Great concept! Love how everything is on one level. Very important for those of us who are physically challenged.

    Such a sweet video.
Beautiful house, beautifully styled with the furnishings and colours.
It would be a very pretty small home if built for real. Very functional and has lots of areas to move around in so it doesn't just feel like one tiny box.
There's only two issues for me, that if I lived in it, would make the enjoyment of the house less desirable.
    1. The way the lounge is seated, with the placement of the door, leaves no practical place to position the TV. The door prevents the sofa being swapped over on that wall. I think the solution would be to put the patio doors on the outer wall, with a wraparound extension of the decking. Then the sofa stays put, the TV goes where the doors are, and the doors are moved to enter from the side.
    2. The bathroom position is a definite NO! There is zero privacy with regards to noise or odours, because a visitor is going to be in the lounge or kitchen next to the toilet. And a toilet should not be adjacent to a dining area. The placement also means someone has to cross the home to shower then head back to the bedroom to get dressed. I'd fix this by removing the bathroom, swinging the kitchen round in to that area, and erecting a sub wall where the kitchen was. This way instead of walking from kitchen to bedroom, you instead walk down a small hallway, bathroom door on your left, and bedroom door in front. The bathroom then sits on the other side of the closet wall, with it's door on the end, not front.
Moving the bathroom then creates a little separation leading to the bedroom, the bathroom and bedroom almost become en suite, the end door prevents direct sight into the bathroom from the living areas, yet is still accessible to guests whilst keeping your bedroom private.
Hope I've explained that properly. 😂 That's just what I would think if being shown round this home in real life. In such a small home, if two people shared, or if guests came round, that bathroom in it's current position gives zero discretion, which is potentially embarrassing, and isn't hygienic opening into the kitchen.
BUT... that's just my ideas / preferences and certainly no criticism! I love your designs, I love the presentation of your videos, and if I had the money to build a small home, I'd happily ask you to design it. So please don't think me sharing my thoughts is in any way intended as criticism. 🤗
5:46 basically the bathroom side wall, would be in line with the outer lounge wall...just flip the kitchen and bathroom over. Hope I'm describing that clearly! 😂
