Do a Blizzard employee tier list instead pls. Cleaning lady gets A tier for working on PvP on the side, everyone else gets L for lazy or E for the most efficient money printing method (literally 0 employees working on PvP while generating millions monthly with it).

The entirety of Dragonflight PvP changes were basically just number tuning every 4 weeks and two 5 minute fixes on healer rewards. You're paying a monthly fee and you pay for mandatory expansions just to keep playing PvP and Blizzard literally has 0 employees working specifically on PvP. A steam game for 30$ that doesn't fix core features (like e.g. solo shuffle queue times) would get review bombed.

The DK dev actually had some insane Unholy changes in the most recent war within update. So my hopes for his plans for frost are up there. Frost suffers from obviously poor design and being held down by unholy being very volatile in how tanky it gets with necrotic wounds.
It's probably not the DK dev. The people who do PvP balance just seem to dislike Frost DK. BoS is nerfed by 33% and Frostwyrm's Fury by 70%. They could easily make Frost at least do good damage, but they don't care.

Arcane, fury, arms, and feral all need to be in B imo… sure played by a pro they are A in potential but everyday in the later they aren’t very good on average. Like a noob can log on a ret or evoker and pump, at do that with some of the other classes on A tier
just "pumping" is not enough you are not taking into account a classes whole kit, sure evoker "pumps" but has weak defensive and 1 crowd control on a 15 sec cooldown???, 25 yard range. The difference between a good ret and a bad ret is night and day, good rest sanc, sacrifice bop, off heal at the right times. etc
Ye, Arcane and Feral are great only if played by a pro - 100% agree! Fury is NEVER ever better than WW or in any way close to A-tier. I don't know why people think a dmg buff changes any of the problems the class has. It got ZERO changes as far as the mobility/getting kited problems are concerned - so maximum B-tier for Fury - except in maybe a very special comp that keeps you mobile enough it could see it B+

thats why pple are going gnome priest for escape artist and ye i agree, the fact that pple are spending money to change clas and racial spell to counter druids says a lot (pple did the same with dark iron dwarf for assa bleeds).
During last night's AWC, I noticed that the rogue characters seemed to only be picked for their ability to stun and gouge and didn't contribute much else. All the kills were made by the Boomkins, and the rogue's DPS was close to the Envoker healers and they were often rooted somewhere in the map. Additionally, it's concerning that the developers focus on tuning these classes for AWC when so few people actually watch it. The whole five-hour video only had 800 likes. It seems like the developers are ruining the game by designing classes for mythic+ and then trying to sell them for PvP. It just doesn't make sense.
As m+ player, no dude they are balancing it around for raid mostly hence considered meta picks in m+ still get buffs sometimes, cause their raid ST is 5% below
Some rogues were doing really good dmg but you have to take into account what makes rogues strong isn't their dmg but their ability to control the game. They only do dmg on setups the rest of the time they have to spend most of their time peeling for their team mates.

One more thing, maybe Blizz could do something like resist to dispell of 50%(except unstable affliction) They only one love its when someone get melted durung they dispell unstables with 500k and get one shotted... Imagine you have dots with dps aroud 30-40k (on one target). And they god dispelled all the time. That similar if you played and you ane cast or melee spells are missed everyone 2nd time... that is just not fun. I think I need try demo. But I think no one give a cast again... You cant just cast. Balance- Cyclone DH- AoE stun, imrpison, ST stun Outlaw- many cc Ret- Stun, blind, bubble Assass- many cc Unh DK- Two interrupts, stun, pet stun, pet kick, 2 grips All the high meta classes have tons of CC and micro CC. The meta is CC and how many instant cast abilities/spells you have. Plus mobility is a bonus. What a shitty non fun PvP state. I love watching my character die after suffering 15 seconds of back to back CC while they pound my DPS into the floor.
If you getting CC'd for 15 seconds straight while your DPS gets pounded into the floor your DPS and yourself aren't playing that well. I mean that can happen in 1 or 2 comps but even then there's ways to avoid CC and ur dps should also help you avoid getting CC'd.

It’s pathetic that people are forced to play what’s meta in this game instead of what they actually want to play because blizzard won’t balance classes in pvp. If you don’t play what’s meta then you struggle all season. This is what this game has turned into is, what’s the best meta and who’s on top, then everyone rolls those classes, then blizzard nerfs them because “they are to strong” just because they see people playing the crap out those classes . Compare to warlock boomkins come way too far. They have better mobility, better dps(in most cases), easier to blast, better defences. By pressing 2 buttons everyone in dots. No need to manage dots to be aware of loosing dps(AGONY) Not sure how about in US in EU noone will give you cast spells as affli lock... you will gain cc chain non stop. I think warlock need to have agony without stacks Blizz need to something with spread dots.(why not ability that will use shard) \\ so shard + curruption = dots everywhre shard + agony dots everywhere. And IMAGINE that is still less broken that balance druid dots....
seeing so much of the meta come down to cc is annoying. i think all cc should dr each other and classes be tuned around that. the setup specs can still cross cc, but no one should lose control of their character / be silenced / slowed for more than 10 total seconds. overwatch has a similar issue and needs cc dr. blizzard designers are just obsessed with allowing players to make another player's experience miserable
that change would be the death of pvp and would turn pvp into even more pve than its already is. We neet to get back to longer cc that is hardcasted (sheeps, fears etc., clone can stay how it is) . Or just remove all/most micro cc and let casted cc how it is now

Augmentation is a neat concept, but wow has had plenty of “support specs” (see shaman, Pali since tbc). Aug is a one trick pony with ebon might. It should have been a melee or another tank.
Fewer ele playing now, it’s not as popular as it was in s1/s2. Kinda sucks because I struggle to close games out solo without ascendance procs. I preferred the stormkeeper setup s1/s2 build because you had kill power once every minute :/
I'm a surv main, surv is def better than mm and bm at 2200 just because my damage is instant and does really good DMG, I only get beat out by DH and sometimes ret and my cc is really good, I can set up goes on my own with scatter trap stun. I can shut down casters and kite melee pretty easy, i think for some people it's a skill issue tbh.
Surv isnt better than MM by virtue of absolutely flopping to the majority of the good and great classes especially melees. All the other Hunter specs do everything you said too but much safer and output their damage from range while kiting and MMs damage is just as good

yo ven, can you make another video talking about how rewards for healers need to be better? I'm 42-14, 75% win rate in solo shuffle, have 3-0'd lobbies and other healer leaves and I haven't even broken 1800, at 1719. Feel like blizzard is gatekeeping healers to get them to play more. Last lobby I went 5-1 and gained 30 rating, 1 dps got +33 for 4-2 and another got +70 rating for 4-2. Why am i getting less rating for performing the best in lobby? Edit: when i perform similarly on a dps i would be well beyond 1800. I keep bringing up the 1800 mark because I am a casual player now and aim for ~1800 rating for elite sets that I like.
mmr system is broken AF .. I feel you .. if you win 4-2 you gain +6 raiting .. if you lose 2-4 you lose +30 raiting it’s just ridiculous as healer .. I’m just queue in order to farm conquest and gear my other classes (nothing else to look for in SS) just a bad system that is not worth thinking 💭 about it 👍
you need to keep winning so your MMR is higher than your CR. I went 4-2 at 2388 and got 0 points yesterday. Had to 5-1 to hit elite. Just keep quing dude.
Tierlists should roughly follow a normal distribution. You could even make an S+ tier, put DH Boomie in it. S tier is Holy Priest Pres Evoker, Outlaw, Arcane. Divide DPS in a into A and B. Move DPS in B and C tier one tier down. Now you have a tierlist.
so blizza could fix issues with root beam :D DR-CD for one on one abilities. Or nerf beam to dispell all roots. But lets say increase range.(circle) As far as I know Blizz against policy where player cant do anything. So if there is no counterplay that = OP and should be fixed

Survival hunter is def not lower than other hunter specs. Representation doesn't speak for survival imo. But I'm fine with it. Buff them up son!!!

Warr mage is a “good comp” when the mage is an ex blizzcon champion. When average players play that comp it’s nothing scary.

seeing so much of the meta come down to cc is annoying. i think all cc should dr each other and classes be tuned around that. the setup specs can still cross cc, but no one should lose control of their character / be silenced / slowed for more than 10 total seconds. overwatch has a similar issue and needs cc dr. blizzard designers are just obsessed with allowing players to make another player's experience miserable
that change would be the death of pvp and would turn pvp into even more pve than its already is. We neet to get back to longer cc that is hardcasted (sheeps, fears etc., clone can stay how it is) . Or just remove all/most micro cc and let casted cc how it is now

@@StrobeFireStudios similar problem to Frost vs unholy DK. Devastation is super simple and the numbers are too strong right now. Augmentation is a neat concept, but wow has had plenty of “support specs” (see shaman, Pali since tbc). Aug is a one trick pony with ebon might. It should have been a melee or another tank.

Fewer ele playing now, it’s not as popular as it was in s1/s2. Kinda sucks because I struggle to close games out solo without ascendance procs. I preferred the stormkeeper setup s1/s2 build because you had kill power once every minute :/

I'm a surv main, surv is def better than mm and bm at 2200 just because my damage is instant and does really good DMG, I only get beat out by DH and sometimes ret and my cc is really good, I can set up goes on my own with scatter trap stun. I can shut down casters and kite melee pretty easy, i think for some people it's a skill issue tbh.
Surv isnt better than MM by virtue of absolutely flopping to the majority of the good and great classes especially melees. All the other Hunter specs do everything you said too but much safer and output their damage from range while kiting and MMs damage is just as good
Every hunter spec has scatter, trap and stun. MM and BM have better kick than survi.

@@Primal_Echo I meant like whole final saturday/sunday. If you are talking about NA, then frost was tied with unholy, devoker and MM. And was under balance, arcane, SP, DH and outlaw. If you count EU I'm pretty sure it would be even lower.

yo ven, can you make another video talking about how rewards for healers need to be better? I'm 42-14, 75% win rate in solo shuffle, have 3-0'd lobbies and other healer leaves and I haven't even broken 1800, at 1719. Feel like blizzard is gatekeeping healers to get them to play more. Last lobby I went 5-1 and gained 30 rating, 1 dps got +33 for 4-2 and another got +70 rating for 4-2. Why am i getting less rating for performing the best in lobby?
Edit: when i perform similarly on a dps i would be well beyond 1800. I keep bringing up the 1800 mark because I am a casual player now and aim for ~1800 rating for elite sets that I like.
mmr system is broken AF .. I feel you .. if you win 4-2 you gain +6 raiting .. if you lose 2-4 you lose +30 raiting it’s just ridiculous as healer .. I’m just queue in order to farm conquest and gear my other classes (nothing else to look for in SS) just a bad system that is not worth thinking 💭 about it 👍
you need to keep winning so your MMR is higher than your CR. I went 4-2 at 2388 and got 0 points yesterday. Had to 5-1 to hit elite. Just keep quing dude.

Tierlists should roughly follow a normal distribution. You could even make an S+ tier, put DH Boomie in it. S tier is Holy Priest Pres Evoker, Outlaw, Arcane. Divide DPS in a into A and B. Move DPS in B and C tier one tier down. Now you have a tierlist.
so blizza could fix issues with root beam :D DR-CD for one on one abilities. Or nerf beam to dispell all roots. But lets say increase range.(circle)
