I really needed this as my adductors were very stiff.
This stretch helped my legs for a little bit but I think my left adductor is injured because it’s the only one that hurts 😢
I had pain in outer thigs for few days after 2 weeks of doing them . But for some reason I'm unable to bend down my thighs for this particular exercise ever since.
you guys are the best! love these videos. question: for chronically tight adductors....what is the ratio of work needed to loosen them via strength work (e.g., copenhagen planks) vs stretching (as you're showing here). it's not all just stretching right?
Typically it should be a combination of both stretching and strengthening, making sure that we are strengthening that muscle through its entire range.
