEVER buy burger buns again!

Today we're making the most DELICIOUS burger buns ever!! We use butter and an egg yolk to enrich our dough which gives it a buttery brioche feel! Tomorrow we'll be filling them with homemade vege burgers!!
For the dough you will need:
- 300ml warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 sachet instant yeast (or 1 tsp)
- 500g plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg (separated)
- 50g butter at room temperature
