Do you dunk your sausage rolls in tomato sauce or not?! These are so simple and so delicious you'll never buy another sausage roll EVER again.

- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 50g bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 400g pork mince
- 3 sheets of ready made puff pastry
- 2 tbsp milk (for brushing)
