I agree 💯 that if we lined up and ran the ball down their throat that we would dominate. I also think that the coaches are manufacturing adversity for our Offence early in the season. The coaches know that if we went in and did what we all know we can do that the players wouldn't face much adversity and that would hurt us later in the season. Remember, Coach says we aren't interested in being good in September. We are interested in being good in January! By manufacturing adversity now we are setting up for dominance later!!
We need to draft 2 wide receivers next year in the draft. Also defensive tackle or nose tackle, defensive end, offensive line future starters, and a tight end that can be the number 2 tight end.
I believe we developed our team quickly and I thought we were ahead by one year. One more good draft with the proposed picks I mentioned would be the most complete team and ranked the best roster in the NFL. I would also like to draft a quarterback in the 2026 but if there is a top class quarter in the 2025 then I would draft him.
We need to score 27 points a game on offense and also accept our defense making big plays and score points on defense and special teams. But the return man that can return punts and kickoffs for touchdowns. That player could be a wide receiver drafted next year.
Call it the "Wax or Scap" or "Shine or shade" show. This week, BJ gets the shade. Play calling was pretty awful. Mekhi Wing gets some shine for battling to get playing time and holding his own while in there. More shade for Davenport for being injured already (I think).
Frankly, I’ve doubted Ben all along. I think the real reason he’s not a HC is that Dan is actually the magic behind this offense. Think about it, who’s the one helping develop fake punt plays? Dan is, by his own admission.
I also look at some of the games last year that Ben did terrible play calling, just one sample was the falcons game last year. Should have blown them out not 20-6 final
Goff played poorly the first two weeks. Bouncing balls all the cross the field and wobbling balls too. He can't throw outside along the sidelines with power. We need tight spirals, I wish Goff had an arm and did not become a liability when he gets a little pressure. I have never been sold on Goff, I have rooting for him and the offensive line to keep him clean every play.
Totally agree on Johnson, hasn't been learning from past mistakes
Hes not gonna get a HC opportunity if he keeps this up.

If anything i think theyre trying to save both Gibbs and Montgomery to keep them both healthy down the stretch.
I remember John Riggins running behind the Hogs. Teams weren't stopping that. One of them was Detroit.
Not saying that Goff doesn’t carry some blame however the OC calls the plays and sets up the schemes

Great content. I think not going for it in the 1st half sent the whole Team and fans in a head spin.
Call it AFTERMATH
I like that
Ben Johnson better be binge-watching game film from last season -- he seems to have forgotten how to get this offense hummin' ... C'mon, go Lions!

Goff throws over the middle too much and he throws badly to the sidelines and that is a recipe for pick sixes.
We started the game passing the ball and Goff was lucky that he did not throw more interceptions
