It's videos like these that confirm we can change the trajectory of not only this country, but continue to lead the world by rebuilding and demonstrating what is possible using nothing more than knowledge, wisdom, and mindsets. “A house divided against itself cannot stand.” - Abraham Lincoln

Quoting dead men isn't the way. Few know it is MaMa's spirit who creates. The rest use MaMa while loving men in their hearts. That is not straight. You quote who you love. Closet gey check your heart can't hide from the truth.

Dr Miller has much to offer. I would have gained more if her presentation had been organized in such a way that would give me some ways to help guide my family members to tune into their spirituality. In other words a more pragmatic approach rather than conceptual although I found what she did say helpful.

I wanted to seek out my beliefs at one time. I went to a Unitarian Church where they think everyone should contemplate all sorts of ideas to find what makes you feel in your heart that something special is happening. I love it. Hearing others speak of their spirituality helps trigger ideas in my head. In the US we lack role models of spiritual people. People who value things that have nothing to do with money.

I didn't have those loads of support in my Life. At 61 when I was finally awoken Spiritually when I hit what I call My last Bottom and my Ground hog day life ended of the living my days over and over every day. If it wasn't for the Talks by People like Dr. Miller, Dr Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Dr Bruce Lipton, Deepak Chopra, Louise Hay and many many more Suicide may have been my only answer. Since Finding Spirituality My Life has changed dramatically and I hope to resonate from my Spiritual Being to inspire others that CHANGE IS POSSIBLE. Change Your thoughts, Change your life. Change the way you look at things and The things you look at Change

I couldn’t think of 3 people living or deceased that had my best interest in mind, I could think of one. So I couldn’t really do that little exercise. I had a very difficult childhood which lead to a very difficult adulthood with lots of illness and quite literally brain damage from abuse. At 56 I can say I couldn’t have survived without a strong connection to the Creator, had an NDE at three years old from head trauma, have had unexplainable spiritual experiences throughout my life. All religions are a dangerous man made control mechanism used for greed, I hope I see them abolished in my lifetime.

They don't have to be people you know or met in the past. It could be anyone from history, or even fantasy. Imagine the kind of person who would have your best interest at heart, perhaps an angel, a guide, an ancient ancestor, or a good person who seems wise and caring. If you could imagine that type of person, who would they be?

My story is the same...only cyclic...going from childhood abuse to 2 abusive husbands in a row...and barely survivable brain injuries along the way. I'm farther along the path, however, approaching 80 with one BIG difference. I found The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and His peace and perfect love and understanding. With Him I can do this "little exercise" whenever I feel the need and offer the same forgiveness I receive daily to freely give to others. (That's BIG...deep-down, for real forgiveness of all of those who harm me.) I love you, and I love that you are seeking answers.

@@eileenwhite4800 thank you 🙏, I’m glad you found a place and peace. I too have found peace, I don’t hold any animosity towards the people that I felt harmed by and have forgiven all. There is a great love available for those who believe and trust in the Creator. However I have skipped the middle man (religion) and have a personal connection, relationship with God. May God bless you daily on you journey 🙏.

I’m very impressed by Dr. Miller however l am stumped by her referencing the military. How can we, on the one hand, speak about the unity of existence and on the other mention the strategy of the military.?

The only thing that matters is that you can imagine them. You build your reality by being able to truly imagine it. Imagine someone who gives you exactly the love you desire and need. And then you keep remembering that someone and that feeling of total complete love whenever you feel worthless.

1:13 giving peace is part of Catholic mass - shake hands and give peace… growing up as a family we always greeted each other hugging and kissing on the cheek. We still do it, even during COVID, and nobody got sick… maybe because we didn’t get jabbed. Stop being afraid, showing affection by hugging is good for you

what if no one shows up at our table as in life but you did not realize it until this example
it is not in your own best interest to tell people about your spirituality though, to protect yourself
it is the course parts and pieces people that already inspect your life that is visible that corner you too much already, i.e. the mean girl grows up to have babies for a living and remains in her character in your workplace complete with a social Tital now, mom. She is not thin anymore later and all the meaner
