Hi Dr. Rowe, I really need your expert help. I have a problem with a pain above the middle part of my right clavicle. I believe I got it while overdoing a pull-over exercise. I have tried all your shoulder pain treatments, but I know that they are not the answer, for my pain is NOT on my shoulder muscles, but, like I said, they are above the middle part of the right clavicle area, and beneath that area. I have been searching through the internet for pain relief, but could not find the solution. Before trying other videos on the subject, I have posted this on one of your videos about shoulder pain. But it was an old one, so I guess you were not able to read it. It has been bothering me for a few weeks now. How do I treat it? I need to continue my strength training exercises, to get back in shape, with a lot of help from you. No kidding. Your instructions are super awesome. I did this yesterday since I had a groin pain after a bad leg workout day. Instantly, I felt 50% relieved. And TODAY I WOKE UP LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED TO MY GROIN. Thank you very much for this. I have been a fan of your videos since last year. I think I can go back to my workout routine.

I pulled my right groin muscle 2 months ago, and it only hurts when I try to do the butterfly stretch. I followed these workouts tonight and could actually do the butterfly stretch without pain! Still can’t bend forward in the stretch, but it’s so much more range than I’ve had since the injury started. Thank you!
I just found your channel, and I haven't tried these yet. I am 71 years old and have chronic pain in the adductor/groin area of one side that I have had for about a year. Don't ask me why I waited this long to address it! 🙄 But I'm tired of having to lift my leg into the car. So I pray that these stretches help!
This man saved me from backpain.....i had a heavy lower back pain months back in which I couldn't sit or can't lay without pain ..dr suggested some exercise which never really worked....then I followed your exercise and did it for straight 1 month.....Iam grateful to you...now iam recovered and not using spine support...tnku so much man

Love love love these!! Just 1 thing, on the 1st one where you have to grab your leg behind your knee, tell people that if they can't reach, for whatever reason, you can use a towel to help get your leg up like that. ❤❤ thank you for these stretches. Easy to do at home & really work!!

I went to PT for 3 months and never heard them say to keep your muscles in balance. They did some work but I kept hearing the word surgery for my hips.
@@dennistyler9852 I figured out my groin strain stems from a failed knee surgery by my surgeon. I'm going to find a new surgeon so that I can regain full knee flexion again.

It was doing this sort of stuff that gave me the groin pull in the first place. After about six weeks, it seems to be healing, so I'm very wary of these stretches.

Thank you! I used a hip adductor machine for the first time and I’m very flexible, so I pushed my legs very far back with each set. The next day my groin area was very sore and very stiff. After your exercises, I became more stretched out and able to move my inner legs more. Soreness is there, but I have more motion/control again! 😊

I have been suffering with pelvis tailbone and sacrum issues for many years since the car accident 815 and I have an inverted table which helps but turning 67 it seems like it gets popped out again and again and a boy the groin just aches no Less had a total panhysterectomy so my left side is the one that usually brings it to my attention I just wanted to say thank you for making me feel better
Nobody really addresses it but i often experience a radiation towards my testikels as well and that then really worries me. Yet at the same time i can cleary notice it happens at the same times i either have herniated problems or a pain in my buttocks. I have laboratory tears got one surgery only to be worse I've been suffering for years can't workout anymore it's been awful but I'm going to start these daily see if there are changes Worth a try .....Thank You for your help ! Dr Rowe, thank you. You’re a godsend. I hope you realise how many individuals you have helped heal. I wonder if you would consider focusing on the psoas major muscle on one of your future videos; overuse, tightness, spasms and cramping in the abdominal area and back. I believe there is a syndrome called the psoas syndrome. Very tricky muscle, with significant implications when dysfunctional. Thank you in advance.

Can I do this everyday? I've been feeling groin pain because I run twice a week 😢 these exercises help relief the pain but they come back as soon as I workout
If the pain keeps coming back even though you stretch, you should figure out what causes it and not keep on training. Most experts advise to lighten the training load or lessen the amount of time running and instead do other cardio excersises like cycling or swimming (avoid breaststroke and focus on front crawl) - which puts way less stress on the body. But I am just a consumer of information on the internet. If you continue to experience pain or discomfort you should contact a doctor or physiotherapist.

So that's what happened to me 8yrs ago? Clearing land and falling in holes and climbing trees with a chainsaw 58 yrs old that time feeling good untill my right side...and I didn't know what it was, I walked it off for 1/2 hr. and it went away(lucky I guess). Glad to see this I'm 66 yrs now and into Tai Chi as preventive care and your video is awesome everything! Positive traction! Sub.

Thanks so much for making these videos! Could you please make one of stretching tight lats? My tight lats have caused my lower back to get compressed and tight and I'm only just starting to stretch it (after years of chronic discomfort and pain)
Dear Danielle Shante: Find out the reason for your discomfort and the need for stretching. For example, there could be an up-and-coming inguinal hernia, and one should be doing the *opposite* of this. Dig down deep and discern the dilemma before you partake. If you must stretch -- do this in *accordance* with your ailment.
Oh My Goodness !! I am a dancer and I have had this inner thigh painful feeling where pelvic meets inner hip ..felt it in the inside of the thigh. Went to to the chiro....he adjusted me showed me a chart about the anatomy and the connections and has me icing the lower back which has no pain for 3O minutes twice a day for 3 days. He said that is where the problem comes from. I just finished doing all your exercises and oh I feel so much better. How many times can you do these a day ? On days that I dance and days that i dont I am going fo subscribe...happily . And I dance.

You might have muscle psoas tight, try put hot compress on lombar. It worked for me

Dude I had this happen getting up from the toilet, I literally died for 5 minutes on the floor :/ Now here I am trying to relieve it faster next time...
I just did the first exercise and had extreme burn8ng.... I have laboratory tears got one surgery only to be worse I've been suffering for years can't workout anymore it's been awful but I'm going to start these daily see if there are changes Worth a try .....Thank You for your help ! Even if it doesn't help me it's been best advice all 5he doctors I've seen never know what to do to help the pain ... 💔

I wonder if you would consider focusing on the psoas major muscle on one of your future videos; overuse, tightness, spasms and cramping in the abdominal area and back. I believe there is a syndrome called the psoas syndrome. Very tricky muscle, with significant implications when dysfunctional.

Can I do this everyday? I've been feeling groin pain because I run twice a week 😢 these exercises help relief the pain but they come back as soon as I workout
These can be done as daily mobility exercises if they’re helping.
If the pain keeps coming back even though you stretch, you should figure out what causes it and not keep on training. Most experts advise to lighten the training load or lessen the amount of time running and instead do other cardio excersises like cycling or swimming (avoid breaststroke and focus on front crawl) - which puts way less stress on the body.
But I am just a consumer of information on the internet. If you continue to experience pain or discomfort you should contact a doctor or physiotherapist.

Sounds like you need to fix your form work your areas that get that way to strengthen them

So that's what happened to me 8yrs ago? Clearing land and falling in holes and climbing trees with a chainsaw 58 yrs old that time feeling good untill my right side...and I didn't know what it was, I walked it off for 1/2 hr. and it went away(lucky I guess). Glad to see this I'm 66 yrs now and into Tai Chi as preventive care and your video is awesome everything! Positive traction! Sub.

Dear Danielle Shante: Find out the reason for your discomfort and the need for stretching. For example, there could be an up-and-coming inguinal hernia, and one should be doing the *opposite* of this. Dig down deep and discern the dilemma before you partake. If you must stretch -- do this in *accordance* with your ailment.
Oh My Goodness !! I am a dancer and I have had this inner thigh painful feeling where pelvic meets inner hip ..felt it in the inside of the thigh. Went to to the chiro....he adjusted me showed me a chart about the anatomy and the connections and has me icing the lower back which has no pain for 3O minutes twice a day for 3 days. He said that is where the problem comes from. I just finished doing all your exercises and oh I feel so much better.
How many times can you do these a day ? On days that I dance and days that i dont
