I traveled to Laos with the express wish to record the Most Beautiful Woman in Laos making omelettes at the Shihon Night Market in Vientiane, Laos. She wasn't there, but I did get a chance to explore a couple of night markets in Vientiane where I tried some amazing street food. Street food is one of the things Laos is known for, so if you enjoy going to night markets and eating delicious street food, then you'll definitely want to check out this episode!

Popular Lao dishes are Laap, thum mak hoong (papaya salad), Lao sausages, khaopoon (curry noodle soup), khaopiak (udon like noodle soup) and you cannot have Lao food without sticky rice. Lao people consume ALOT of sticky rice. If you ever had Issan food it's basically the same as Lao food as issan people are origin of Lao. There's a Lao restaurant in Seoul that you should give a try called Lao Piak. Thanks for visiting Laos 😊

Laos street food is actually pretty okay! I don't eat a variety of food, but it gets my stamp of approval! What do you all think?!
Hands of the chefs make a difference and what region you are from. Same dish names, but there are variations of it . Some put lil or more of ingredients.
