Thanks very much for this video. I was looking for a solution for two days now. All I had to do is hold the dispenser for about a minute and voila I am back in business. Thanks again. Great job. You’ve certainly helped me.
Troy - Thanks for your question. It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. The dispenser recess grill will catch this water. If water continues to drip long after the glass has been removed, service may be necessary. You can schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737 or on line. I hope this helps! - Sheree with GE
Elmer M.Torres, if you are referring to the refrigerator I suggest checking the use and care manual. Our current use and care manuals can be downloaded from our GE website. Water dispenser temperatures cannot be set. Depending on your refrigerator model your unit will have a water reservoir in the fresh food section that chills the water or a coil reservoir that holds the water and it will not be chilled. Water temperature will change with each glass dispensed. I hope this helps. Alison
Hi Stephen, Thanks for contacting us. What you experienced is normal operation. The green light is on initially and when you change the filter and reset the light it will go out. If you need anything else in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are always happy to help!
Hi, Marti Klarin. We're sorry for your issue. Please take a look at the tips found in our following link: products.geappliances.com/ApplProducts/Dispatcher?REQUEST=EndecaSupportDesc&contentId=21284 We hope this helps!
Brand new fridge installed 2 days ago, still only a trickle from the water dispenser.Filter is new, water is on at the wall, and the water feed line brand new as well. All connections tight and without leaks. The door had to be removed to get through doorway so I checked under the hinge cap and the water line is not kinked and the electrical connectors all connected. Anything else I can check before calling GE?
Peter Cutter, thanks for reaching out to GE! We offer some great information on our GE Appliance website to answer your question. Just click on the "Support" tab and then icemakers. Type in the words "white particles ice cubes" in the search field. I hope this helps! - Sheree with GE
Thanks for uploading this video... my ice and water dispenser were not working the screen was off completely and the solution was just plugging correctly the cable on the bottom!
We regret your inconvenience, Gary. If the dispenser drips water constantly, this may indicate an issue with the water valve and should be checked by a service technician. If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737. Appointments may also be scheduled on-line on our GE Appliances site.
Hello hello I have a GSL325PVYV. This problem has happened before ages ago and LG kindly gave me a tip on the phone of how to sort but I can't remember the tip! So it's a non-plumbed model and the water tank got to empty before we refilled it which basically then creates some kind of fault so water is no longer supplied so no water and no ice...can you remind me of what it is we have to do to clear the issue?
Hello, I have the Whirlpool Gold Model GI0FSAXVY. I changed the filter a week ago. Now, no ice or water is being dispensed. I am getting water as the ice maker is producing ice consistently. But upon pressing the tongue activating nothing. Any idea's?
Hi Jeffrey Benzick - Thanks for your post. I’m sorry you are experiencing an issue with your water dispenser. While we are glad to assist with basic troubleshooting tips, I regret we are not equipped to offer technical repair advice. As you have already tried the tips in our video, service may be needed. Our GE Consumer Service technicians are factory trained on an ongoing basis. Calls can be scheduled by phone at 1-800-432-2737 or on-line through our GE appliances website. Thanks, Jill with GE
Hello, we just installed the 48" side by side and it is great but have a question about the water dispenser. Can the flow be increase? Hose is not crimped, just a slow flow.
My water dispenser stopped working last night (GE GSS25KSW). I de-coupled the water line at the base of the freezer door, and when I do that then press the water dispensor, water flows freely out to the tube at the bottom of the door (but not up through the door to the actual dispensor when connected). I don't believe my water line is frozen but there may be some sort of blockage in the line in the door. Any thoughts?
My dispenser continues dispensing for a couple seconds after it has been released. This began after we changed the filter. Causing lots of water on the floor and stains down the door. Ran lots of water through it still going. On filter number 2, still doing it. How much air can there be? Bought and tried the bypass valve, I have replaced the water inlet valve, the micro switch...WTH?
Hi Eric, We regret to hear this. We suggest contacting service at the link below: www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm?ICID=GEARsupportflyout-service
I recently noticed black mold around the ice dispenser door and in the water delivery tube. How can I clean this and what components do I need to clean to ensure the mold is gone.
I had that same problem. I ended up spraying a 50/50 bleach solution with water into the water dispenser letting it soak for 10 min and then rinced it out with a spay bottle of water. I repeated it 4 times until it was completely clean. I noticed it accumulates alot of condensation there which makes sence why the mold after months or years of being there.
@geappliances I've had two GE Fridges and they always have an issue with the water line freezing up. Also, anyone I know who has a GE Fridge has this same issue. Why don't you guys do something to fix this issue.
We encourage you to reach out to our service team by calling 833-426-3393 (Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET; Saturday - Sunday: Closed) to schedule a service appointment. We're confident one of our skilled technicians will be able to assist you further. You can also schedule a service appointment online here: spklr.io/6054S25g
We'd be happy to look into this further. Please send us a private message on Instagram or Facebook with your model and serial numbers, as well as the installation date for the appliance, and your contact information (phone number and email address), so we can better understand your situation.
My water dispenser won't stop dispensing water after I remove cup. Had to turn valve off at wall and clean up half gallon of water on floor. Any ideas?
I have had two service people out over a slow drip because the valve between the freezer and the dispenser isn't sealing properly. They suggested I stuff the shute with crumpled plastic bags so the valve is forced in the closed position AND just stop using the dispenser. It still leaks. Is there someway to disconnect the water supply to the dispenser while still allowing the ice maker to work?
RosieCa Thanks for reaching out to us. We regret your experience. If you will send your details to our email address, eResponse@ge.com, we will be happy to look into this for you. Thanks!
Our water line kept freezing up. We recently moved and now it is working. Before I had to use hair dryer to unfreeze it. In doing so, the cradle that dispenses water/ice became wobbly and now you have to hold your cup in a specific place to one side to get it to work. Is it possible to just replace the cradle/lever that dispenses the ice/water and get it to work properly. I think the hair dryer caused an issue with it??
Nancy Martinez We're sorry for your experience, Nancy. While we are able to offer general trouble-shooting tips, this is something that may need service. We recommend scheduling a service appointment with an authorized GE Appliance technician who can accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. Appointments may be scheduled online at: geappliances.com/service_and_support/service/ If you prefer to call, you can reach our scheduling department at 1-800-432-2737, Mon-Fri, 7 am - 10 pm ET, Sat-Sun 8 am - 6 pm ET.
Hi, thank you for the videos, I was able to replace our ice maker auger with no problem a few months ago. However, our water dispenser doesn't work. The ice maker makes and dispenses ice just fine. I followed the video instructions, there are no kinks in the water line, and I just replaced the water filter. The door controls all light up and seem to work. I wonder if there is a pump not working somewhere. Is there something else I as a consumer can do, or it it time for the repairman? Thanks!
We have same issue as Gary (below), where our water dispenser is stuck on/open and won't shut off. Moving the handle forward sometimes helps. Thoughts or suggestions on how to fix?
We regret your experience, Dave! As this may be an issue with your water valve, service may be needed. If you need to shut off the water supply to the refrigerator, the shut off can usually be found attached to the water line, either behind the refrigerator or in the ceiling of your basement. Be sure and turn off your icemaker inside the freezer if you do turn off your water supply. Appointments may be scheduled through our website, found in our following link: www.geappliances.com/service_and_support/service/?ICID=supportflyout-service Thanks for reaching out to us!
Thank you :-) I was unable to get any water to flow after putting in a new filter. I spent a month trying different things. I didn't think there would be a problem with the water supply, but when I pulled out the fridge I noticed the flex line was unrolled. It seems one of my cats must have wondered behind the fridge & got stuck in the coiled line. She must have stepped on the shut-off valve handle and turned it when backing out from behind the fridge. As soon as I turned the shut-off valve handle, the water line jumped, as it filled with water. I now have fast flowing filtered water from my fridge. :-) Thank you, you were very helpful to me :-)
Thank you so much for sharing your story, Yvonne. What a surprise this must have been for you! We're glad you found our video and were able to find such an easy solution for your issue. It sounds like your cats have quite inquisitive personalities!
I have a GE GSS23WGTA WW refrigerator. To the best of my remembrance, originally the Water Filter light and the Water light both were green. Then the Water filter light started turning orange. Before it actually turned red, I bought a new GE MWF filter. I followed the instructions and replaced it. Then I ran the required amount of water through it to purge all the air and do whatever else that water was supposed to do. Then I pushed the button under the water filter light for 3 seconds to reset it. It briefly turned red and then went off entirely. As far as I remember it originally was green until it turned orange. So I expected it to go back to green when I got a new filter. Can I assume that it's OK because it's not orange or red? It seems to me that it should have turned green like it was originally.Otherwise it seems to be working. The water flows smoothly at a good rate and the water tastes fine. But I am bothered by the fact that the filter light is off rather than green.
Hello Sharee, If the temperature display shows a tC (could look like an EC, an upside down F with a C, or something similar), this is not an error code, it is the Turbo Cool (tC) setting. For more information about this feature, visit: Refrigerator TurboCool Setting: products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16611
Our GE French door Model PFE28KSKGSS is great however the water dispenser flow is getting slower and slower. We changed the filter and it flowed great for a week or so and now is again flowing very slowly. The appliance was purchased just 5 months ago and installed professionally. Why would it no longer dispense water in a timely manner?
Theodore, We are sorry to hear you are having this issue. Did you replace the filter with a genuine GE filter? Here's the filter part #. www.geapplianceparts.com/store/parts/spec/RPWFE Please send us a private message and include your serial number and your telephone number and address. Thanks, JW
Is there a way to clean the waterline for the indoor dispenser? Our refrigerator came with the house and I would like to clean the tubes to eliminate the" ick " factor!
It is not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. The dispenser recess grill will catch this water. The grate on the dispenser recess grill will need to be removed periodically and wiped dry. If water continues to drip long after the glass has been removed, service may be necessary. If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 or schedule a service appointment online.
Maybe someone can assistant me, I have an adora and when I press the dispenser, the panel lights flicker on and off, and the inside lights of the fridge do the same, I just replaced the micro switch but continues to do the issue, the ice maker works, but no ice dispenses nor water, the panel just flickers on and off. I just ordered a replacement panel WR55X11091 hope this works
Hi Randy, Thanks for reaching out. What you've described here is definitely strange. Hi Richard, Sediment is fine, foreign material particles suspended in water. You may need to consider a filtration systems if you do not already have one. If you do, it may be time to change the filter. I hope this information is helpful. AS
Our fridge is not a new install. It's about 7 years old. The dispenser is just trickling water out. We did the cradle down for 2 minutes to bleed the air trick and have replaced the filter. Neither worked. Any other suggestions?
Hi Doug - if you have a filter bypass plug, install that and see if you can get water. If so, then it sounds like the filter is clogged (even a new one can become quickly clogged if there's sediment in the water line). If water is slow with the bypass plug in place, check for a kink in the supply tubing, a clogged saddle-valve, or poor water pressure. If the tubing and the saddle-valve are OK, then the problem is poor water pressure coming in. Check with your water company or plumber.
My GE profile will not dispense any water or ice. The panel works and the ice is made so I know the lines are working. It used to have a "click" when I pushed the handle in and a light came on but not any more.
We're sorry for your inconvenience, Erik T. If you are still experiencing this issue, please check your dispenser connections, as mentioned in the video, to be sure they are connected securely. Also, be sure the door is closing all the way. If a food item is mis-positioned and blocking the door (such as a pizza box), the dispenser will not activate. We hope this helps!
I have a GSS23WGTA WW model and the arm that turns the auger in the ice maker is not turning the auger. the auger will turn when the ice bin is on the counter, but not when it is in the fridge. what can i do to fix it? I have searched all over and come up with nothing. it is so frustrating, and i do not have the money to have someone come and repair it. thanks
We regret your inconvenience, Dakota. Please take a look at page 14 in the following link to be sure the drive mechanism is properly positioned: products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-60407-1.pdf We hope this resolves your issue!

I'm getting no water at all from my dispenser (although ice works fine). I changed the water filter but when pushing the Reset Water Filter button, it's red while I hold it but then goes out immediately as I release it. Any idea of what's going on?
+Dara Brenner When the filter light is red it is an indication that your filter needs to be replaced. Try installing the filter again. Be sure to press and hold on your glass for at least 2 minutes to get any air out of the line. If this doesn't help, we recommend putting your bypass plug in place and see if the water works. If you still have issues, you will want to contact GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737 or schedule an appointment online. genet.geappliances.com/eService/Service/home Thanks!
Good day - can someone please assist with some advice. I have water coming through to the ice maker and ice is properly dispensed, however water is not being dispensed at the water exit point of the water dispenser. I have a LG fridge.
Hi - not knowing anything about LG refrigerators, I'm afraid I don't have anything specific to offer. It's possible the water line is frozen so you might want to raise the temperature a degree or two to see if that helps. Otherwise, we would have to recommend that you have a servicer check it out. Good luck! -CC
My dispenser continues dispensing for a couple seconds after it has been released. This began after we changed the filter. Causing lots of water on the floor and stains down the door. Ran lots of water through it still going. On filter number 2, still doing it. How much air can there be?

Hello my name is Chris I need some help with my icemaker I'm getting water through the dispenser or not the icemaker and you won't know what is wrong with this
Hello Chris, We are sorry for your inconvenience. Please view the link below: products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16843
My GE Monogram does not dispense either water or ice. If I press long enough, I sometimes get one or two drops, but that doesn't really count. The lights on the console all work fine. I had a handyman inspect the water connection, and he did not see anything that looked obviously wrong. He suggested that I replace the filter, which I did with an official GE one. I then tried purging air (long pressing the cradle for 2 minutes), and powering the unit off and on again after 30 seconds. It still does not work. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?
My head scratch is just the opposite. I took the old water filter after six months and decided I didnt want to replace it b\c cost is so expensive. Well months later, I won't getting water through the dispenser any more, but ice maker worked fine. But eventually the ice not producing, too. I didn't think either of the issues were related to not using a water filter, though. So a few years later I decided to find out what was the problem with the water dispenser and ignored the ice maker issue b\c I figured it probably wld be costly. In my researching I saw where one person said he problem was solved just by putting in a new water filter. So I thought, "Beats calling a repairman." So I bought a new filter & found the exact kind that came with refrigerator...at a great price on eBay. When it came I took my vacuum & cleaned the water filter insert area out b\c it had been vacant so long I thought dirt, dust & trash may be in it connections. Noticing how filthy the coils were while cleaning I decided to give the whole underside a good hosing down. What a mess!!! I installed new water filter & press the button on panel & it registered green light, ckd the water dispenser, nothing. Oh, well. I still felt good for cleaning under my fridge. Surely it's running better & maybe quieter. To my surprise, 10 hours later out of curiosity, I ckd for water again without using a glass & I got WET!!! Go figure!!!!!! I hope the ice maker surprise me as well within the next day or two.
Hello my screen for water and ice doesn't even light up anymore.. Its no dispensing any ice or water the fridge is cold and it is still making ice.. Any ideas>> Its Ge profile
+girlieracing23 We are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. We recommend resetting the electronics by unplugging the unit or flipping your main circuit breaker off for at least 1 minute. If that doesn't help, we recommend contacting GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737. You can also schedule service online. genet.geappliances.com/eService/Service/home Thanks so much for checking with us. Have a good day!
we have issues with the ice maker water supply not shutting off so water runs down the wall after it over fills the ice maker. besides the water it self continues to run after dispensing water. we have been without our ice maker for over a month now and am going crazy. the fridge is a side by side and is about 15 years old
Anita you would need to have a service technician come out to repair this refrigerator. You can give our team a call at 1-800-GE-CARES but considering the age of the model, you may want to consider replacing the refrigerator all together. Below is a link of our current models: products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-category/refrigerators?TYPE=Side-by-Side

So the ice maker is making ice how can I tell if the board is bad. Water dispenser does not activate the solenoid like it used to lights on the display come on like it used to but no water and the same for the ice dispenser the lights come on but nothing happens
Hello. We really hate to hear you’re having an issue with water dripping constantly. That certainly isn’t the performance we would expect, and we want to assist. If your cradle may be stuck, service might be needed. Our service department can be reached at 1-800-432-2737 or online at spklr.io/6054lYxQ . As a temporary measure, you can stop the flow immediately by opening the freezer door. You can also unplug the refrigerator or remove the freezer hinge cover and unplug the dispenser wire harness at the top freezer door hinge; if you do so, unplug the refrigerator first for your safety. You’re also more than welcome to send us a private message over our GE Appliances social media (such as Facebook or Twitter) with the model number of your refrigerator. We would be happy to look into this concern further for you. We’re also glad to assist with any other concerns you may have, and we’re wishing you all the best. -SG
HI, I am trying to find out what could cause my water dispenser to not stop dispensing water. We got water the other night and it would not stop dispensing. We turned water off to the refrigerator and then turned back on and it still just pours out.
Hello Wyona - we are very sorry to hear of this unfortunate circumstance. While we do help with troubleshooting product issues, this type of repair is beyond our level of expertise. Please contact GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 for further assistance. -SF
Hello Skiby, We are sorry that your refrigerator is not dispensing water. Please visit the link below for a list of troubleshooting tips: products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=34232 Thanks - TH
The water dispenser shoots water straight out onto the floor. There appears to be no obvious way to adjust the angle to avoid this happening. It is difficult to judge at just what angle the water is dispensed. Ice comes out correctly.
@@andypozuelos1204 I think you’re a little late to the party and if your comment is meant to be funny or sarcastic, it’s a bit harsh with the “f” word.
We're sorry for your experience, Peter! As you have a different brand, you may want to check with the manufacturer of your refrigerator to see if they have a suggested resolution. We wish you the best in getting your issue resolved!
Hi Jack, After you change the filter the RESET WATER FILTER must be pressed and held until the red light goes off. On some models the light goes out, and others will turn green; either is considered normal. If you do not hold the pad in, the red light will stay on. Also, if you hold the pad in for a long period of time, the light will go off and then come back on. If this does not turn the red light off, having it checked by a service technician is recommended at 1-800-GE-CARES to schedule.
Reg Buckley Thanks for getting back with us! Please take a look at some additional tips, found in our following link: www.geappliances.com/search/google/infobase/10003601.htm We hope this helps!

Thanks for your reply. I was gone for a couple weeks with little in the refridge' I checked the water hose behind the veggie/meat drawer' It seems to be frozen so I turned freezer/fridge to #2 I'LL see what happens
ge cares my ass! I am so fed up with this appliance (my fridge) and this company! the water line must have froze up on me literally 50 times in the 9 years I have owned it. I had to thaw and heat several times ruining my food. I tried their heating element kit (that they charge for). It worked for a while then it started freezing again. so I replaced it again just to rule it out with no luck. the problem is the design. there is not enough insulation/cold protection behind the freezer door right where the water dispenser tube is. I had some scrap siding insulation from my house ( the pink kind, not sure the r value) that I taped to the inside of the freezer door right behind the dispenser . this was the cure ! on top of that, my filter needs to be unscrewed slightly cause of where it meets the tabs that push in cause it is worn as can be seen in another video . I was about to call an attorney just cause of the aggravation! If your line keeps freezing and you have the heating kit, this is your fix. next time I will buy may tag or another brand and so should you. ge is terrible quality and worse customer service. their solution to every problem is to schedule a service call, never mind making it right. if ge is going to reply with the we're sorry comments, save it. I'm done with your products and I'll make sure to let everybody know how bad they are
Water line is freezing in mine too. I just changed the solenoid valve thinking that was the problem but it turns out that it was pumping water up until it for into the freezer door. From there on it was plugged with ice. I just got it going yesterday by thawing it out, and it's already frozen again. Bad design.
I use to only buy & brag off of all GE appliances many years ago, but now I run far away from them. When they went overseas, they loss all their integrity & quality products. And I dont think that they even care as long as somebody keeps buying their junk & they can keep profitting. Crooky greedy dogs!!!!! :-(
Hi Becky - it's not unusual for there to be a few drips after you stop dispensing the water but if it just won't stop, then we'd recommend that you have a servicer check it for you. Hello. We hate to hear you’re having this issue with your refrigerator dispensing ice by itself. That’s not what we would expect, and we know this must be concerning. We want to help. If ice is dispensing by itself, you may want to check to see if the cradle may be stuck. Please also provide the model number (here or with a private message over our GE Appliances social media, such as Twitter or Facebook) of your refrigerator. With that information, we can certainly look into this further. (If ice won’t stop dispensing, you can stop the flow immediately by opening the freezer door. As a temporary measure until the issue is resolved, you can unplug the refrigerator or remove the freezer hinge cover and unplug the dispenser wire harness at the top freezer door hinge. If you do this, please unplug the refrigerator first for your safety.) We look forward to hearing from you again, so we can help. Best wishes! -SG

GE model LSS25XSWA SS, I had to turn off water supply for about two months, after turning water back on, I have no water from the door and the ice maker is dry, the switch is on, the green light is on at the ice maker. Is it possible for a line to have frozen while it was not flowing. All the supply lines are good and filter.
Update, I took a hair drier to the freezer door, mostly on the inside of the ice drop housing, the reservoir tank for the cold water, took about 30 minutes of warming to get the water to flowing again, so I answered my own question. Thanks you anyway, I'm sure you would have told me the same thing.
Robert Salser - same here, came home from a 10 day vacation and water would not dispense. Warmed up the door with a hair dryer and after about 15 minutes water began to flow again! Thanks for posting.
I have a GE PYD 22.2 cf French door refrigerator. We have having issues with the water dispenser. Some times the regular water dispenser keeps going after we pull the glass away. Sometimes to auto fill keeps going and overflows the glass. Also. How do I change the temperature display from centigrade to Fahrenheit?
Hi Mardie, Can you please e-mail us at eResponse@geappliances.com with the full model and serial? The link below explains where to find the model/serial. We are glad to assist with your inquiries. www.geappliances.com/ge/find-model-serial-number/
Alison

Brand new fridge installed 2 days ago, still only a trickle from the water dispenser.Filter is new, water is on at the wall, and the water feed line brand new as well. All connections tight and without leaks.
Thanks for the video..however, my problem is that the water from the dispenser comes out only HOT, not cold. How can I fix this?
We regret your inconvenience, Gary. If the dispenser drips water constantly, this may indicate an issue with the water valve and should be checked by a service technician. If you would like to schedule a service appointment, please contact GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737. Appointments may also be scheduled on-line on our GE Appliances site.
thank you!! I did not know about the purge of 2 min for a brand new refrigerator. I did not want to press the pump due to fear I would damage it.
Hello hello
I have a GSL325PVYV.
Hi Peggysue661, you are welcome! So glad we were able to help! Thanks for sharing. Alison with GE
Hello, I have the Whirlpool Gold Model GI0FSAXVY. I changed the filter a week ago. Now, no ice or water is being dispensed. I am getting water as the ice maker is producing ice consistently. But upon pressing the tongue activating nothing. Any idea's?
GE is Ultimate American number one best quality!
Love GE!
Hi Jeffrey Benzick - Thanks for your post. I’m sorry you are experiencing an issue with your water dispenser.

@@geappliances They are going to charge me to temporarily fix this manufacture defect.
Any ideas?
Great video, but how do you stop the dispenser from a constant leak
water line has possible air lock after changing filter, held down cradle, still no water?
Appointments may be scheduled online at:

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, found in our following link:

Thanks for reaching out to us!
Thank you :-)
I was unable to get any water to flow after putting in a new filter. :-)
Thank you, you were very helpful to me :-)
Thank you so much for sharing your story, Yvonne. What a surprise this must have been for you! We're glad you found our video and were able to find such an easy solution for your issue. It sounds like your cats have quite inquisitive personalities!
does any one have answer to this, my water dispenser is reading *warning cold overtime*? does any one know what this means?
I don't have a water filter control on my side by side fridge. I changed the filter but the replace light keeps coming on.
My GE profile with Keurig is showing a symbol that I don't have a definition for - looks like an incomplete small letter "b" and a large C.
My display has no power to it at all I need help!!! It's brand new out of the box
How do you change the light bulb in the freezer section
My counter depth GE french door fridge has a leaking water dispenser, I just bought it from sears but they suck any help?

What is causing crystal like sediment on the outside of my water dispenser on my refrig?
Check with your water company or plumber.
hi, water that comes into the tray wont drain. It seeps thru frame and stains the refrigerator door
I have searched all over and come up with nothing. it is so frustrating, and i do not have the money to have someone come and repair it. thanks

is the water ok to drink after being frozen for a few months
Dara Brenner I have the same issue!! Did you ever solve it ?

Hello my name is Chris I need some help with my icemaker I'm getting water through the dispenser or not the icemaker and you won't know what is wrong with this
Hello Chris,
We are sorry for your inconvenience.
I was not getting ice or water. I changed the filter. Now I get ice but no water. All the lights on the panel are working.

Also the function between the 3 options doesn't always seam to switch properly.
we have issues with the ice maker water supply not shutting off so water runs down the wall after it over fills the ice maker. besides the water it self continues to run after dispensing water. we have been without our ice maker for over a month now and am going crazy. the fridge is a side by side and is about 15 years old

My water dispenser keeps dripping water all day. What can I do to stop?
-SG

The water dispenser shoots water straight out onto the floor. There appears to be no obvious way to adjust the angle to avoid this happening. It is difficult to judge at just what angle the water is dispensed. Ice comes out correctly.
Just put fucking cup in front of it Linda, like you're supposed to
@@andypozuelos1204 I think you’re a little late to the party and if your comment is meant to be funny or sarcastic, it’s a bit harsh with the “f” word.

does anyone know how to clean Kitchen Aid water dispenser, bottom loader?
Hello Becki, you may want to check Kitchen Aid's website for assistance. AS
About 3 weeks after changing the water filter on my refrigerator, the water in the door stopped working. HELP!!!!
I watched all the videos and was ready to defrost. I put a Q-tip into spout and it worked. Just saying.
Glad to hear that worked for you, Diane - thanks for sharing!
How do i change the temp. and stay at that temp.
I replaced water filter; works ok but water filter light will not reset; stays lit.
If this does not turn the red light off, having it checked by a service technician is recommended at 1-800-GE-CARES to schedule.
mine works but it takes around 4 minutes to fill up a cup

Hi the problem is the water doesnt stop it keeps running
Hi Becky - it's not unusual for there to be a few drips after you stop dispensing the water but if it just won't stop, then we'd recommend that you have a servicer check it for you. Here's a link to our on-line service page in case you need to schedule an appointment:

My GE refrigerator dispenses ice on its own.
If you do this, please unplug the refrigerator first for your safety.)
We look forward to hearing from you again, so we can help.

Update,
I took a hair drier to the freezer door, mostly on the inside of the ice drop housing, the reservoir tank for the cold water, took about 30 minutes of warming to get the water to flowing again, so I answered my own question.
Thanks you anyway, I'm sure you would have told me the same thing.
Hello Robert - Sorry it took so long to reply. We're glad your ice and water are working for you now.
