It doesn't matter if they hurt anything or not. The guys has no trespassing signs on his land and idiots that trespass get trails shut down.

hes right you are meant to be on the trail unless its your own land crown land or a public lake but hey some of us love the ditch you had a great reaction to de-escalating the situation instead of making it worse
Man I felt bad for that guy. Actually Powerlines are illegal in Michigan as well because power companies don't want the liability. Unless its a designated trail they the clubs assuarance assumes the liability. Police will stop you and let you know by issing a warning or a ticket.
Can’t blame the guy for being so high strung at first but if people would actually respect one another and talk man to man and own up to whoever did wrong and make it right it would be a hell of a lot better than people getting in passing matchings on video for RUclips

@@boooyaaababy651 You can blame who you want but its the insurance companies initiating these law suets to get their money back from paying for the injuries.
powerlines here in ontario ca are legal if im not mistaken at least in my area they are but a few of them arent cuz some people own land on them if hydro one the powerline owners who can also own the land under it they dont care same for are government they dont care half of the legal trails in my area are on hydro ones land
Went from 6 stars to 1 star, just by staying calm and being rational.
typically 33ft from the center line of the road is public right of way (ditch). As soon as you go over that line you are trespassing. Idk how many times I've had this argument with landowners and police but I've never been ticketed. nice job keeping cool and letting the guy vent. Although its not his responsibility to do it, he should put up bigger signs and barriers to protect his property since hes clearly very passionate about it.

I live in an isolated area,I would have a hard time adjusting if I had to stay on a groomed trail like buddy was saying he thought could be a rule/law,I went hunting today,about 300km,I could ride for days anywhere and not have to worry about someone getting upset,where is this? Not much snow there

Mostly MN, and U.P riding. 146’s are plenty for the mountains if you know how to ride. Had a 144 out west last year
