Please DO NOT CHANGE...I appreciate that you keep these rated for family viewing. I hear fowl language all day.... nice to get a break and know that my kids won't hear it in your videos. I agree all the manufacturers should share or lease the sled tracking tech, for mountains and trail riding it's a tremendous tool. They've leased/shared tech before so that's nothing new. We have lost group members by break down or getting stuck off course and spent hours trying to find them which incurs more problems like running out of fuel.

Yes! All manufacturers should come together and have equal rights to any patents. Even add a button on the sled or phone app to push when help is needed. This would put a circle around the other guy's icon. Need help with a ski pull or help wrenching? Push the i deserve a sticker button. Lol Something to draw attention. almost like the flash on an aircraft transponder. No reason That tech can't work in the air and on the ground

3d print a mold, set an Arduino Micro, add a micro gpu, place a physical display, wrap it in waterproof protection, link to current sat functions via an API, and add maybe 250 lines of code for group functioning (somewhere around there) maybe $80 worth of custom graphics for icons, about? seems easy enough, could have a sample in a week or two.
Yeah you still need sat functioning, but hell your using it anyway. Just reroute the action to the display. for sale $200..
