Thanks for sharing this video with me, I absolutely loved the Oldsmobile cutlass and 442 , they were very powerful machines and had a great body style and were reliable and very very friggin fast,, I owned a lot of cutlass's when I was younger and I loved all of them very much and I wish that I would have kept at least 1of them.
I owned 2 70 W30 442's. One I bought wrecked and then sold and one I had rebuilt the 455 ci. Roomy, torquey and more refined than the Chevelle. Such memories taking it to drive in movies. Thanks for sharing.
@@geoffm3031 U definitely got that rite 😎👍💪,they definitely had a hell of a lot of torque and my 1st old's Cutlass 442 that I bought from a very good friend in highschool back in the early 80's was my favorite beast me and my cousin did a lot of work to it and I took it to the Atco speedway in Atco new jersey and it ran very low 12's in the 1/4 mile and ever since then I was hooked on cuttlass's 💪❤️😎👍
Beautiful car!!! I also have a 1970 olds-442-w-30 conv with an LS engine built by CHAD GOLEN...He does outstanding work. It's a show car..I just won my 1st car show about a month ago. My car is also on the front cover of ORIGINAL PARTS GROUP for this year. I gave chad a plug inside the catalog commentary. Great guy!!!
Thank you! The car used to be on rocket racing wheels hypershot attacks in 18x11 front and rear, with 6.5” front backspacing and 6” rear backspacing, with a 315/30/18 tire front and rear. Reach out to my company Gorman Performance Engineering, and we’ll get you setup with some wheels!
My first car was ‘70 Cutlass S I bought when I was 15. Dad and I dressed it up to look like 442. Sold it when I was in college and have regretted it ever since. I have so much I could say, but don’t want to be boring. Yours is beautiful. I love that the body looks pretty original. I’m biased, but the ‘70 is the best looking of that era’s Cutlasses, and better looking than the Chevelle, LeMans, or Skylark.
Awesome to hear about the story with your ‘70! Very similar story to mine, as I got it when I was 13. I appreciate the kind words, and certainly agree that the ‘70 looks the best 😉

Beautiful car man, you rarely see a 70 cutlass round my way. I’m planning to get one soon myself.
