DRIVING OUR BUS 570 MILES ACROSS TENNESSEE

- We are driving our bus all the way through Tennessee, and are taking our time to explore! Our goal is to drive 570 miles through Tennessee, starting in the northeast from Bristol and exiting through the southwestern city of Memphis.
In this video, we've made it to the Nashville area (be sure to check out part 1 to see how we got here: • NO TURNING BACK NOW (d... ) and are starting our journey west towards Arkansas.
We stop by a local moonshine distillery (Gutter Bound Distillery in Manchester, TN) for some a tasting of some local moonshine and a tour of the distillery and their machines.
Then, we set out to find a pumpkin patch since it's the day before Halloween, and find an excellent place just east of Memphis, called Priddy Farms (Bartlett, TN). There we saw TONS of farm animals (pigs, goats, a llama, peacocks, rabbits, ponies, and even a donkey!!), got lost in a corn maze, and found a pumpkin to take home with us!
Finally, we drive over the Mississippi River, into Arkansas, and out of Tennessee. We made it the 570 miles, and it's time to celebrate! We spend the evening carving a skoolie design into the pumpkin and share a pumpkin swiss roll.
We loved our trek through Tennessee, and are lucky to have been able to see so much of it!

That was a great video. Moonshine, scarecrows, pumpkins, animals and a pumpkin roll. Wow. My daughter loves pumpkin everything-muffins, pies, drinks and especially Pumpkin rolls. I love the roll myself. Enjoy the trip guys, and that pumpkin carving was at the professional level!

Your Skoolie pumpkin turned out great!!
One of my cousins made moonshine in northern Georgia for many years. We'd go up in fall from Florida and get black eye peas, pecans, peaches, vidalias and a couple of qts of shine. It was smooth, really smooth, but we saved it for special occasions and tried to make it last till the next year. I used to shell peas from Georgia to Tampa, was family joke...I peed from northern Georgia to mid Florida...nice video guys.

If your in the Jonesboro Arkansas area there is a great rv/campground there right on a lake with good trails. It's $10 for tent camping and $25 for a rv spot with free fire wood great bathrooms with showers and laundry.
Hopefully you kept the pumpkin seeds to fry in butter. Add some salt afterward. It's a great snack.
Hey, (expletive) the truck drivers that said you can't park there or they'll get mad. I love truck stops and park with the big guy trucks, and I'm in a cabover camper! Just be polite and maybe offer some home cooked food! It really works!
