I myself have come from a solo Mum paren She was the only child from a Half Cast Samoan Mother and a Welsh Father My Grandma Sarah had a very Hard life being halfcast Sadly Nana Sarah was put into care of a caring Nun but her mother was very focused on her new husband from Texas As I look back upon this we must learn importantly so much More from those who were brought up from indigenous Tribes Tibetan Buddha is so Enlightening ❤

I so want to add a caveat and asterisks to the basic premise of his book. In developmental psychology, it is essential for a child to sense that they matter in order for healthy growth and development, to know that the universe gives a f*ck about them.
@@naumaitaurua2500 A child needs to develop a strong sense of self before they can truly learn to care for others. That is basic human development. That happens by scaffolding with healthy caregivers.
@Johnmoyer99 Yes a strong sense of self with alignment to being able to change their world. Many children do not arrive from healthy parents so knowing they can change their world could prevent years of powerlessness and abuse. Small changes and recognising their power. Choosing their happy place to go after its bad, healthy choices vs bad choices. Perhaps we are talking about the same thing but using different words.
Maybe God doesn't care about this guy, maybe he does. God made the Universe and this guy's hip Eastern philosophy is flawed. It would be healthier to talk to a child about their ability to change their world, and the universe is a reflection.
