I literally came to the comment section to say that that was so on-point - glad others noted that too. I watched Tenet at IMAX 15/70mm and the dialogue was absolutely awful. Fortunately enough, he finally learned how to not mix background music and dialogue in a single track after 20 years of film making in his latest film, ‘Oppenheimer.’

The windows tiling that macOS Sequoia has is potentially a promising change. If they put that in Stage Manager for both Mac and iPad, it could make Stage Manager a lot more usable.
While I can’t say that was the reason for it, the app hiding feature will be huge in developing counties where criminality and phone stealing are unfortunately common.(it’s getting to the point that people will carry 2 phones, their real one and another for the thieves, and that’s not a joke) In places like Brazil is common for phone thieves to ask people to put in their passwords on the phone at the moment of stealing the device. Because of that, a lot of banking apps are trying to “pretend they aren’t banking apps” or just increasing security in general. Being able to show the thief you don’t even have a banking app will be helpful. Or just to hide that game so your nephew doesn’t hijack your phone 😂

I like that the generated images have a distinct "look", it's like a "this was made by Apple Intelligence" filter that means there is no ambiguity about how the image came about. I think it's a deliberate choice to differentiate from Stable Diffusion etc.

they could treat mac like a console for games, so inbstead of having that level adjustment you'd get on a PC, it would be a kinda fixed fidelity level etc similar to like consoles
I would like a feature, that would allow me listen in my Airpods while speaking through the iPhone mic. Airpods suppress the ambient noise, which is good for me as a listener, but as for the other party, they typically hear me better when I speak through the phone while in the noisy environment, due to closer proximity of the microphone to the mouth as a sound source
Being the Geek that we all know you are Quinn, I can’t believe you didn’t mention Dark Matter by Black Crouch. I saw several clips from it in this video in fact.
The one time I truly agree with the actions Apple is doing is when they give their independent app programmers the middle finger, such as taking a popular app, and creating an Apple version of it (like Passwords app or enabling mobile apps on a MacBook or customizing app icons without payment to the app creator).
Hopefully iOS 18 isn't a buggy mess like iOS 11, and iOS 19 will be mostly a bug fix. This is also the first wwdc since i switched to the green world so it feels weird being an outsider for the first time.
I have certain check boxes, that if Apple ever ticks all of them, I will switch back. Some of them look downright implausible for Apple to ever follow through on like modded apps, torrenting clients, and transferring files without iTunes.

Silo is excellent. I am stoked for S2 and S3!
Being the Geek that we all know you are Quinn, I can’t believe you didn’t mention Dark Matter by Black Crouch. I saw several clips from it in this video in fact.
Really wish they brought Journal to macOS. I HATE only being able to write long entries with my iPhone keyboard and screen
Can't you mirror it now to your Mac screen and write it with its keyboard?
@@TSiAhmat Fair enough, I guess
“HIDING YOUR GRINDR ACCOUNT FROM YOUR WIFE” is not something I ever thought I would hear on this channel lmao
If it delivers as suggested this will be the greatest assist by far. Cannot wait to see what it can do.
The main idea of this WWDC is just Apple making alternative apps/methods native and wrapping it all up in a very beautiful package. And I love it.
finally, someone mentioned Amazon prime X-ray. like the vision pro thing, i like apple but hate how their fans never admit they are copycats now too
I was always one to say copy everything if it’s good lol
The one time I truly agree with the actions Apple is doing is when they give their independent app programmers the middle finger, such as taking a popular app, and creating an Apple version of it (like Passwords app or enabling mobile apps on a MacBook or customizing app icons without payment to the app creator).
We need Finder app on the iPad ❗️
Hopefully iOS 18 isn't a buggy mess like iOS 11, and iOS 19 will be mostly a bug fix. This is also the first wwdc since i switched to the green world so it feels weird being an outsider for the first time.
I’m actually using the iOS 18 beta right now, besides one bug I haven’t found any issues, no heat or weird battery issues lmao
@@game_time1633 good because with these big feature updates they have been buggy crap and launch.
I have certain check boxes, that if Apple ever ticks all of them, I will switch back. Some of them look downright implausible for Apple to ever follow through on like modded apps, torrenting clients, and transferring files without iTunes.
Besides Ai, the Calculator app for iPad. I'm most excited for Reminders in Calendar.
Wait, in the US you get a movie selection with Apple TV+?
the flow and context in AI was rolled out years ago in Cortana, hopefully it is better this time.
ZombiU was awesome
End of Line
I can change the icon colours on all desktop operating systems. They have to get over that. :)
