GrappLr I mouth breathe since young, as my nasals are always blocked. Had ulcers frequently because of constant dried out mouth in the middle of the night. Cause my me to wake up midnight at times. And during my teen years I started developed underbite, and my mouth breathing issues got worse. And I’m going for a double jaw surgery to fix it now, hopefully it fixed my mouth breathe issues. Have been fully taping my mouth for almost a year, less ulcers and no more waking up in the middle of the night with dried out mouth. But when I don’t tape it, I almost always breathe through my mouth again.... it’s like it’s impossible for me to train to breathe through my mouth (after 1year of doing it) or maybe it could be my underbite is so severe that I can’t close my mouth properly. But I’ve been watching you recently, you inspires me to continue making YT videos, as I have started YT this year, mainly about gaming content, but not many people watch me and it demoralises me to continue putting in time to record and edit videos. However my point is, really thank you for bringing this health issues up, as not many people know about it.
And do you by any chance know someone who went through jaw surgery to fix this problem, and successfully fixed it? Please comment if you know! Tks! :)
I already breathe through my nose normally, but this got me to avoid breathing with my mouth. Never thought I'd be scared of breathing

@GrappLr you missed lethal at 4:50 . if you did the 3 to your draven it would level your darius and then use a whirrling blade to set darius to 11. The opponent is at 8 and the braum only has 3 hp. Thanks for the great content. Just wanted to point out a line that i believe is better and am curious if you agree

Hey man, I'd just like to say thank you for talking about breathing via mouth vs nose. I breathe through my nose 90% of the time but for some reason I sleep with my mouth open and I didn't know that it was bad for you. I slept with tape over my mouth last night and it worked well. I'll keep trying it, but I'm afraid of the winter because I get stuffy noses pretty regularly
Im glad it worked well. I think if u do it consistently until winter, maybe you wont need tape anymore

Hey grappz just wanna talk about the breathing thing. Is it okay to breathe-out (exhale) through the mouth? Like I don't do it often but at some cases it is more comfortable when doing physical activities. Inhaling through nose then exhaling through mouth.

Mouth breathing is often a medical problem and requires surgery to fix (adenoid removal), especially in children and early teen age, so go to your doctor if that's is troubling you. In adults it can be related to sleep apnea, which is also not really a fun thing to have, and also might need surgery or treatment.

Try nautilus and twisted fate. With all your drawing, you'll be going deep fast. Going deep without tossing cards. The ultimate meme!
And go piltover along with it so you can play the slotbot progress day and the 1/2 that gains attack when you draw a card. That should be some nice meme
I tried some janky deck with that same idea, the problem is drawing a fleeting Nautilus or another heavy sea creature with Pick a card, it murdered my soul everytime.

Yeah, it's not ideal, because you get less oxygenation during sleep, which can lead to brain problems down the line from lack of proper recovery. Just tape your mouth at night until your body learns to sleep with mouth closed.
